- Riccardo (2/5): Deludente ! - Bagno in camera . Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento a Londra, ma purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata molto deludente. L’appartamento si trova in un seminterrato completamente privo di luce naturale: cucina senza finestre, soggiorno buio e in generale ambienti molto poco luminosi. Anche il riscaldamento è stato un problema: non è presente un vero impianto di riscaldamento, ma solo piccoli termosifoni elettrici che hanno impiegato ben due giorni per rendere la casa minimamente calda. La seconda mattina sono stato svegliato alle 8 dal portiere che ha citofonato, nonostante fossi in vacanza e desiderassi semplicemente riposare. Inoltre, il portiere aveva le chiavi del cancello ed è entrato nell’anticamera della porta d’ingresso: una situazione che mi ha fatto sentire poco tranquillo in termini di privacy. Le camere da letto affacciano direttamente sulla strada e il rumore del traffico è costante e fastidioso. La metropolitana dista circa 15 minuti a piedi, quindi non è nemmeno particolarmente comoda per gli spostamenti. Come se non bastasse, dopo il soggiorno hanno tentato di chiedermi un risarcimento danni per la pulizia del divano (che non ho mai utilizzato) e addirittura per la sostituzione del soffione della doccia. Viaggio molto, anche a Londra, e non mi era mai successa una situazione del genere. Mi sono fidato delle recensioni positive, ma questa volta è stata una grande delusione. Personalmente, non mi sento di consigliare questo appartamento.
