• Magdalena (6/5): No lo recomendaría. - La atención del buffet para desayunar. La ubicación. Que el teléfono no comunique von nadie de recepción. Que el agua caliente es "cuando se pueda/haya". Es decir, no es constante! Que el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto es inexistente. Te toman la reserva y no aparecen!!!

• Gabriel Aguilar (9/5): Hermosa y tranquila estadía en el centro de Estambul. - La ubicación es excepcional, estas a 2 minutos de todo. El desayuno re completo y la atención del personal fue super cordial y servicial. Nosotros llegamos cerca de la media noche y nos atendieron excelente, nos mostraron las habitaciones y quedamos super satisfechos. Mención especial para nuestro amigo Kaan que nos ayudó con las maletas en las escaleras bajo la lluvia. Nada, por eso le ponemos 9 puntos. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el agua caliente y lo resolvieron en 15 minutos.
• Gil González (1/5): Esta habitación no está en condiciones para ser ofrecida - Solo la ubicación Nos ofrecieron una habitación que no funcionaba nada, no ducha, no lavabo y mucho ruido. La máquina del aire acondicionado de todo el edificio en la terraza de la habitación. Decía suite con vista al mar, de suite nada y vistas al mar un poco por encima de una alambrada, no lo recomiendo

• Janice (8/5): Good for the price paid - The room was spacious, the beds comfortable and it was quiet. It was also cheap and in an excellent location. The room was grubby, the TV didn't work and the shower performance was intermittent with poor pressure after 9am.
• Renata (4/5): Decepcionante - A localização era muito conveniente para explorar o centro histórico e a limpeza do hotel é ótima. A comunicação com a recepção foi ruim desde a nossa chegada, nos sentimos desrespeitados. Embora o quarto fosse bonito e limpo, com excelente vista, a pressão da água no chuveiro foi decepcionante, a ponto de eu considerar lavar meu cabelo na pia. O café da manhã possui poucas opções para alimentação ocidental e nem sempre havia ovos disponíveis, apesar da boa vontade da equipe da cozinha.

A quelques pas des sites historiques. Assez déçue par le petit déjeuner (beaucoup de choses mais pas très savoureux ) et le café est en poudre, je n’ai pas réussi à ouvrir les fenêtres (c’est peut être possible), la chambre était très petite pour une double.

• Tatsuya (1/5): 残念 - ロケーションは良い。 【要点】 深夜0時から部屋だけ停電し、真冬で暖房も止まり、真っ暗な状態で過ごすことになりました。翌朝伝えても修理されず、部屋交換も「今日チェックアウトだから我慢しろ」と拒否されました。シャワーは止まらず、ハンガーは1本、レストラン隣で騒音も酷く、携帯も充電できず旅行を続けるのが困難でした。スタッフは動画撮影に合意後に態度を急変させ、威嚇や「警察を呼ぶ」といった脅しもあり、安全面でも問題があります。 【詳細】 部屋の電気が夜中の12時から点かず、真っ暗な部屋で過ごしても電気の点く部屋に変えてくれませんでした。フライト遅延と豪雨の中22時にチェックインし、受付とは別棟の1階の部屋に案内されましたが、クローゼットにはハンガーが1本しかなく、濡れた服を乾かすこともできませんでした。シャワーは止まらず水漏れし、設定を調整しても改善せず、受付への内線もありません。深夜の豪雨の中で受付に行くのは困難だったため、翌朝6時に停電を伝えましたが、技術者が来ると言われただけで、9時に戻っても停電は未解決でした。 日勤スタッフに部屋の変更を求めても「今日チェックアウトだから我慢しろ」と拒否され、12時まで滞在できるはずなのに別の部屋を用意しませんでした。携帯の充電もできず、窓の外はレストランの席がすぐ隣で、朝はカーテンを開けられず部屋は真っ暗。妻は洗面台で化粧もできず、旅行者にとって致命的な状況でした。 スタッフに何度も部屋の変更を求めましたが、マネージャーにも修理業者にも連絡しておらず、動画撮影に合意した後に態度を急変させ、撮影を止めろと威圧し、「警察を呼ぶ」と脅すなど非常に不適切でした。手を叩いて威嚇し、エントランスに出てきたため、攻撃されるのではないかと感じるほどでした。マネージャーも到着後まず動画を止めろと言い、問題の本質を理解せず、部屋交換を最後まで拒否。最終的に空港までの無料送迎を提示されましたが、求めていたのは単に電気が点く安全な部屋でした。 レストラン隣の部屋は扉の開閉音や音楽が響き、睡眠も妨げられました。トラブルが起きた際、客に対して威嚇や脅しを行う対応は極めて不誠実で、安全面でも問題があります。同じ状況に遭う宿泊者が今後出ないことを願います。 写真1：自分の部屋だけ停電 写真2：真っ暗なベッドルーム 写真3：窓の外がレストラン席でカーテンを開けられない様子
• Antonio (5/5): - La posizione è ottima per visitare i luoghi di interesse culturale, ho trovato buono anche il ristorante.. Il problema sono state: la prima stanza deluxe prenotata che aveva letti separati e il motore della pompa di calore sul terrazzo e non si riusciva a dormire, ho chiesto il cambio stanza e la doccia funzionava male (flusso d’acqua inconsistente dal soffione). La climatizzazione della stanza poi, un mistero su come settarla.

• Maite (4/5): - La ubicacion Las habitaciones que nos dieron no eran acordes a las características que habíamos reservado. Nos quejamos y solo nos cambiaron una de las dos habitaciones después de mucho insistir. Ninguna de las habitaciones esta insonorizada a pesar de que en la características así lo indique. La ventana de una de las habitaciones daba directamente al comedor y al no estar insonorizada la habitación, se oía a todos los huéspedes desayunar.

Es gab zwei Hotels wo die Gäste aufgeteilt wurden Joyway Hotel Istanbul Sultanahmet und Hotel Ishak Pasa Palace by Joyway.Wir hatten Ishak Pasa Palace by Joyway gebucht. Frühstück findet für alle Gäste im Ishak Pasa statt. Leider freche Betreuung des Kellners.Nach der Frage wann noch anderes Gebäck zum Frühstück kommt? Kommt erst am 09:00. Frühstück war nur sehr notdürftig.Sehr wenig Auswahl.Auch altes Brot vom Vortag. Frühstück war aber von 08:00-10:30 Dann der Höhepunkt.Der Kellner kam und sagte:Wir würden zu lange beim Frühstück sitzen!!!!!!Normalerweise nur 15-20min.So etwas ist uns noch nie gesagt worden.Eine Frechheit. Mein Mann hat dies an der Rezeption im Hotel Joyway Istanbul Sultanahmet gemeldet,daraufhin wurde der Kellner zur Rede gestellt.Der Rezeptionist im Joyway Hotel hat sich entschuldigt. Es gab vom Kellner keine Entschuldigung,wir hatten daraufhin keine funktionierende Klimaanlage mehr!!! Leider konnten die Mitarbeiter des Joyway nichts machen,da es geteilte Hotels sind. !Kaffeemaschine wurde im Idhak Pasa nicht gereinigt.Reinigung des Stiegenaufgang im Hotel mangelhaft.Es wurde nicht gesaugt bzw.gekehrt. Fernsehen nur mit türkischen Fernsehsendern. Wäre nach langen Ausflügen auch in Deutsch toll gewesen.
