- Saad Mahmoud (5/5): ------- و++ - الموقع جيد قريب من وسائط النقل والمطاعم وبعض الاماكن السياحية.. العاملون في الادارة مهذبون ومحترمون. لا توجد أية منظفات لاستعمالها في الحمام" شامبو" وعند السؤال كان الجواب لا توفر الادارة هذه الاشياء، لا توجد خدمة تنظيف الشقة!! خدمات التنظيف عند خروجك تعلق رقعة على الباب من الخارج، بالسماح لهم بتنظيف الشقة واقترح عليكم القيام بذلك وان كانت شقة سكنية، او توفير مستلزمات التنظيف كافة،ماء المغسلة ضعيف جدا، المشكلة الاكبر هي تصميم الحنفية التي لا تستطيع ان تضع يديك تحتها لتغتسل!!رغم جمال برشلونة ونظافتها عموما، الا ان نظام الكهرباء في الشقة قديم جدا بعكس ما نراه في اماكن اخرى باستخدام الكارد الإلكتروني.

- Randall (10/5): Extraordinario e impecable - La ubicación es extraordinaria, y el piso estaba en absolutamente óptimas condiciones. La administradora es muy clara, y responde instantáneamente por whatsapp. Nada, todo impecable.

- Kamelia (8/5): - Местоположението на апартамента е на много добро и по-тихо място. На пешеходно разстояние от центъра. Има удобен градски транспорт до по-далечните забележителности. Много беше чисто. Чаршафите и кърпите бяха току що изпрани. Съседите бяха супер шумни, въпреки че трябва да се пази тишина. Диванът не е особено удобен, тъй като се получа луфт между разтегателната му част, иначе е мек и ако го няма разстоянието добре ще се спи.

- Christiane (5/5): - Die Lage im Ortsteil Gracia ist perfekt, 3 Minuten zum Bus, 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn, Supermarkt ums Eck oder Aldi 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Restaurants und Bars ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Einfache Ausstattung, was vollkommen ausreichend ist fürs Frühstück machen, großer Kühlschrank. Kleiner, süßer Balkon in den sonnigen, ruhigen Innenhof Die Bettdecken (Bezug) bei zwei Betten waren dreckig. Zum Austauschen sind die Mitarbeiter ungefragt in die Wohnung gekommen (wir waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht in der Wohnung). Das Appartement ist für sechs Personen gedacht, es gibt auch nur sechs Stühle. Somit keine Ablageflächen für Kleider in den Schlafzimmern. Mini-Mini-Bad, für sechs Personen völlig unreichend. Wir waren zu dritt, da war das Bad okay.

- Antonio (4/5): Apartamentos viejos, ruidosos, la calle por la noche mucho ruido. - Está bien situado pero necesita reformar integralmente Poca limpieza o es mejor dicho muy escasa. Solo deciros que nos habéis acogido muy bien y muy amables, pero tengo que deciros que el apartamento, tiene cosas que mejorar. Lavadora no la hemos usado, pero pierde agua . La televisión no se puede ver los programas normales. La salida de agua de la ducha no está centrada con respecto a la bañera. La limpieza es escasa. En general se necesita una reforma. - Ana (5/5): - Muy buena ubicacion. Las dos habitaciones que dan a la calle tienen muchisimo ruido, como si durmieras con la ventana abierta. Pedimos un cambio de colchon ya que por el precio no puedes permitirte dormir en un colchon en el que se te claven todos los muelles. En teoria vinieron a cambiarlo, pero en realidad creemos que dieron la vuelta al colchon. Por las molestias, vinieron un dia a cambiarnos las sabanas y toallas, nos dejaron una toalla menos y sin una sabana en una cama, por lo que se dormia en contacto con el edredon que a saber cuando lo habrian cambiado por ultima vez, escribi y nunca mas me respondieron.

