• Yuki Melissa (8/5): - Logement bien équipé, originalité du logement. Belle entrée indépendante. Présence d'un lave-linge. Taille idéale pour 2 à 4 personnes. Logement mal isolé (bruit des voisins, même lors de simples discussions et certaines parties du logement étaient très froides) Cadres de porte très bas pour les personnes grandes (mais c'est un détail !)
• Angela (10/5): Miejsce godne polecenia, oprócz głośnych sąsiadów na piętrze w tym samym budynku - Czysto, dostępne ręczniki, miły gospodarz, 2 łazienki, całkiem duża przestrzeń Brak możliwości pozostawienia bagażu w dzień wylotu na chociaż kilka godzin. Bardzo głośni i niekulturalni sąsiedzi - głośno rozmawiali, śmiali się, imprezowali w środku nocy nawet do 2-3 w nocy. Powinna być zachowana cisza nocna. Ściany i strop są cienkie więc niestety wszystko słychać, każde uderzenie stopą.

• Alf (5/5): The owners are excellent - The property location is in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy walking from the train station. We did not meet the property owner/manager. However communication was very good and timely. We had a problem with our stay. As I result we did not stay at the property. I contacted the owner/manager and my problem was addressed and I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Thank you very much for the understanding.
• Amber (7/5): Good - Relaxed neighborhood, easy to access property, very cozy beds and room. Had a washing machine, a microwave, dinnerware, and a toaster oven to use in the hallway area. Fit our family of 4 fine for the length of our stay. Not too far from Shin-Koiwa station. The hosts didn't inform us about rationing the hot water or how to turn it on/off. The upstairs tenants were very noisy after 10PM. Most of the information in the house manual was out-of-date. There's not much space to store luggage.

• Fatihah (8/5): i never see the owner.but check in and check out process is quite easy - it have ita own value..staying in they feel like home..its warm n welcoming even the picture is not really the same as the picture 😅.the facilities are perfect even it dun have cloth dryer .shin koiwa station will be remain in my kids memory..walking 1 km from the station on the night is never been so much difficulties,they got halal kebab and several convenients store nearby the bed is quite hard
• Chenda (1/5): Looks beautiful in the photos but what a disappointment - The neighbourhood, although a bit far from the centre of Tokyo, was nice we had searched for an apartment for 6 people. This apartment is listed as being appropriate for 6 people: it is clearly not. The bedding was not appropriate, one ''bed'' appeared to be in a tiled area which used to be a kitchen. The apartment was outdated and dingy, no natural light came in. There was no place for six people to sit, or even four people! - as the table was small and there were two seats and a stool. The beds were uncomfortable, mattresses not adapted, and were all in one room (not the impression given in the photos which didnt resemble the place when we got inside). This room contained split system heating. However, the toilet, kitchen and bathroom were not heated and even by leaving the doors opened these rooms stayed freezing and were difficult for elderly parents to use. The kitchen was not well equipped for six people, the fridge could not even hold one wine bottle on its side. We reached out repeatedly to the agency to register our disappointment at the place but they didnt respond. We reached out to Booking.com and they didnt respond. We complained throuhg our payment insurance we were so disappointed, and the property still didnt respond. This accommodation was by far the most diappointing part of our trip to Japan, where we stayed in other accommodation for six that was adapted for a bigger group.

• Christopher (6/5): Nice host, good value but with caveats - I don't want to be mean with this feedback but I'll be honest. Firstly communication was good with the host, prompt and gave good guidance on how to enter. The stay wasn't bad at all but the property was a bit of a let down. The photos really sell the place but in reality it's not as accurately pictured. The photos make the property look very quiant and romantic but it was really just an oldish house, though it was well maintained. It didn't look as nice though and it looked like one of the sections of the room was being remodelled. The actual property was clean and had what you'd expect from a home, fully equipped kitchenette, washing machine, modern toilet, air conditioner, and spacious shower/wet room. The main living space is nice and spacious for 3-4 people but there are some caveats. Stayed during a warm time of year (October) and found that there were a lot of mosquitos. There was only one single bed/mattress despite photos showing two large beds. The only other place to sleep was on a tatami mat, not being used to this it was difficult to get comfortable sleeping. The location is a bit out of the way but not too bad as Tokyo is well connected, it's on a quiet residential road if that's what you're going for. If you're with a group or family then considering the price it could be good value, but for 1-2 people you may be better in a hotel. One of the major issues we had was that there was a lot of noise that could be heard from what seemed to be upstairs neighbours. Could hear the walls creaking when they were moving about and could hear their conversations clearly especially when they were walking or moving about, could even hear them zipping and unzipping their suitcases. Not really anyones fault as it didn't seem like they were being purposefully loud but hearing this at 3-4am when you're trying to sleep is very jarring.

