• Gundula (6/5): Ausbaufähig - Die Wohnung lag zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen tollen Blick in die Stadt und auch über den Strand. Das Schlafzimmer mit Fenster und Doppelbett war schön eingerichtet und bequem Ein Schlafzimmer hat keine Fenster und keine Lampen. Die Deckenleuchte war nur aus dem Flur zu bedienen. Also eine Dunkelkammer. Im Treppenhaus gab es kein Licht. Man musste mit der Tasche nlampe leuchten. Im Bad gibt es keine Haken für Handtücher

• Frederik (5/5): - Massiver Schimmel in der Dusche und Duschwasser lief sehr schlecht ab, wenn man nicht aufpasst entsteht ein See im Badezimmer. Schimmelgeruch/Feuchtigkeit in der Küche. Küche leider sehr eng. Küchenplatte auch schon mit schwarzen Schimmelflecken. Generell könnte einiges renoviert / repariert werden.
• Petra (6/5): Tolle Aussicht und Lage, aber renovierungsbedürftig. - Tolle und zentrale Lage mit Meerblick und vielen Restaurants in der Umgebung. Schimmel in der Dusche! Sehr enge Küche mit wenig Ausstattung, eine Spülmaschine gab es nicht.

El precio es desorbitado para lo que ofrecen - El baño estaba lleno de hongos y humedad, daba asco la ducha, que además tenía el sumidero completamente tapado La caja de la luz saltaba al menos 10 veces al día, en las pocas horas que no estábamos en la playa. Tuvieron que venir de una empresa a cambiar cables, nos indicaron que eran muy finos y que la potencia que tienen contratada es muy baja. Por lo que nos hicieron perder una mañana de nuestro tiempo. Al poner el aire acondicionada volvía a saltar y cortarse La tapa de la caja de la luz estaba caliente y con señales de haberse quemado, lo cual sorprendió hasta al técnico de la luz No funcionaba el agua caliente y nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría, durante dos días, hasta qué lo arreglaron! Reservé el parking con meses de antelación, u me confirmaron que estaría todo en orden. La sorpresa fue que al llegar nos dijeron que se lo alquilar también a otra persona sin más explicación!! Lo cual nos dejó sin alternativa y perdiendo dos horas cada tarde para poder aparcar. Estaba absolutamente lleno de hormigas Todo fueron justificaciones y excusas, pero el dinero por adelantado lo cobraron al 100%

• Isidora (8/5): - Buena ubicación cerca de todo No se nos advirtió que está difícil el acceso en coche al tener que pasar por calles muy estrechas. Mejor dar la indicación directa del parcking e ir andando. Muebles de terraza viejos. Las luces de la piscina no se encienden, una sola luz y roja, para nada como se ve en la foto que publicitan. Limpieza mejorable.