- Carlo Alberto (6/5): La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima per il resto lascia a desiderare. Troppi lavori a Barcellona - non contemplava colazione Manca l'insostituibile bidé; le tapparelle con una corda sfilacciata che tra non molto si spezzerà. La doccia del bagno non completamente chiusa allagava il pavimento, si è rimediato con una tenda di plastica senza successo. Alcune finestre della sala sono senza tapparelle quindi al mattino c'è troppa luce che ti sveglia anzitempo.

При бронировании апартаментов эта информация отсутствовала.
- Hankela (5/5): Was expecting better for 750€/3nights - Very good location convenient to each touristic attraction, metro and bus close as well. So noisy couldn’t sleep at all. They need to isolate the windows. The shower head was broken causing water to go everywhere in the bathroom which was a nightmare. Also the apartment was so cold.
- Maša (10/5): - Location was very good, close to Sagrada Familia, lots of bars and tapas places around. The hosts were really responsive - even late at night, when we checked in. We were able to store luggage in their office on the last ady.

Excellent rapport qualité pri - L’emplacement du logement 👌👌 Personnel aimable , accueillant , réactif Les seuls points négatifs que je peux citer malheureusement c’est le bruit . C’est un appartement très bien situé mais très mal isolé . On entendait tout à l’extérieur de jour comme de nuit. Et le deuxième point négatif c’est qu’il manquait de vaisselle notamment d’une poêle par exemple .

Çift kişilik yatağı konforlu.interneti hızlı ve akıcı. Bina ve iç aksamlar eski ama sevimli Temel kullanım olanaklarında sıkıntılar var, duş başlığı bozuk, banyoda raf yok. Duş kapısı yok ama aksamı yerinde sizi düşürebilir. Salonda üzerine bardak koyabileceğiniz bir sehpa yok. Kanepe eski ve uyumak için çok rahatsız. Bina kapısı çarpıp ses çıkardığı için binaya her gelen konukta aşırı bir çarpma sesi, ayrıca sürekli akşamları bağırarak konuşan ve müzik dinleyen diğer konuklar. Mutfakta en azından bir-iki kullanımlık kahve,yağ, çamaşır deterjanı gibi temel maddelerin bulunmaması. Genel temizlik iyiydi ama kanepenin altından toz ve saç yumakları çıktı

- Gallina (8/5): Много добра отправна точка за разглеждане на Барселона - Местоположението е чудесно- в близост има спирки на метро и автобуси, кафета, барове, ресторанти, и е на пешеходно разстояние от Саграда Фамилия, къщите на Гауди и други. По цялата уличка има портокалови дръвчета, които ухаят невероятно! Има спалня с удобно голямо легло и всекидневна с голям диван. Към всекидневната има кухненски кът с котлони, фурна, съдове, хладилник, мивка и маса. Има тераса и пералня. Напълно достатъчно за 3 души. Нещата които не ми харесаха и заради които не давам отлична оценка, са: Няма никъде закачалки на които да се оставят връхните дрехи, а трябваше да ги слагаме по столовете. При положение, че има пералня нямаше поне 2-3 капсули за пране. Няма кафе машина- би било добре да се сложи една кафе машина с няколко капсули кафе. В банята се усеща миризма на канализация. Има мравки около шкафовете на кухненския кът- не е нещо фрапиращо, но може да се помисли по въпроса.

- Olena (9/5): - Чудове розташування в самому центрі міста, ми жодного разу не користалися транспортом, все, що нас цікавило, було в межах пішої доступності, наприклад, да Саграда Фамілія приблизно 40 хвилин повільним шагом. Апартаменти хоч і невеликі за розміром, та вони досить зручні й мають все, аби відпочити після подорожей таким чарівним містом, як Барселона. Чистий посуд, рушники та постіль. Доволі зручне ліжко та диван. Поруч з апартаментами є піцерії, кав`ярні та магазини, що дуже зручно аби не готувати під час відпочинку.

- Katia (7/5): - Da localização e do terraço Os lençóis estavam cheios de nódoas e não cheirava a lavado. O sofá cama estava super desconfortável e a abanar todo. Tem pouca arrumação.a cozinha tem pouco utensílios.

