- Konstantin (10/5): - It is well-connected to the center and well-equipped for solo-traveler. The access is possible with your smartphone as well as with ordinary physical key. The district is a new one, and it represents a good example of modern architecture and urbanism.
- Elina (9/5): - Asunto oli erittäin hyvin varustettu, siisti ja uusi. Maisemat olivat komeat. Asunto sijaitsi hyvien joukkoliikenneyhteyksien varrella. Oven avaus ja muu kommunikaatio vuokraajien kanssa sujui erittäin hyvin, he olivat ystävällisiä ja avuliaita.
- Carsten (10/5): - Symphatische, moderne und praktische Wohnung mit Balkon und Blick aufs Wasser und den Sonnenuntergang. Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles gut erreichbar. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist ca. 500m entfernt.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable and very low to the floor (futon-style). Apartment was small and cramped. Very limited facilities (not even coffee maker). Overall not good value for money and felt like a cheap student apartment.
