• Prof. (7/5): Estadia de uma semana em Barcelona - Gostei muito da localização. Próxima do centro da cidade e num bairro muito agradável. O estado de conservação de alguns elementos do apartamento. Em dois quartos as persianas não funcionam. Num deles não dava para abrir, no outro não dava para fechar. Numa das casas de banho é impossível tomar banho sem molhar tudo em volta do chuveiro. A base de duche é muito pequena e tem uma cortina mais pequena ainda , que não permite isolar a saída de água para o restante espaço da casa de banho. Deveria , também, haver mais cobertores ou edredons disponíveis. As noites estavam bem frias e não havia mais nada, além do que já estava posto na cama.
• CONSTANTIN (10/5): Per total, o experiență foarte plăcută. - Apartamentul este confortabil și bine dotat, arată exact ca în poze. Mi-a plăcut că are centrală proprie, deci apă caldă și căldură non-stop. Bucătăria este bine echipată, iar comunicarea cu gazda a fost foarte bună. Apartamentul este situat într-o zonă bună. Singurul minus ar fi că una dintre băi este destul de mică, iar usile si ferestrele sunt vechi din lemn.

• Milena (10/5): The hosts are kind and even accommodated our request for a late checkout. Highly recommended. - The apartment is more than comfortable in the most beautiful neighborhood of Barcelona. It can easily accommodate 5 people and more.
• Pereira (9/5): Melhor opção para ficar em Barcelona, fugindo dos centros turísticos - O apartamento estava bem limpinho e completo para poder passar bons dias. São 3 quartos muito bem equipados e confortáveis. Além de ser um bom apartamento, ele se localiza no melhor bairro de Barcelona, Gràcia, que fica distante dos centros turísticos e pode-se "viver" mais a verdadeira Bcn! Gostei de tudo. Ficaria novamente e recomendarei para amigos!

• Vuk (8/5): Nice apartment located in a fantastic place in Barcelona. - The apartment is in a fantastic spot. It is located in the part of Barcelona called Villa de Gracia, a beautiful, romantic, and bohemian quarter of Barcelona. Many young people, locals, less touristic but so authentic: streets, restaurants, bars, shops. Further from the tourist centres, but still close enough. We really liked it.
• Dan (9/5): Recomand - Locația este foarte bună, la 5 minute de mers pe jos de statia de metrou Fontana si 7-10 minute statia Gracia, aproape de centru si de obiective de vizitat. Apartamentul este curat, cu dotările necesare. Anumite lucruri pot fi îmbunătățite, cum ar fi ușa de la baia mica (se deschide greu, perdeaua de la aceeași baie, uscătorul de par foarte vechi si pe jumătate functional). Nu ne-au deranjat insa foarte mult.

On the last day there was the festival party right under us so we got out and had a great time! Spacious aparment with pretty much everything you need already inside it. Welcoming host!

• Jessica (8/5): A comfortable and well-equipped stay with a friendly host, in a convenient location! - Welcoming host and comfortable stay We had a great short stay in Barcelona and were warmly welcomed by Mr. Gonzalo, who met us in person to hand over the keys. The apartment was comfortable, fairly priced for a group of four, and had most of the essentials we needed, including a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen which we made good use of. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and about a 15–20 minute walk to the nearest station. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience! The only thing we would have improved was the curtain situation in one of the rooms as it was quite sheer and didn’t offer much privacy or block out the light. A proper block-out curtain would definitely make the space more comfortable, especially for sleeping. Other than that, everything else was great!

It's located 5 minutes walking from metro "Fontana" (from here occurs abour 1 hour to go in the airport), 30 minutes (by walking) for Casa Battlò and also for Sagrada Familia. We asked for earlier check-in and it's was possible! 💯 In Carrer de Verdi there's a lot of shops, supermarket such as Bonpreu, or restaurants, pizzeria, bakeries and others. Great position!
