• Ivan (5/5): Zona com muito barulho Noturno - Facilidade do Check-in. Apartamento equipado com cozinha. Anfitrião atencioso. Apartamento aconselhado para grupo de amigos em ambiente de festa, mas não aconselhado para famílias com crianças. O apartamento fica no epicentro da Zona Noturna com mais movimento e com uma discoteca em frente a 20 metros, impossível dormir com o barulho. Não está claro esta situação durante a apresentação do anuncio. Não aconselhável a quem procura uma noite de sossego ou a famílias com crianças.

Man hätte darauf hinweisen können! Das unverschämteste war aber das mir nach deem Aufenthalt unterstellt wurde, den Wasserkocher und "Kaffezubehör" mitgenommen zu haben.

• Lena (1/5): Avoid! Will never use this company again, misleading - Instructions were unclear, we had to call customer service. Location was awful. Unsuitable for restful vacation. It was across two night clubs with loud music blasting until 3am. This was NOT in the property description. We could not sleep for most nights. Customer service was unhelpful. Room was cleaned once during the stay despite numerous requests. Finally, last day ran into cleaner by accident on the stairwell and asked to clean room

Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary things. Very nice that there was some free stuff like beer, water, juice in the fridge The furniture in the apartment is pretty old. You can see scratches on the sofa and chairs. But at the same time it was very clean

"Smart Lock" refused to lock when we first arrived, ground floor lock problematic on several occasions when returning. Numerous cosmetic issues (torn sofa, light fittings hanging off the wall, chipped furniture etc) Shower door gunged up so much it would not slide, had to lift it up to open & close. Great balcony space furnished with 1 x table & 1 x broken unusable chair??? I was subjected to a phishing scam attempt by email & WhatsApp 3 days after making the reservation via booking.com. Olala Homes made no attempt to fix any of the problems despite reaching out to their support team. No representative on site. Awaiting response to my formal written complaint.

• danielle (10/5): - Fantastic apartment, very clean, location is great, I loved how there was a welcome beer and orange juice in the fridge. They also had salt, pepper and oil which was a nice touch. We had quite a large terrace which we could also enjoy. Everything was very clean inside and modern. The only thing is, the door code is quite difficult to use. We sometimes struggled especially after a night in Sitges. It was a little strange you are not able to see the numbers you type in.

• Vedran (9/5): Very nice apartment that I would rent again if I go back to Sitges - Very nice apartment situated in the middle of nightlife Sitges and very close to the beach as well. Beds very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, nice bathroom. Also, more and more apartments don’t leave the basics like shower gel etc but here is not the case. They leave shower gel, shampoo and even somo threats like coffee, water, beer, butter, olive oil, salt, pepper…for me tjis kind of welcoming gifts are greatly appreciated. Sofa in the living room is quite uncomfortable and chairs a bit destroyed. Also it’s a bit noisy with all the night life close but around 02:30 everything close so you can sleep nicely

And the bear walls which could do with a little artwork here and there just to make it feel more homely.

• Joanne (10/5): Lush Apartments in Sitges - The apartment is less than 100m from the beach. Balcony faces street, a great people watching spot. Amenities and finish of Apartment absolutely blew our expectations out the water. Absolutely lush. Beers, fresh orange juice, teas, coffee's and snacks left for us as a welcome gift. Air con (much needed) was a god send. WiFi (total surprise as it's advertised as no WiFi). Flat screen tv with YouTube, Netflix. Washing machine, ironing board, dishwasher.Both beds were so comfy. Absolutely LOVED this 2 bedroom apartment.. Apartment 3. Would really recommend this for location (7 mins walk from train station), and all the amenities are fabulous in the apartment. There are only 2 things to note that wouldn't put me off rebooking again. 1) No hooks in the bathroom to hold clothes or bath towels.. so everything is on the floor whilst you're getting showered, especially if you're sharing with someone and trying to get ready. 2) You're straight across from the Las Vegas Music bar, which closes at 3am so the music is blasting. However, it totally cuts off at 3 am. and is silent after that. For having such a fab apartment and location, this is the only slight downside. But you do get used to it, so it's not a mega downside at all... just bring earplugs or put in noise cancelling headphones if you're a light sleeper

• Eden (9/5): Fantastic value in the centre of everything. - The location was brilliant, right in the centre of the nightlife and a stone's throw from the beach. Modern apartments with cute touches like your first round of beers and water in the fridge for your arrival. I would stay here again as it was the perfect location for us and extremely easy to check in. I loved staying here, although if you're a light sleeper be sure to bring ear plugs as this is right in the centre of the nightlife (we went to bed after everything closed most nights, so wasn't an issue). The place could do with some towel hooks in the bathroom as there was nowhere to store them and it would be good if the place was spruced up mid-stay every few days... I know this is more a hotel thing, but changing towels and bedding would be appreciated, especially for guests who are staying a longer period.
• Rik (2/5): No customer service at all! - The apartment itself is modern and comfortable, with a clean and well-designed interior. However, our overall experience was disappointing. We had booked Apartment 6 but were placed in Apartment 5 without any clear explanation. Most importantly, the noise from nearby bars was extremely loud and continued late into the night 03:00, making it impossible to get proper rest. This issue was not clearly communicated in the listing. It is not suitable for anyone looking for a quiet or relaxing stay.