• Syarifah (8/5): Thumbs up!! - The location is good which is about 20 minutes from Shin-Koiwa Station. Comfortable place to stay, the neighbours love to say hello to us. All equipment and utensil are complete. Host provide complete direction to the house (include pictures!) from the train station, which is good as I am too exhausted when arrived Tokyo. Unfortunely, the rooms is not as the picture shown. I know that the owner has put all the furniture aside to prepare beds for the 6 of us . I understand that.. This house is actually suitable for 2 or 3 guests. We are family of 6, quite compact and no spaces. But if you don’t mind, its ok actually.. But whatever it is, whats important is that we can sleep comfortably, plus, this house is among affordable houses in Tokyo.
• Marina (10/5): MUST STAY, lovely touch of traditional in Tokyo! - Beautiful home and wonderful owner! It was nice to be in the city yet have a touch of traditional decor in this peaceful location. We felt so welcomed by the owner Ayumi and she took time to take us to brunch which we are incredibly thankful for her. The location is a quiet family friendly side of the city yet you can still find many stores, restaurants, and bars close by for fun. The walk to the station was very peaceful with many water fountains and beautiful plants all around. We adored all the hard work the owner has done with her flowers all around the house as well and interior decor. Will definitely come back with my family. Everything about the property was perfect for us!

• Olga (4/5): The most disappointing from 5 Japanese venues we had - We were allowed to check in few hours earlier. The traditional beds were very uncomfortable. Maybe it is possible to sleep on the floor for one night but in four nights we literally ruined our backs and had to go to the doctor. It was also very cold in the accommodation. We were able to warm the sleeping area with AC, it took few hours but the bathroom was ice cold with ice cold floor. It was almost not possible to take a shower. We took the shower in the next hotel. It was not very clean. Black hair were everywhere. It was unfortunately not possible to use kitchen items like the toaster as it was dirty.
• Holly (10/5): Great first night in Japan - The accomodations was in a good area with lots of bedding and fully equipped for our stay with a 6 month baby. We could boil the water, their was a small fridge and washing machine. We could shower. Their was now a lot of room. It was one large room for living and sleeping but this worked for our large family for 1 night. The heading and hot water was good We would love to stay again the host was very friendly and house was warm and comfortable for our first night in Japan ☺️ Shower is in bathroom so floor and toilet get wet. All. Beds and living in 1 room.

During our stay for two nights, the facilities is all work well and the host even treat us with delicious breakfast buns 😇 it’s really a cheerful experience staying here🙂

I will book again when I get a chance to be neer in this area. - I was in a hurry and I was able to made a reservation and stay with peace of mind. I have confirmed in advance that all bedding covers are high temperature wash and disinfectant at every check out. A house with fully furnished and a garden is very relaxing, clean and beautiful. From the station, 11 minutes walk. treating it as a good exercise, I took a walk while admiring the scenery of the city.
• Nur (10/5): The host was really really really kind. Our flight got delayed and she let us stay another night without any payments. S - Very much a traditional house. It was a quite neighbourhood. So you feel calm and away from busy street. It is comfortable for family/friends. About 900meter away from Shin-koiwa station. There are 7e, family marts and a few convenience stores on the way to property. Nothing
• Dtvp (9/5): It's lovely - It's lovely house with traditional style. It have everything you need. It locate in a quiet area. It take around 10min by train to go to central area of ​​Tokyo. It take around 10 -15min walk to nearest station so you can consider it's a good exercise.
