• Martin (10/5): - Muy buena predisposición. Nos dejaron frutas y agua para nosotros, siempre estuvieron atentos. Además, se ofrecieron a lavar nuestra ropa sin costo. El departamento es cómodo y se encuentra cercano a todo pero lo suficientemente alejado del ruido y caos de la ciudad
• Ismael (9/5): agradable - la zona esta bastante cerca de la bahia y esta bastante bien dentro de que el pueblo no es que sea muy bonito, pero para lo que ibamos que era hacer la excursion de las ballenas estuvo genial desde alli fuimos luego a otras zonas y playas que estaban increibles las carreteras bastante bien aunque hay que ir con paciencia para llegar por el continuo trafico de motos mucho ruido por las noches de animales no achacable evidentemente al dueño claro esta que siempre fue super amable y con disposicion siempre a colaborar

• Keny (8/5): A Cozy Gem in the Heart of Samaná - We stayed at this apartment during our road trip through the Dominican Republic, and it was a truly thoughtful and comfortable place. It was cozy, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed — there were board games, a well-stocked kitchen, and a TV with a good variety of streaming channels. A complimentary basket of fresh fruit and a large bottle of drinking water were lovely touches that made us feel especially welcome. The terrace area was perfect for winding down in the evening after a day of exploring. The location is also excellent — just a 5-minute walk from the Samaná malecón. Great value for the price — we would absolutely loved it Despite there were air conditioner, it felt a bit hot at nights

• Adam (7/5): A pleasant place to stay with great hosts, but with a few inconveniences as well - The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Any problem or request was resolved as quickly as possible and they wanted to make sure I was comfortable. Very good location - in the center, close to the Malecón, but relatively quiet. Well-equipped kitchen: if you need something, it is most likely there. There was free drinking water and some welcome snacks - very nice gesture. Shower gel and shampoo in the shower were provided A few little things were wrong: - Missing dish soap, - A non-functioning electrical outlet in one of the bedrooms (the quietest one). - The valve in the water tank of one of the toilets sometimes got stuck and the tank was empty when I needed to use it. - The WIFI signal was only strong enough in the living room, not in the bedroom or the bathroom. - Internet speed was very slow and unusable most of the time. I had to switch to a cellular data plan to do most things comfortably. - Old pans and kitchen equipment - while there were plenty of things, they were not in the best shape. - There's a big smart TV in the living room, but it's not connected to anything (no internet, no TV signal). The problems were usually fixed quickly when reported, but it's not convenient to report so many things all the time.
• Bertram (7/5): Acceptable for a short stay - It's a bit old and simple, but an acceptable place for a couple of days in Samanà (to go wale watching). Don't expect anything else there ! Very simple, water pressure low.

• Mueller (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were super friendly and very good at communicating before and during the stay. The hosts also helped with tourism advice. The place was beautifully decorated both inside and outside. The neighborhood was authentic and gave us a great feel of what it's like to live in Samana. The quiet music at night coming from some of the nearby houses was so relaxing. The location is walking distance to the water, beach, and local restaurants. I would highly suggest this spacious two bedroom accommodation!
• Lorscheitter (6/5): Cleanliness Location good. Lack of proper amenities - The apartment was clean. Freedy, the manager, was friendly and welcoming - a bit penny-pincher to be honest…. The location is also good - walking distance to the town. Kitchen is good. Laundry available. Water filtered included - which is very convenient. The water pressure in the shower was very low, and we ended up taking cold showers on our first day (heat was not working). One of the air conditioning units in the rooms didn’t work at all. There was a TV, none of the local channels were available (no antenna). When we tried to use our Netflix, there was a configuration error, not working at all, so basically, there was no TV. Only accept payment in cash (either USD or pesos) upon arrival.

• Chelsea (10/5): Great spot! Local and easy access! Fantastic hosts super helpful! - Place was great! Close enough to town while being far enough away from the noises. The hosts were amazing and helped us with a ton of things! They turn the ac off daily until about 3 pm. Not too bad if it’s nice out! Cold showers.
