- Emily (2/5): - Shame on Expedia for not refunding the amount. We did not stay at the hotel. The place said they would send information, which they didn’t. We arrived with our two tired kids and called Expedia because the host did not answer calls, texts or What’s App messages. Then we got texts from another number that stated the room was not clean but we could stay there. A person came out and said her room was filthy. The host on What’s App said they would refund the money but would not pick up when Expedia called. The agent at Expedia said he would have to get ahold of the host to get a refund. We never even got the information nor stayed there and there is no refund. I keep on writing the host to tell them to call Expedia and they say they will to get a refund but they don’t. Expedia should give us the refund. This is unethical on all sides including Expedia. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card.
- Nazzy (2/5): WORST - worst experience ever!

- Paul (2/5): Do not book, it is a con. - They took booking for 3 nights, never sent email with entry code and did not answer phone calls had to book different hotels, basically they just stole £226.80 and have ignored me. It’s a con do not book, may report to police for theft.
- Heather (2/5): It’s a scam DO NOT BOOK - Do not ever book here. I had the worst experience with all my friends travelling to London from different places to stay here and celebrate my birthday. I was struggling to get any answer from the property on the morning when they were supposed to provide me with check in information 24hours before. After multiple calls and messages they finally responded a couple hours later saying they will provide me with the code for the property later in the day. 4 minutes before check in, when we were already in London, the property messaged saying they had to cancel “due to damage left by a previous guest” so we were all stranded in London with our bags and nowhere to stay. If this place was legitimate they would have replied to my initial messages rather than declining my calls and then they would have informed us earlier in the day about the issues they were having with the property. We tried to get a refund through hotels.com and they were useless as the property did not respond to them and hotels.com never gave me my refund after many emails. I’ve only just managed to get a refund through my bank but still traumatised from this experience and will not be booking with hotels.com again. A wasted birthday weekend and a waste of time and money for all of my friends travelling to London for us all to go home missing our evening bookings that we paid deposits for. This place must be a scam do not make the same mistake as us!
