• Victor (10/5): A fabulous apartment for a very reasonable price. We loved everything about this place! - We loved everything about this beautiful apartment. After 3 1/2 months traveling in SE Asia we needed a treat before returning home to Canada. And this apartment ticked all the boxes. Super comfortable bed (luxuriously so). A spacious living room with a comfy couch and big screen TV. Whisper quiet AC that maintained perfect temperatures. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure in shower. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was an added bonus! We have absolutely no complaints.
• Peter (10/5): Comfortable, convenient stay - Quiet location about 15 mins walk from old quarter, but 5 mins from train street. Modern, clean, 24hr security, baggage held after departure, great communications. Overall a comfortable, convenient stay. Could provide washing machine powder.

• Alex (8/5): - Good location, nice apartment and great communication from the host. If you want somewhere to base yourself and explore Hanoi, then this works perfectly! Gate closes at night and the guard lets you in. No biggy - just something to be aware of (I was not!)

Staff contacted me minutes after my departure to arrange return. Fantastic location, easy to walk entire old quarter area from this property. Apartment sits on a quiet side street with a lot of nice cafes and restaurants right outside your door. Cold A/C, nice kitchen and comfortable bed. N/A

• Hà (1/5): Lựa chọn tồi tệ. - Vị trí vì tương đối gần trung tâm. Phòng đặt trên Booking ghi là căn hộ có bếp tủ lạnh, bế nấu ăn, nhưng hoàn toàn không có,giống 1 phòng nhà nghỉ nhỏ. Phòng tắm rất nhỏ. Ga giường bẩn có nhiều vết ố nhỏ. Tủ lạnh hỏng dán băng dính ko dùng được. Không có tiếp tân, không hề hỏi khách đến giờ nào, khi đến sáng sớm muốn nhận phòng sớm thì yêu cầu trả thêm tiền full 1 ngày với thái độ cáu gắt. Sự hỗ trợ là hàu như không có, trừ bác bảo vệ thì giúp mình nhiều. Khách nào sau muốn đặt ở đây hãy hỏi kỹ vào nhé vì chủ chỉ quan tâm đến tiền thôi. Khách đi rồi còn gọi báo ấm đun nước móp rồi đổ cho khách làm.

• Chengyun (10/5): Affordable, comfortable, and spacious – the perfect accommodation😻 - Unbelievably perfect! I was a bit worried at first since it had so few reviews, but stepping into the room, I knew I worried for nothing! 1. Facilities – Everything is new and well-maintained, with high-quality appliances. The washer and dryer are a huge plus! 2. Space – Super spacious, with a living room, sofa, small kitchen, and a bar counter. Perfect for two people! 3. Ambiance – Bright, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The only downside is the soundproofing isn’t great; the neighbors across the street start getting noisy early. But I wouldn’t blame this on the place itself.

• Hiền (9/5): Outstanding apartment - It's near the old quarter, easy to get there on foot within 20' and also easy to see other things nearby. An is always helps us whenever we need help with the apartment essentials or the staff sometimes, and she seems to be a hospitalized person. The staff who helped us with checking in on the first day were friendly and helpful. The cleaners are also responsible and they usually do a great job. The apartment is extremely perfect, since it's like what we saw in the pictures. Since we stayed for a bit more than 3 weeks, we looked for somewhere that offers easy ways to do laundry by ourselves since we don't like using the service. And their drying machine is the best we could ask for! The only thing we didn't like much is the security guy who came in at night. He often reminded me how I shouldn't get back later after 11pm or I should try to arrange my schedule to be back before this time. And tbh it's a bit annoying, I have stayed in plenty of places like this in Danang, Saigon, BMT etc for trips or just a long term stay and never had such a problem... That's the only thing we don't like and hope you guys can improve it! If we plan to come back to Hanoi anytime, we will definitely choose here!
