- Su (8/5): A good stay - This hotel was located in a quieter area of Venice. The breakfast was good, with options for everyone. There were many baked goods. The staff was attentive and prompt. Everyone at the front desk was knowledgeable and helpful. The bathroom was very tight, and the layout was not well thought out. There were no hooks to hang towels or clothes. The sink area barely had enough room to put toiletry bags/toiletries. The shower floor was made of plastic, so was very slippery when wet.

Le professionnalisme du personnel, particulièrement au service du petit déjeuner. Et la localisation à Dorsoduro. Deux sièges confortables ne seraient pas un luxe dans une chambre pour deux! L'armoire fermée n'est pas suffisante pour ranger le contenu de deux valises pour un séjour d'une semaine.

Easy vaporetto ride from the train station and then a very short walk to the entrance (which you can almost miss if you aren't paying attention!). The courtyard you enter is beautiful and was the perfect place for our daughter to wait for us as she arrived before we did. The staff was very helpful and friendly - they stored our luggage upon arrival and check out and as soon as we entered the courtyard on the day we were leaving they had already seen us and were retrieving our luggage before we had to ask! This hotel was an easy walk to anywhere in Venice. Room was clean, stairs were a little funky, but ok. Bathroom was a good size and it was comfortable for 3 people.

- Wendy (10/5): Great Hotel and location - My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff is exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable. The room we had chosen had a king bed. The jacuzzi tub was a wonderful surprise! We also had beautiful views of the canal. The room was very large, and decorated very elegant. Location was great for us. The complimentary visit to the Murano glass museum was a beautiful and we enjoyed seeing how these beautiful pieces were made by the masters of this art.

Nice to be able to handle many things via email. Did not try texting. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was awesome, lots of choices and only $10. Wish I was enjoying it now with their fresh made cappuccino. The electricity went out and it made departure at 4 in the morning bit difficult.

- Rachel (10/5): A gorgeous treat for us in a beautiful, very special hotel. The hotel team were superb - Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Incredibly helpful team of staff - from organising transfers to the hotel from the railway stations, answering our questions, little touches such as receiving a bottle of ice cold water on arrival and departure, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is well located for exploring many parts of Venice on foot. The rooms, breakfast restaurant, bar and courtyard at the front are all lovely. There was nothing we didn’t like apart from leaving on our last day as we had such a wonderful time.

- Jérôme (8/5): Bon séjour dans un hotel au calme - Hôtel très bien tenu, hygiène nickel , le personnel est charmant avec quelques personnes qui parlent français, la chambre est spacieuse, pour nous il était loin du tumulte du centre de Venise et cela était parfait avec des lignes de Vaporetto à proximité immédiate. Le check in en ligne est parfait et évite de perdre du temps à l'arrivée. Les informations et conseils par mail avant l'arrivée sont parfaites pour préparer et anticiper son séjour. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié mais en règle général tout est de qualité moyenne gustativement sans être mauvais mais on s'attend à mieux, l'hôtel est sombre et la chambre aussi c'est dommage.

- Umberto (10/5): Anniversario emozionante - Soggiorno fantastico! Ho festeggiato l’anniversario di matrimonio con mia moglie ed è stato un sogno! La camera è eccezionale! Mia moglie è rimasta affascinata! La vasca idromassaggio top… così come la sauna e il bagno turco. Sin da subito dalla reception mi hanno accolto in maniera professionale e con gentilezza… anche per le varie richieste fatte! Decorazione della camera con petali di rose davvero molto bella e romantica! Grazie a tutto lo staff… eccezionali!

- Monika (10/5): Nur zu empfehlen - Wir haben in diesem Hotel schon des öfteren übernachtet und sind wieder begeistert. Die Lage ist einmalig - wir lieben diese Ecke von Venedig uns wurde gesagt: "...das ist die Sonnenseite von Venedig..." und so hat es sich auch präsentiert. Gleich ein paar Schritte vom Hotel ist die Vaporettostation San Basilio - also verkehrstechnisch super angebunden. Die Zimmer sind modern und funktional eingerichtet. Betten sehr gut, Badezimmer groß mit Dusche. Das Frühstück bietet wirklich alles und das in toller Qualität. Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Alles Gründe wieder zu kommen.