En la noche nos despertaba ruido intenso, casi todas. Nos asustamos mucho, llamamos a contacto para saber cuall era motivo, se burlo por telefono, incluso a responder mail que le envie, me sugirio que estaba nerviosa o agotada. Descarado. Supuse que podria ser problema de ascensor, segun me dijo que rstaba tevisado recien y qie no entendia de donde provenia ruido. Indagando por otros lado nos enteramos que tiene problema techo, ellos dicen clsraboyas y con el viento emite sonido como golpes recurrentes de alta intensidad. Por eso no lo recomiendo.

The street noise, with drunk people walking by and yelling at all hours, was tough. The kitchen was not well appointed at all. The stools were uncomfortable.

Pay extra and go to a better place - Only the position •The air conditioning did not work, and it was quite cold in the living room •The bathroom was dirty •The bed linen smelled unpleasant, even though it looked clean •The windows did not properly insulate against the cold •Even all of this they had the courage to tell me to clean the apartment after I leave and take out the garbage 🤣.

One of the rooms has not outside window, but it was fine as it was only used for sleeping. Love the floors! Shower is really small and tight, also be careful when turning on the water as it leak out if the door isn't fully closed. Lack of natural light in the living room.

- EIRINI (6/5): - The location was convenient and the apartment was clean which I consider very important. Also it had a fully equipped kitchen. Generally it was not a bad experience, but not an amazing one either. First of all, it looked nothing like the pictures on the site. Also, we were not provided with very basic things. No face towels, no shampoo or body wash or even enough soap for all of us. We even had to buy our own toilet paper because we were given three small rolls for 3 people for 5 whole days. Finally, the door was very old and didn't feel safe at all.

- SANDRA (4/5): - la localizzazione dell'appartamento Appartamento buio, rumoroso giorno e notte, assenza di collaborazione da parte dell'agenzia. Il terzo giorno dal nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto un guasto dello scaldabagno e il quarto giorno abbiamo comunicato via sms e anche in presenza il problema, nonostante le nostre sollecitazioni non è mai stato risolto e per i restanti cinque giorni di vacanza siamo rimasti senza acqua calda. Ci siamo permessi per compensare al disagio avuto di chiedere di prolungare il logout di qualche ora ma ci è stato negato.

Small bathroom 210x120. - The location wasn't bad, close to the metro, although you have to walk to it about 6 minutes. The problem was the noise level of the apartment, first floor, very noisy street and internal staircase where someone was constantly making noise. A child was crying, loud conversations, knocking pots until 1 am as if from a restaurant or other downstairs, very loud closing of doors. The air conditioning is working. Dirt, dirt, dirt. Unfortunately, no one seems to have cleaned up after the previous tenants. The sheets were changed, the garbage bag was changed, the dishes were washed, but there was sand and dirt on the floor, even pieces of pasta in the kitchen, sticky top. The kitchen is equipped with plates, pots, cutlery, glasses, but only 3 glasses :). The apartment is old, it was sticky everywhere. The table was unvarnished, made of boards, with dirt between them. Sand under the table and a dirty floor. The kitchen floor was dirty, the oven was dirty. The bathroom was cleaned up to the eye, but the floor was dirty, the tiles were not washed, the shower was not cleaned, and there was mold on the silicone by the sink. The apartment may be old, but it cannot be dirty, and here something clearly went wrong. There was a strange smell in the apartment, it aired out after a few days, but it was not comfortable. Probably some restaurant or mustiness was generating the smells. It's a 3-room apartment. The site publishes photos of many apartments.

