Guest Reviews
- Elaine (1/5): very poor and not like the rest of the building - the rooms were of a bad level, paint peeling, ceilings with plaster cracked and all in bad repair, bathrooms with mould and furniture very poor level.
- giulia (4/5): - The location is central in south ken chelsea. The flat is ok for max 2 ppl and short stay. It seems the owner decided to let the flat go as it’s not tidy and well curated. Too many things out. The bathroom is very small snd the sink size doesn’t allow you to wash your teeth properly

- suvivor157 (1/5): Timo - Nada Todo.
- life (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this property in Chelsea. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of Chelsea with everything within easy reach. The apartment itself is in excellent condition, clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable holiday. On top of that, the price is very affordable for the area, which makes it a fantastic value. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in London
- CQtourist (8/5): A perfect place to stay if you want to be central! - The most important thing about this unit is its location. With only a ten minute stroll to South Kensington station, it is perfect. You can go out, come home for a while and then pop out again to the museums or galleries or shops nearby. Yes, the unit is a bit shabby, but if it was perfect, it would be twice the price. I found communication very good with the owner, who provided what we'd asked for and responded to my texts. The kitchen is tiny, but has enough room to prepare simple meals. There's a Sainsbury's right next door, so you don't have to worry about carrying large amounts of food - just get what you need daily. The air conditioner cooled the place down nicely on the hotter days. I would most certainly stay here again. It's a bit shabby and there's no view, but that's why it's cheap!
- Joanna (4/5): Falsely advertised and no one replies to messages EVER - The location Be aware – this is NOT the same company as other serviced apartments at Chelsea Cloisters with great reviews. Do not be misled as I was.
3 days before arrival, I confirmed 10am check-in (approved in writing) to drop off bags & food before a 3-day event. On arrival, reception said our booking wasn’t part of their rentals. Calls & messages to the number provided went unanswered. The main booking contact claimed Booking.com made an error and our room was already in use. After back-and-forth, we were sent to another apartment to leave items – only to find it occupied too. Eventually, we stored our things, which were later moved to the correct apartment.
When I asked about the sofa bed, Wi-Fi, and hot/jacuzzi tub listed, I was told the “hot tub” was a bath and the Wi-Fi info on the router. I disputed what we had had and this is when all communication stopped. Sofa bed was broken, filthy underneath, and impossible to use – annoying as 2 adults, but a nightmare for families. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and multiple messages to number provided went unanswered.
The apartment itself was small & shabby in places – mould and water damage in the bathroom, cold taps only gave lukewarm water, stiff handles ending in water everywhere, and cleaning only where visible. Large, noisy portable AC in the lounge kept it cool but may disturb light sleepers.
Location good, price ok, but listing details were inaccurate & service truly dreadful. If you need help during your stay, expect silence. I would pay a little more to book directly with Chelsea Cloisters – their staff were helpful and their apartments way better quality.

- TRACEY (5/5): Great location and with a few minor improvements could be very comfortable. - Great location. Once we managed to get in touch with the host he was v helpful and responsive. The shower pressure was good. The towels and sheets/pillows/duvet were clean and good quality. Communication ahead of arrival date could have been better.
It wasn’t clear to me when booking that this apartment was not part of the hotel (privately owned). I had therefore assumed a hotel level of provision eg climate control in the flat.
The floor was grubby - had to wear something on feet to avoid getting dirty feet when walking around.
The kitchen tap was stiff making it difficult to moderate water flow.
The shower spray soaked most of the bathroom when used.
The aircon unit that was in the flat was loud and a makeshift arrangement - condenser(?) pipe poked out of the open window - and leaked so much it flooded the floor in that area. The owner and cleaner resolved this as soon as we reported it by supplying a second smaller tower fan, and cleared up the floor which we greatly appreciated.
Sofa bed and cushions have seen better days.

- Suefal (8/5): Compact and comfortable - Good location. Quiet, suburban but close for the tube and bus. Compact but clean and comfortable. They got our check-in time wrong. No-one there to meet us. Ended up getting the key from the cleaner, then had to go straight out to let her finish off. No joke after standing room only for a couple of hours on a hot train. Messaged for the wifi code. Got no response and no-one followed up to make sure we were in and happy.
- Brendan (7/5): Good -
- Emma (7/5): Good -
- Mark (6/5): Affordable option in South Ken... - Cleaner floors - proper working lamps
- Jane (2/5): Won’t stay there again. - Close to where we needed to be The apartment was scruffy. Bathroom vanity unit in a terrible state all water damaged and pealing, tiles around the bath grubby.
The apartment was clean but scruffy
There was no bedlinen for the sleeper couch which was clearly stated on website.
- Catrin (7/5): Fab location. No-frills accommodation but clean and quiet. - Great location. Clean apartment. Quiet at night. Bed very comfortable. A few minor issues..no batteries in TV remote, a wine glass would have been nice and a note about how to access WiFi would have been appreciated. I also couldn’t work out how to get the bath taps running without the shower coming on and then the plug didn’t work anyway.
- María (9/5): Superb -