- Lucy (9/5): A lovely boutique stay with exceptional staff - The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout. The concierge met us at the dock when we arrived by private water taxi (highly recommend that mode of transport), and delivered us back there for our homeward journey. The barman/mixologist 'Vin' was extremely skilful, knowledgeable and entertaining - well worth a stop there after a long day/evening of touring Venice. Some maintenance required in our room, which was not at all reflective of the impeccable standard throughout the hotel. There was an ugly stain on the wallpaper adjacent to the bed and the paint on the external side of our window, next to the balcony seating was peeling off

- Ann (10/5): Fabulous stay in a lovely location. - Lovely hotel in a great location away from all the crowds. Everything was very clean and staff were really friendly and helpful. We received an upgraded room which was a lovely surprise. Would definitely recommend.

- Bruce (9/5): Great stay, fantastic location, super comfy but breakfast really lets the hotel down otherwise it would have been a full - The staff could not do enough for you The location is perfect, far enough from Venice to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk in around 10-15 mins to everything you want. The room was super chic with gorgeous decor, huge bathroom and super comfortable bed! The breakfast was not great. There are plenty of choices when it comes to cold meats, cheese fruit etc but the ‘warm section’ consists of sloppy scrambled egg, thin super crispy (snappable) bacon followed by stale wedges, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, carrots and spinach - all of which were cold everyday. Very disappointing for a 4*+ hotel

- Linsay (5/5): Great location sadly hotel room was disappointing we wouldn’t return. - We loved the location as it was slightly outside of the busier part of Venice but close enough to be there in a couple of mins to walk. The bar was great - loved the knowledge the bar man had and great cocktails! Our room sadly was not great. It was too small, the air con didn’t work which we mentioned to the staff but it didn’t seem to be fixed. We upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi and went to turn it on on the last night - didn’t work. We could hear next doors working so clearly just a problem with ours. Also sounds daft but the mini bar fridge was so noisy at night it woke us up more than once! Sadly the room was not worth the upgrade and for this reason we would not return.

- MEHMET (10/5): Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir - İlk girdiğiniz andan itibaren 4 yıldızlı, profesyonelce işletilen bir otele geldiğinizi anlıyorsunuz. Çalışanların çok kibar ve yardımcı, ayrıca geniş bir kadro var, resepsiyonda veya restaurantta bekletmeden hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Kahvaltı gayet çeşitli ve yeterli, bir de içecekleri garsonlar kendileri getiriyorlar ve hızlılar, bu da kahvaltı ortasında kalkıp otomat sırası beklemenizi engelliyor, kahvaltı bence kesinlikle alınmalı. Junior suite’de kalmıştık oda büyük ve ferah, banyo da aynı şekilde çok geniş ve yepyeni idi. Temizlik tek kelime ile mükemmel, kılıflar hem yeni hem tertemiz kokuyordu. Yine birşey istediğinizde odaya gelmeleri 5-10 dk’yı geçmiyordı. Son olarak konum; haritada turistik yerlere biraz uzak görünse de bence bu avantaj çünkü otelin olduğu yerde o curcuna ve gürültü yok, harika bir şekilde dinlenebiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca venedik çok küçük, maks 15 dk yürüme mesafesi, o da çok gelirse önünde vapuretta hattı var. Aklımda kalan tek konu gürültülü tesisat, diğer odalar sifon çektiğinde bizim odadan duyuluyordu.

It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel instantly valued and at home! Why we loved it: • Perfect for Families: Traveling with a teenager can be tricky, but this hotel was a hit with everyone. The atmosphere was welcoming and the facilities were top-notch. • Superb Breakfast: The breakfast was simply excellent. A huge variety of fresh, high-quality food that kept us all satisfied. • Beautiful & Pristine Room: Our room was very pretty, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Most importantly, the entire suite was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. • Amazing Staff: The team here is fantastic. Their attention to detail—like that hand-written note—shows how much they care about their guests. They were kind, professional, and always helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and a personal touch. We will definitely be back!

- Roger (1/5): won’t be going back - Trying to keep this review as balanced as possible but…… being placed in room 102 was not great. Room 102 is located directly above the hotel bar / reception desk area. what made it worse was that the first floor (directly outside our room) over looked the reception area so any and every noise from the public areas could be heard on our room - every night from roughly 9pm to mid night. The hotel already know this is an issue but still the place paying guests here!!!!! location
