• Petrina (10/5): Habe mich in Valencia verliebt. - Sehr sauber, ruhig in der Nacht daher sehr bequem, perfekte Verkehrsanbindung zum Flughafen und Stadtsehenswürdigkeiten. Ich komme bald wieder hier und empfehle euch herzlich das Unterkunft. Alles bestens!
• Maite (5/5): - La única está genial, hay mucho aparcamiento gratuito y consum y Mercadona cerca. Justo en la puerta hay una parada de bus Muy cómodo y la ducha súper grande Es muy muy caluroso, fuimos a final de Julio, en la calle estábamos a 30º y se estaba mejor que en el apartamento.

• David Jones (10/5): Great facilities--clean and modern, with an exceptional host. - This is a wonderfully modern, well-equipped and clean lodging that more than met our needs and expectations. Once inside it was clear that our host had put a lot of thought and time into providing a wide assortment of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room supplies that did not overwhelm but made the difference between a lodging and a lovely, comfortable place to stay. Maria met us at the door, even though we arrived on a late flight, and spent time answering questions and making sure we were settled. She also provided a recommendation for our touring interests, which was super helpful. This is a very nice place to stay, and we will make use of it the next time we visit Valencia. We had a problem using Google Maps to find the property. Google Maps takes you to the back window of the apartment, and we eventually walked around the block and found Maria waiting on the sidewalk for us. It might be more useful for visitors to use What3words rather than Google Maps.

• Monique (9/5): Fijn appartement - Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw, waar ze ons de sleutels overhandigde en wat uitleg gaf. Het is een mooi appartement met 1 slaapkamer en een ruime douche. Alles was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Handdoeken, zeep, vaatwasser met vaatwastabletten, zelfs een wasmachine als je daar gebruik van wilt maken. Er stond een fles water, en wat koekjes voor ons klaar. Het was wel even verrassend dat je vanaf de straat direct de woonkamer van het appartement instapt. Als je gewend bent om in stilte te slapen zou ik adviseren oordopjes mee te nemen want er is wel overal geluid, van opzij, van boven en van buiten. Ik sliep prima met oordopjes in. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het prachtige, oude centrum van de stad en Jardins El Turia. Er zit ook een lekker bakkerijtje in de straat waar wij smorgens een broodje met een kopje koffie hebben genuttigd. Fietsen kun je vlakbij voor 11 euro voor 24 uur huren, aan de hoofdweg richting het centrum.
• JDowman (10/5): Grest place, 20 mins walk from the centre, had everything we needed, great value for money. - Maria was amazing, we had arranged for a late check in, our flight was delayed a further 90 mins meaning we didn't get there until almost 11pm. She still met us with a smile and explained everything.
• Madalina (10/5): O cazare ideala pentru un sejur placut - Un studio superb, amenajat cu bun gust, echipat cu tot ce e necesar pentru un sejur placut. Locatia este excelenta, usor de ajuns cu transportul in comun la toate atractiile turistice. Gazda este o doamna foarte draguta, care te ajuta cu tot ce ai nevoie. Desi ne-am cazat la ora 10 PM, doamna Maria ne-a asteptat cu zambetul pe buze, cu o sticla de apa in frigider si cateva dulciuri de bun venit. Zona este foarte linistita, in apartament nu se aud zgomote. Recomand 100%
• Giovanni (10/5): Ritorneremo sicuramente - La casa era molto accogliente e pulita, la signora ci ha accolto in tarda serata poiché il nostro volo era in ritardo.. Una persona molto gentile, non ci ha fatto mancare nulla, addirittura ci ha fatto trovare in casa anche dei pannolini per la bimba.. La posizione della casa è super comoda.. Grazie di tutto ❤️ È andato tutto benissimo

• Ungureanu (9/5): - Locația este exact ca in poze, cu multa atenție la detalii, foarte practic si util totul. Mijloacele de transport pentru obiective sunt foarte aproape si ajungi usor in majoritatea locurilor. Este ciudat ca are ieșirea direct in strada. Noi am prins destul de cald si era necesar folosirea aerului condiționat inclusiv noaptea. Mi-ar fi placut sa ținem geamurile deschise, dar cele de la living erau direct in strada si ni s-a părut ciudat deoarece puteau sa intre pe geam insecte sau daca arunca cineva ceva. Existenta unor plase cred ca ar da un comfort/protectie din acest punct de vedere.