- ELISA (6/5): Posizione e staff ottimi, bagno minuscolo - Posizione ottima, zona centralissima con tutte le comodità e metro a due passi. Camere da letto spaziose. Staff gentilissimo Bagno incredibilmente piccolo, doccia troppo sacrificata. Non si riesce a comprendere come in un appartamento così spazioso ci sia un bagno minuscolo e così scomodo. La luce saltava in continuazione, riscaldamento a luce e piano cottura non potevano essere accesi contemporaneamente.
- Ayse Nur (1/5): Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt nicht den Erwartungen, da mehrere wesentliche Mängel und Abweichungen von der Beschreibu - Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut und zentral. Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Eine Spülmaschine war angegeben, jedoch nicht vorhanden. Ein Backofen wurde auf den Fotos gezeigt, war aber ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Es war eine Heizung angegeben, tatsächlich gab es nur Klimaanlagen in zwei Räumen, wodurch die übrigen Räume sehr kalt waren. In zwei von vier Schlafzimmern funktionierte die Beleuchtung nicht; ein Reparaturversuch dauerte über eine Stunde und war nicht erfolgreich. Zusätzlich war die Unterkunft bei der Ankunft nicht sauber (Haare und Essensreste auf den Betten).
- Lina (2/5): - absolutellu dissapointed ! 1. There is no natural daylight in the apartment. All windows are covered with opaque film, and the rooms remain dark even during the day. This is not shown or mentioned in the photos or description on the listing. 2. Walls are heavily stained and visibly dirty. 3. The sofa has visible stains and is not suitable for use. Chairs are unstable or broken. Kitchen cabinet door is damaged and detached. 4. There is a strong chlorine smell throughout the apartment. As I have asthma, this is causing breathing discomfort and putting my health at risk. 5.The washing machine is located outside on an open terrace, where it is currently around 9°C. This makes it unusable in winter conditions and poses a risk.
- Paolo (4/5): Non ci tornerei, per quel prezzo ci sono appartamenti assai migliori - posizione, reception, possibilità di lasciare le valigie, acqua sempre calda struttura vecchia, mobili rotti, prese elettriche non funzionanti, pulizia in cucina (polvere di diverso tempo), riscaldamento tramite stufette elettriche, letto matrimoniale duro, il terzo letto era un divano senza rete adatto solo a fachiri senza lenzuola, non c'erano coperte, sono stati forniti solo tre asciugami per tre per persone per cinque giorni, quando sono andato a chiederne altri mi è stato detto che comunque tre ce li avevano dati....

- Wilbur de Sousa (7/5): we didn't let the small issues come in our way we made the most of it. - Location was very central. The Wi-Fi was very slow and not reliable. Additionally, the listing photos appear to show two different apartments. The company manages two units in the same building No Lift.—one on the first floor and another on the second—but the photos include images from both apartments combined. It would be much better to display photos only of the specific apartment being rented, as the current listing can be misleading for customers.I would also like to point out that there were a couple of power shutdowns during our stay. On each occasion, the electricity had tripped, and I was only able to restore power due to my technical knowledge. This could have been a serious issue for guests without the ability to troubleshoot electrical problems.

- germano (9/5): - Posizione vicino alla metro e comoda per visitare qualsiasi quartiere di Barcellona. Comoda a tutti i servizi Guardiamo alla sostanza e ci siamo complessivamente trovati molto bene, però entrare nell'appartamento e trovare il copriletto con un buco molto evidente non è un bel biglietto da visita. Inoltre, anche se ci siamo adeguati, il bagno era minuscolo.

- Clifford (7/5): We had an enjoyable stay at the apartment which is situated in a great part of Barcelona. - Very close to public transport, restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets. Situated in narrow street that was very noisy pretty much all through the night at weekends.

- Maria Cristina (8/5): Ci ritornerei sicuramente, lo consiglio - La posizione è eccezionale, vicinissimo alla metro e in un quartiere tranquillo. Diversi locali nelle vicinanze dove mangiare. L'host è stata gentilissima e puntuale, e ha prontamente risolto un piccolo problema al nostro arrivo. Staff molto professionale Il bagno ha bisogno di essere modernizzato, qualche mensola e gancio per appendere e una doccia. La vasca è scomoda. Il terzo letto è un divano letto un po' scomodo, ma per due o tre notti può bastare
