• Alexandra (10/5): Good value - Very nice and clean, it is safe and in a gated location. It has all thw necessary utilities in the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a terrace. We also had a parking lot available, but in full season it might not be available. The pool is not available for tourists, only for residents. The reception is opened only on some weird hours, between 11.00 and 17.00, which is not convenient when you are on vacation. We lost half a day waiting for the reception to be opened and to get to us (there were several checkins and checkouts).

Communication with hosts excellent - The property was new and of a good standard and the kitchen was really nice with everything you could want for a short stay. A dishwasher and washing machine was a great added bonus. The apartment was super clean and the rooms were well furnished. The beds were about the best we’ve ever had in self catering accommodation, very comfy with nice pillows. There was plenty of storage space in the bedrooms too, so the place always looked tidy. Bathrooms were clean, modern and lighting was good- usually my pet hate as it’s hard to put on makeup ( or shave) without good lighting 👏. Definitely recommend and would come back here in a flash as it’s literally 2 minutes walk from Golf del Sur course 🎉 Nothing, it was exactly as described

Lo único que no me gustó es, no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina. Para nuestra sorpresa, pensaba que no se podía, porque no estaba disponible, porque estaba estropeada, pero no fue el caso. Sólooooo la pueden disfrutar lo propietarios, los que vamos en alquiler, lo tenemos PROHIBIDO. El anuncio indica que hay piscina y de ello están las fotos publicadas.

• Giedrius (1/5): That was worst apartments I have ever booked - We even did not stay there. Apartments were so disgusting that we left in 20minutes after we came. Bathroom was smelly and we found 3 cockroaches per 10minutes of our stay We traveled with two kids, one of them is infant and we got fungus in bathrooms, exclusive smell from bathrooms and bunch of cockroaches. After all this experience - they are not refunding. Just saying that it is non-funding booking.

• Lucien (6/5): Le prix du logement est trop élevé par rapport aux différents problèmes exposés. - Le logement est relativement grand et bien entretenu, ainsi que la piscine et ses abords. L'équipement est résumé au stricte minimum. Le divan est de très mauvaise qualité. Il n'y a pas de table et chaises permettant de manger sur la terrasse. Même si nous étions au courant de la proximité avec l'aéroport, c'était sans savoir que les avions passent juste au dessus du logement (toutes les 5 à 10 minutes) et que le bruit est tellement fort qu'il n'est pas possible de faire une petite sieste tant sur la terrasse qu'au bord de la piscine. La réception n'est pas à la réception et il n'y a aucune indiquation à l'extérieur concernant le nom du domaine. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons fait le tour deux fois avant de nous rendre compte qu'on était au bon endroit.

Zo'n 2 km van Playa San Blas waar wat restaurants en een paar winkels zijn. Op dag van aankomst kregen wij bericht dat het zwembad (in het echt klein en ondiep) niet beschikbaar was. Later bleek dat alleen wij als gasten er geen gebruik van mochten maken, bewoners lagen wel bij het zwembad. Heel vreemd, maar het alternatief was een goede oplossing. Wij mochten gebruik maken van een groter en mooier zwembad in een hotel verderop in de straat.

Location excellent if you here for the golf and pretty good for exploring the south side of the island. Safe and secure parking. Super handy for the airport but there in lies the major drawback.... This place is directly under the approach for planes landing at Tenerife South. It wasn't too much of a problem for us but I would not have wanted to be getting kids to sleep or anything else that would have been disturbed by very loud planes very low over head. Impossible to talk whilst a plane goes over and they were very regular. Not the fault of the venue but something that other potential guests might want to consider before choosing this place. Kitchen very minimal and didn't even have enough plates for the number of occupants. Coffee machine a disaster. Basically this kitchen is for preparing snacks not cooking meals.

• Thalía (10/5): - Todo en general, y la chica que me hizo el check-in súper agradable. El chico de recepción el domingo 7. Teníamos que dejar el apartamento a las 11 de la mañana. Pues el chico no llegó hasta las 12 de la mañana. Estuve 1h por fuera del apartamento con 3 menores metidos en el coche con el calor y el calima que hacía. Y lo peor de todo es que le hizo decir al de mantenimiento que me dijera a las 11:20 que ya estaba llegando que venía en guagua. Y no era cierto, llegó a las 12:10 en un taxi. Tuve que llamar al numero que tenía en la puerta, si no, seguro hubiera llegado mas tarde. Las cosas se avisan, no me dice que esta llegando y tarde casi 1h mas en llegar. Yo espere porque necesitaba la fianza y para entregar las llaves. Peeo si ubiera sido un turista me ubiera tenido que ir corriendo para no perder un vuelo. Todo fue genial menos con este chico. Me pareció deplorable, mas que nada por tener a mis hijos en un coche con ese calor que hacía.

La zona del baño de arriba estaba llena de pelos negros largos por todas partes,los cubrecamas tenían algunas manchas,y echamos en falta una cafetera. Pero de resto podemos decir que el lugar,la zona y la estancia fue agradable
• Audria (8/5): Para repetir - Nos gustó mucho las habitaciones y como era el apartamento, es un apartamento muy tranquilo y la verdad que para desconectar está muy bien siempre que no cuadres con muchos niños, no fue nuestro caso. Es grande y me gusta que sea individual y la seguridad de los códigos para entrar y salir del recinto, las piscinas pequeñas pero está bien siempre son pocas personas, bastantes hamacas aunque faltaban sombrillas. Tuvimos muchas hormigas los primeros días pero nos dieron soluciones y no molestaron más. La terraza es muy bonita y amplia y conecta directamente con la piscina, eso nos gustó mucho Lo único que diría que no me gustó fue la cocina, es muy pequeña aunque está muy bien equipada pero es muy pequeña. Y las almohadas de uno de los cuartos eran demasiado duras
• LAURA (5/5): Sin más - El apartamento era amplio, la piscina estaba bien cuidada y no había casi gente. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y tenían buenas almohadas. La limpieza (cajones sin limpiar, toallas con manchas amarillas, polvo en las mesillas). Respecto a la ubicación se escucha el paso de los aviones pero no por la noche y no es constante.

• Perdigón Hernandez (9/5): - Nos encantó la ubicación, y las instalaciones. Que tuviese parking fue un puntazo. En toda la casa había aire acondicionado. Venía bien equipado. La casa que nos dieron estaba súper cerca del parking y de la piscina. La terraza estaba muy bien. Disponíamos de mucha intimidad. La casa la encontramos limpia. Y a pesar de un problema administrativo, nos dieron soluciones. Los únicos peros que le ponemos son: 1) había una caja de cafetera pero no cafetera. 2) no teníamos cubo de fregona. 3) solo hay dos sombrillas en la piscina, por lo que es imposible disfrutar de esta estancia sin sombrilla. 4) algunos inmobiliarios estaban algo rotos.

• Roger (8/5): Not for six. - The receptionist was extremely helpful, and the whole complex was kept well. The pool and surrounding area was well maintained. The size of the bedroom. The apartment was a lot smaller than it appeared in the promotional pictures. The camera doesn't always tell the truth. It's not big enough for six adults but is perfect for two adults with two children.
