- Cochise (9/5): Beautiful home, thoroughly enjoyed our stay...but the pool was cold - The home is beautiful with plenty of space to relax and unwind. It is furnished and styled beautifully with interesting books to read and wifi signal is strong throughout the property and beds are comfortable. Communication with management is easy and clear. We look forward to booking here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to book again in the future. One important suggestion is to ensure that the heated pool is fully operational at the start of guests' arrival as this aspect is a big draw card for guests. During our visit, we found that the pool heating was turned off. When we contacted the management, they responded promptly with instructions on where to find pool switch, which they could then activate remotely. However, due to the pool's size and the ambient temperature, the pool was only heated during the latter part of our stay and thus only half of our family got to enjoy it on the last night. Improving this aspect would enhance the overall guest experience.
