Could not be closer to the Plaza. Highly recommend ❤️ There was nothing we did not like. Super comfortable apartment.

• Kevin (5/5): Very uncomfortable due to the very poor heating. - Clean and tidy apart from the oven, we couldn’t use it as the smell from it when turned on was horrendous. So had to eat out at restaurants for every meal. It was absolutely freezing even with the air-con on heat and set at 32 degrees.

UK TV with catch up An easy walk to the main shopping mall which took us 40 mins Easy parking opposite Two Supermarket close by Welcome basket on arrival Secure apartment access Plenty of towels and blankets Hosts and welcome host extremely helpful As it was winter we didn't use the sun lounger pool area but again this area was secure for residence. A compact bathroom area meant the shower was over the bath which was quite high for us to step into. A handrail would be ideal. Missing side table on the right side of the master bedroom. We noticed the extra large bed was actually two single beds joined together. Unfortunately although the air con unit converted to an over head heater, unfortunately it was inadequate for our winter stay. Bedroom 2 had a single bed positioned near the built in wardrobe & door so it was difficult to move around easily.

• Joana (9/5): Casa Ótima para passar uma férias calmas e em família 😁 - Ótimo espaço para passar as férias, a piscina quase que era só para nós, éramos 4 e as vezes aparecia um casal, não mais que isso. Tinha toalhas e utensílios de cozinha. Máquina de lavar roupa... Adorei o livro que os donos deixaram, onde contem alguma informação sobre eles, sobre o sítio e o que fazer nas zonas ao redor ( muito divertido) . A entrada no apartamento foi um pouco complicada visto que só falam em inglês então acaba por ser mais complicado falar ao telemóvel, mas depois conseguimos encontrar o sítio e o senhor lá nos mostrou a casa, tudo isto a falar em inglês mas foi muito explicativo. No entanto faltava uma maior limpeza na parte da loiça e mais papel higiénico. Como sugestão poderiam ter chávenas de café e sabonete das mãos.

• Craig (10/5): Perfect apartment in a prime location. - A beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Kudos to the hosts (Gordon and Tyrenne) who also provided those priceless little extras. Coffee pods for the coffee machine, sugar, washing up liquid and cloths, a couple of beers, water and a bottle of wine in the welcome pack, bath and pegs to hang the swimming clothes. If looking for somewhere to stay in Villamartín, check this place out.

STEPS UP TO FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT MAY BE A PROBLEM FOR SOME, BUT NOT FOR US
• David (10/5): First class stay, will be happy to return at some point in the future. - Excellent location within a few minutes walk of bars, restaurants, golf club and all other amenities that Villamartin has to offer. Easy parking on street outside. Sunny balcony. Quiet pool area. Comfortable bed. Ceiling fan in each room negated need to use the air conditioning. Perfectly adequate kitchen area open plan to living area. Two sets of patio doors make it light and bright. Excellent communications with the owners. Operation of TV shall forever remain a mystery. Low profile of balcony furniture could pose a problem for older visitors.

• David (10/5): First class - We are familiar with the area having until three years ago owned a property at las ramblas golf for 20 years The golf, walks and cycling in the area are excellent We liked the location across from villamartin plaza with lots of restaurants and bars close-by. the la zenia shopping centre is a fifteen minute walk and the many beautiful beaches 5/10 minutes drive Overall an excellent apartment in perfect location Well looked after very clean apartment the communication with key holders and the welcome by them first class Tv channel choice could have been better unless we didn’t work it correctly
• Alexander (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location in Villa Martin Plaza and apartment is also very nice. Friendly and helpful host showed us around in the area although we arrived midnight. Recommend! Can't think of anything.
• Kevin (9/5): Apart from the above niggles (all minor) the stay was excellent. - The location was excellent as it was necessary for us to be picked up. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. On arrival there was a mix up as to the time we could access the property. It was advertised that we could check-in between 15:00 and 22:00 and arranged to do this between 15:00 and 16:00. We were not allowed access until 18:00 due to cleaning. We did not have a Spanish mobile or have roaming so could not contact them and they had difficulty contacting us. Although the tv could access Netflix (in English) after watching one programme it did not allow further access for us without setting-up a new account and paying for this. Even though a iron and an ironing board was advertised as being present we could not find them. Fortunately we did not need these.
• Claes (10/5): Great apartment for short or long term stays - Very clean, everything you needed for a stay. Proximity to restaurants and Rebecca was a great person to deal with ensuring both check in and checkout and on hand for any help
• James (10/5): Fantastic location, apartment and hosts. - The ease of dealing with the hosts was most impressive, directions and key pick-up and drop-off was simple and on-time. The cleanliness of the apartment, welcome pack, and location was perfect. I have always preferred hotels, however, on this experience would not hesitate in considering an apartment for future breaks. I honestly cannot think of anything that would could have been better, maybe the weather on day 3 of our break and my golf scores!