• mateusz (10/5): Estancia excelente!! :) - La estancia fue excelente. La propietaria estuvo siempre disponible y la comunicación fue muy fácil. Pudimos hacer el check-in antes, lo cual fue muy cómodo. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, bien cuidado y perfectamente equipado. La ubicación es muy buena, con parada de autobús delante para ir tanto a la playa como al centro. Además, cerca hay tiendas y una pizzería muy buena. ¡Muy recomendable! The stay was excellent. The host was always available and communication was very easy. We were able to check in earlier, which was very convenient. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped. The location is great – with a bus stop right in front of the building for easy access to both the beach and the city center. There are also shops and a very good pizzeria nearby. Highly recommended! Pobyt był świetny. Właścicielka była zawsze dostępna i kontakt był bardzo dobry. Mogliśmy zameldować się wcześniej, co było bardzo wygodne. Mieszkanie było czyste, zadbane i bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Lokalizacja jest znakomita – przystanek autobusowy pod domem, skąd można łatwo dojechać na plażę i do centrum. Dodatkowo w pobliżu znajdują się sklepy i bardzo dobra pizzeria. Gorąco polecam!

• Anja (10/5): Big recommendation! - The apartment had anything we could imagine. It was so clean, very comfortable. It was nice and modern. It had items that I forgot to bring so it is a big plus! The host was so kind and polite, she wrote a paper with things we might wanted to visit, explained where the market and shop were, she even wrote which bus leads to where. One of the best apartments I have ever stayed, big recommendation!!

Comfy sofa and bed, nice livingroom, close to the old center It is not a real bad point, but one thing you should know: You enter the appartment and its livingroom directly from the street. The windows are of frosted glass, so you get light, but cannot see outside. This gives it a bit of a basement feeling. But all the appartment is nice, new and stylish.

• Marta (10/5): Beautifully updated apartment in Valencia. - Great apartment in excellent location. Everything was fairly new and the best part, at least for me, was that the washer was also a dryer. No need to hang clothes to dry. The owner was waiting for us on the night of arrival even though our AVE train was delayed and there was no WiFi on board so we can notify her upfront. Thank you again M.J. for being such a great owner. Muchas gracias. 😊 Nothing.
• Nikolai (10/5): Quiet apartment in a quiet neighborhood - The apartment is spacious and looks much better when you see it than in pictures. Besides the comfortable and quiet bedroom you have a sitting room with a kitchen at your disposal. It is furnished with a big table and a bar counter with a coffee machine. The kitchen itself is well supplied with a microwave, stove, toaster, dishwasher and a fridge. A very spacious bathroom is also available and separate closet with a washing machine. The apartment is well noise isolated even if it is with direct access to the main street. Very close are two bus stops. However, it is a 10 minutes walking distance to the center. Also two grocery stores and two vegetable and fruit shops are very close, within five minutes walking distance. Our special thanks to the owner Maria Jose. She has met us personally in a very complicated situation in and around the city. She provided us with a very valuable information of the current situation with the transportation from the airport, the location of the shops, restaurants and sites of interest. Since our flight back was late at night Maria Jose was so kind to allow us to stay at the apartment till the late afternoon. Once again our special and cordial thanks! Nothing special but we will make a suggestion: Most visitors may want to see some local news on the TV. So local TV program will be appreciated.

On our arrival she welcomed us and showed us the apartment with a tutorial of how everything works plus explained us how we can go to the center and all good things that should be visited in Valencia.
