- Janet (2/5): Very poor - 3 weeks after our stay nearly £300 was taken from our security deposit as they said we caused damaged to the fridge and blinds which is totally untrue and unjustified. At no time were we notified of this damage until the money was taken from my holding credit card. The host even left a review to say what respectable guests we were ! We are in the business so IF and IF any damage was done we would have rectified. We have stayed here twice and on our first visit we had to put cable ties round the shower head to secure it and they were still there on our second visit ! Have tried to contact the host and ask for evidence but no reply
