In accordance with Community rules and aiming for good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 25 years old to stay in this apartment.
No Smoking: Please notice that this is a strictly nonsmoking apartment.
The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors.
No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book somewhere else.
No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the apartment is located in a residential building.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.
Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.
Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodations by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
For stays 28 days and over the following rules apply:
1) The included monthly amount that can be spend on supplies is €150, this includes water, gas and electricity. For example, if you stay 3 months, you will have €450 to spend in the entire period. If you spend more you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period.
2) A deposit will be charged that is calculated based on the duration of your stay. For 1-3 months reservations the deposit is €450, for 3-6 months reservations the deposit is €800 and for 6-11 months reservations the deposit is 1 monthly rent. The deposit will be refunded 30-45 days after the stay.
3) A rental contract will have to be signed prior to arrival.
4) We require a mandatory monthly cleaning that is NOT included in the price. The cost for each monthly cleaning is €60 and will be a day of your choosing, it will last 3 hours. This is a way to ensure that our flat is kept clean and in good condition.
5) We will personally welcome you at the apartment.

- Amaia (6/5): Exencion de daños, cobran 25€ adicionales - La ubicación es muy buena. Ojoo! Te hacen pagar 25€ de "exención de daños" cuando haces el checkin y metes los datos de los viajeros. Aparece en la última foto del anuncio que publican del alojamiento. El apartamento limpio pero viejuno.
- Elena (5/5): Estuvimos relativamente bien, xq al final viajamos solo 2 personas, y lo del baño fué limitante. - La ubicación El apartamento figura para 4 personas, y no está preparado realmente para tal., por ejemplo en la cocina tiene una barra alta para comer, pero 2 taburetes altos. " sillas plegables en la pared, no valdrían para hacer el desayuno ni en barra ni en la mesita baja de la sala/entrada. Distribución habitaciones: 1ª planta: Sala-entrada-cocina en un único espacio que da acceso a una habitación (cama doble pegada a la pared) y a su vez al baño. La otra habitación está en el piso superior (buhardilla, con techo muy bajo, que apenas puedes recorrer de pié) con la otra cama doble. Y para ir al baño hay que pasar por la habitación: de día no habria problema, pero de noche...Yo solo lo veo válido para una familia de papás con sus hijos. Imaginemos en este escenario 2 parejas, o 4 personas individuales conocidas, pero ...para dormir en la misma cama? Vds lo ven adecuado? Todas estas características hay que especificarlas bien en la página, y no las he visto.
- Vitali (6/5): - Die Lage ist super. Kommunikation schlecht. Die Küche ist kaputt und nicht zugebrachen. Oberes Stockwerk zu verlassen ist nicht einfach. Das Obere Stockwerk ist für Große Leute ungeeignet. Die Kommunikation war schlecht und verwirrend.

- abdel (10/5): Staying in an apartment in Alonso Benítez was a peaceful and enjoyable experience. The area is quiet, safe, and well-con - Very comfortable and accessible. Love the location as it was close to everything! Upstairs the AC drips into the bucket and we did not know or used to it and the bucket over flow a little so we had to clean up a little. For future visitors, I’d like to say to mention it so they know about it.
