• Lucía (10/5): - Lo que más nos gustó fue su amplitud y la cercanía a la playa. Es un apartamento limpio y acogedor, que en invierno resulta muy cómodo. Tiene unas vistas muy bonitas del amanecer y el atardecer. Por su ubicación, es inevitable escuchar la música de la feria (aún con la ventana cerrada) y a los vecinos de arriba también.

Proximidade de tudo, que se fazia bem a pé. O facto de ter lugar privativo para guardar o carro foi perfeito. As camas individuais do segundo quarto necessitam de ser substituídas. Basta sentar-se que temos a sensação que vamos cair
• GEMA (9/5): - La ubicación, la amplitud del piso, la terraza y disponer de parking. Además, agradecer a Míriam y Ana su disponibilidad y rapidez al ayudarnos con un pequeño problema que tuvimos. Estaría bien arreglar algunas cosas deterioradas por el uso y realizar una limpieza más a fondo.
• FRANCISCO (10/5): Cómodo en todos los aspectos - Todo, estaba genial la ubicación, las vistas, la comodidad… Me gustó todo, lo único que podría decir podría ser que el sofá era un pelín incómodo para mi gusto, pero en general todo muy bien calidad precio

• Claudia (9/5): - El piso está muy bien ubicado, a una calle de la playa y alrededor de restaurantes, tiendas y de la zona de ocio de Benidorm. La descripción correspondía con el piso. Era muy cómodo y muy completo para el que quiera cocinar y comer en su amplia terraza. Es un buen lugar para alojarse por varios días. Sin duda repetiría alojamiento con ellos. La comunicación fue muy fluida. La recogida de las llaves fue muy fácil y cómoda.

• Timothy (10/5): Great stay in benidorm - The apartment was Morden, clean and comfortable. Ideal location. It had everything inside that was needed. The host was excellent and responded straight away with any queries I had. I would highly recommend this appointment 👍 Absolutely nothing.

Very recommend anyone to go in the future be it with family or friends. The owners are very accommodating, and we're willing to let us check-in early. Location is also excellent, with only 1 street away to the beach. Prefect. Absolutely nothing.

• Zafos (10/5): Excellent apartment - Absolutely perfect apartment for a stay in Benidorm. Central to everything and sea views too. The place was lovely and clean and had everything you would require for a short break. It got slightly noisy in the double bedroom in the early hours due to the road sweepers outside. Perhaps double glazing in future might help but it was not really a problem at all.

• Courtney (9/5): Excellent property in a great location!! - The apartment is lovely, it’s decorated very nicely and is spotless! They have everything you could need there and it felt like home from home. The beds were comfortable and the apartment has aircon. I would definitely stay here again! It was easy to check in and check out and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The double bedroom was noisy at night which was a shame.
• Phelan (5/5): Mediteranean Avenue is beautiful - Location was excellent. Lifts are fast and the shower is great. Apartment is modern and clean with a full kitchen. one bedroom is part balcony part living room. no aircon in this room & windows on 2 sides so extremely hot, can't open the windows due to heat & have to keep the curtains closed anyway. it's also noisy with traffic and a truck that goes up and down the avenue in the early hours cleaning. I was bitten a lot by mosquitos in this room. I requested a fan from the apartment owner and was told to use the other bedroom. We paid €1,795.50 for 2 weeks in a 2 bed apartment so this wasn't useful. Aircon from living area doesn't reach inside the bedroom. There is a 6 inch lip into this bedroom which is dangerous. The sofa arms were falling down and uncomfortable so we couldn't use that either. TV has no English speaking channels, I asked. I found the owner totally unhelpful by not supplying a fan when asked. I bought my own. For this price I would expect better. We won't be back.
• Karen (10/5): Lovely 2 bedroom apartment central location with parking. - Lovely spacious 2 bedroomed apartment, with lounge, bathroom, kitchen, utility and dining balcony that can be closed in or opened up with sliding windows. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated throughout. Hairdryer and iron are a nice additional touch. The central location is brilliant and easy walking distance to everything - also just one street back from the seafront. On-site parking is a real bonus. Excellent communication and instructions from the owner. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Very easy self checkin instructions and the host is very responsive. Please instruct the guest later the door is actually B not 2 cos a bit confusing and please also inform the key box to the house shares the same password.

• James (10/5): April 24 stay - Good communication with the host easy to find. Stopped here for 3 nights this April. The apartment is modern and clean all amenities you need for your stay location was brilliant about a 5 min walk and your into the strip and a 5 min walk the other way and your into old town beach view as well recommend 😀

It was the cheapest option for two of us when we booked and it could've easily fit at least two others. Such a good location, right in the middle of the action and a short walk from the Old Town. It was right on bus routes as well so was really easy to take a day trip to Altea We had a little trouble finding the keys and the entrance to the apartment but once we had it was smooth sailing from there