Our check in was delayed an hour so we received an extra hour on check out. This was fine with us however it wasn’t relayed to the cleaning staff who woke us trying to get in and clean the apartment before our check out time.

There was room servicing available which was not available last year. There was wear and tear that should have been easily repaired but wasn’t. The couch is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat on.

• Petronella (5/5): Apartment was good.. lovely place to visit. - It was mentioned that there was some noise from nightlife and bars. Not that some of the bars would be open until 3/4 in the morning !!! Then the cleaning crew would start at around 6 am.
• Ander (6/5): Pleasant - Newly furbished, clean and spacious. Walking distance from the beach and the city center. I would not repeat this place. The noise of the bars below (at least during summer weekends) it's unbearable, even with earplugs. We hardly slept. Music was on until at least 3 am. One room was better positioned, further away from the noise and with doors, but the other bedroom was simply an open space overlooking the bars. The staff... There's no staff. Everything is done via whatsapp, which would not be a problem if our requests were answered. We asked for additional sheets and we ran out of soap so we asked... we only got automated answers but we never got actual help.
• Ryan (6/5): Broken AC with no help at all! 👎🏼 - It was in an extremely convenient and central location! It was bright with comfortable beds and the balcony overlooking the big courtyard area was beautiful. It was August so extremely warm the air conditioning wouldn’t go any lower than 23 degrees which was not ideal as one of the bedrooms would wake up like I was in a furnace. On contacting the staff they said someone would be in touch! Absolutely abysmal service from staff who claim to be on hand 24/7 no one attempted to fix the air conditioning until 10pm on our final night when we were out enjoying sitges! The service was nothing short of appalling and as lovely as the property is I will not be recommending this to anyone ever! Unfortunately the service really let down the entire stay at this property!

I was waking up every morning wi - The size of the apartment The location it was in the heart of the clubs in the village. It wasn’t any indication about the pedestrian street that the apartment was located.
• Mick (5/5): Great location but apartment badly let down by easily fixed issues that were not sorted by Olala. - Location was excellent, literally two minute walk to the beach; very central to the town's facilities and shops, small balcony with roof-top views; lively location but when doors shut at night - nice and quiet. Quality of facilities was poor - both the dishwasher and washing machine did not work - when we complained they shrugged and said sorry we can't get the parts - not good enough when you take small amount of clothes as washing machine advertised. Shower head broken and hard to use. Balcony furniture poor and rickety and but only space for two people to sit (four person apartment). Air conditioning in one bedroom did not work - reported on arrival - nothing done about it all week - had to use fans instead and buy our own batteries for the remote. General finish and decoration needs refreshing.

Changed the towels once in one week - and that's it. Noisy, no staff, no cleaning. Worst place i have ever experienced as a traveller.

The apartment is a cozy one and does have enough space to spend time for three people (potentially 4). A new house is being built next to those premises and a lot of dust is with you on a daily basis

Very very noisy on Saturday from the bars. A note is needed about this as it goes on until after 3 am. There was a leak on the kitchen floor that took lots of towels and made the dishwasher unusable. It was good we had a short stay. No staff came to fix it. We asked for extra blankets and towels but no response

The property was located in a great place but it was extremely noisy. The bars would close at 3am so noise would stop for a couple of hours but then bin collection, road sweeping, deliveries would start at 6am, so pretty much constant noise
• Gustavo (9/5): Good place - The best location in Sitges. The Apartment is very good. All we need. If you are coming to “rest” I mean to visit the city and sleep early. Do not take this apartment because is very noisy with the bars outside. But if you are going to do parties. Best place ever.

• Carmen (5/5): Party street property - The apartment was clean and has everything that you need for your stay. It was very loud during weekend nights (Thursday to Saturday) and I wouldn't recommend it if you are a light sleeper or travelling with kids, teenagers. The entrance area is very dirty and was destroyed one morning, even the code reader was missing so we couldn't enter the building. No relocation or compensation was possible. The staff was only reachable through email to the customer support which was a bit difficult.

• Arnas (8/5): Very good - The apartment was nice and well equipped with all required appliances and amenities. The WIFI worked well and it was easy to connect to it. The apartment is on a busy street with a lot of bars and restaurants, which are open until late, so it can get difficult to get some sleep.
• Pawan (8/5): Very good - Very close to beach The Apartments are having multiple lock system and to reach 1st floor there is no lift
