• Lena (7/5): Good - The location was absolutely perfect for our purposes. We had made a request to check in at noon, however we never received a reply. At 13:00 when we had arrived at the property we messaged, via WhatsApp as requested, to see if it was possible to check in, yet again we did not receive a response. Direct and clear communication would have been preferred. After several automated messages for all the check in details, the only personal message we received was at the end of our stay: where the owner requested to leave them a review of 10 out of 10.

• Evgeny (8/5): Good enough - Great apartments in the center, nothing special. it was clean enough. The toilet and bidet are located so close that they are impossible to use.

Has a lot of steps and is on the outside terrac - Excellent location Clean and comfortable apartment well stocked with all amenities Kitchen was well equipped Steps and a lot of steps, which weren’t informed at booking!! Hauling the luggage through them was a nightmare. Owner was non responsive to queries. He communicated only to warn about the check out time and to request for a 10 star review. Property is on the outside terrace of an apartment, so we were worried about safety.
• Claire (8/5): Spacious comfortable apartment in a great location - Central location. Really handy to be able to pop in and out. Close to a good little supermarket. Sami was easy to contact and responsive. The centrality and popular location brought a small challenge with noise but it was understandable and didn’t last very long.
