Ma non ci ritornerei - La posizione La puzza di fogna che proveniva dall’interno del bagno e si diffondeva in tutto l’appartamento, la mancata insonorizzazione della stanza da letto dalla quale potevamo sentire anche gli starnuti dei vicini, per non parlare della grandezza e della “comodità” del letto..

• Elena (8/5): Prima! - We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in Málaga, waar we vier dagen zijn geweest met mijn schoonzus en neefje. De ligging van het appartement was perfect, waardoor we alles gemakkelijk konden bereiken. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep erg goed: we kregen snel reactie op onze vragen en er werd direct hulp aangeboden wanneer nodig. Ook was het erg prettig dat het kinderbedje, dat we vooraf hadden aangevraagd, al klaarstond bij aankomst. Al met al een prettig verblijf en zeker een aanrader als je vooral op zoek bent naar een goede locatie! Omdat we niet veel tijd in het appartement zelf doorbrachten, vonden we het helemaal prima. Het was wel wat gehorig, maar dit hebben we niet als storend ervaren.
• Michal (6/5): - Location, parking space, communication with the host. Parking is extra paid. The bathroom has a strong sewage smell that was hard to tolerate, I reported it but got no response. Shelf in the bathroom for personal items would be helpful. The place is not as cozy as in the photos, and the kitchen facilities are worn out (no olive oil as shown). It was also noisy - street noise during the day and from neighbors in the evening.

• Marta (7/5): Buen apartamento - El alojamiento era tal y como lo anunciaba. Lo único que no nos gustó, fue que no pudimos usar el tostador, pues cada vez que lo enchufábamos saltaban los plomos.
• Montes (7/5): Séjour très agréable dans un appartement bien conçu pour un couple, bien situé et facile d'accès. - Cet appartement est situé à dans un quartier populaire et tranquille, dans un immeuble récent très proche du centre ancien de Malaga, avec plein de commerces de proximité. L'immeuble est sécurisé et nous avons pu réserver une place de parking à l'intérieur. L'appartement est bien conçu et très lumineux. La cuisine est bien équipée (four, plaque, micro ondes, lave linge etc) mais en revanche les ustensiles de cuisson sont un peu limités (on aurait apprécié au moins un plat à four). Nous avons eu quelques pannes inexpliquées de la climatisation mais l'hôte nous a fourni un chauffage d'appoint (séjour en février, il ne faisait pas froid, c'était suffisant).

• Yheizzi (7/5): Aceptable - La ubicación es muy buena y el anfitrión muy amable y educado. El apartamento era bastante frío y con calidades básicas, la lencería y toallas de baño son muy malas o gastadas. El parking es de muy difícil acceso aunque se agradece tener un sitio donde tener el coche resguardado por un precio razonable. Además el ascensor no funcionaba. La verdad Malaga es encantadora y como solo íbamos a dormir la estancia resultó aceptable. Las toallas son muy viejas y ásperas, las almohadas son incómodas y muy viejas. Verdaderamente es mejor no ponerlas y que cada quien traiga su propias cosas.

Dogs, people, doors etc. The linen and towels could do we a refresh. Didn’t feel super clean. The sofa bed was not set up as requested and there was no bedding to set it up ourselves, so had to share a small bed

• Bianka (6/5): Ha egy egyszeru szallat keresel, ami viszonylag kozel van az ovaroshoz 1-2 ejszakara jo lehet, de nagy elvarasaid ne leg - Kozel volt az ovaroshoz, konnyu volt megkozeliteni. Antonio a hazigazda nagyon segito kesz volt. A szallasra nagyon raferne egy felujitas. Sajnos az evek alatt elfaradt az apartman. Koszosak a falak, raferne egy festes az egesz lakasra. A haloszobaban a matrac godrosre ki van aludva, a matrac fedo toper koszos, nyikorog az agy, az egyik ejjeli lampa nem hasznalhato. A nappaliban a kanape is ki van aludva, nem kenyelmes. A haloszobaban az ablakot nem lehet egyertelmuen bezarni, el van romolva a zarja. A nappaliban nincs redony csak egy vekony sotetio fuggony, ami nem sotetit ejszaka, igy ha valaki a nappaliban alszik vilagosban teszi. Kicsi a bojler, keves a melegviz furdeskor. Furdoszobaban csatornaszag van, a kad is kopott. Sajnos a torolkozok sem tisztak, latszik, hogy hasznaltak es csere erettek. Hangyak voltak a lakasban, amiket hangya csapdakkal sem tudtunk kiirtani az egy het alatt.

• Chauvet (10/5): - Emplacement vraiment top ! Et l'appartement est très bien, spacieux. Le manque de verre et de vaisselle en général. Et canapé très peu confortable.

• Aljaž (8/5): Very good - A very nice appartment with a lot of space. A roomy kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning. Its 15min tot the main square, 30min to the beach. The parking garage under the complex is very tight and its really difficult to park.

• Stettner (10/5): Our stay in P&P Apartment - The apartmant was located approximately 10 minutes from the city center, it was easy to find. Antonio gave clear instructions on how to enter. It was equipped, we had towels, soap, coffee, milk.. we could find anything we needed immediately. It was clean, perfect for a couple of days to stay and sleep. It was a bit loud and noisy, there were no proper shutters.
• Madeline (9/5): We enjoyed it - Antonio guided us into the property remotely using WhatsApp. Once we were in the apartment had everything we needed. There is a large supermarket close by. Bars restaurant s are all less then 10 minutes walk.

• Cécile (5/5): Not good enough - 10 mins walks from the city centre and free parking place in a garage. The photos look better than it is in reality. So I was disappointed when I discovered the place. The apartment lacks care and maintenance and it wasn't clean enough.

• Renato (9/5): Pleasant clean welcoming apartment - The apartment is conveniently located nearby the city centre and has a little of everything you need for short stays. The shower was really good and there were hand-soap, shower gel and washing liquid for dishes that are usually missing from rented apartments. The host was really good and accommodating helping us whenever we needed. All was well, but the advertised 24/7 front desk is a whatsapp number, extremely responsive, but still not what I would expect from a 24/7 reception area (for example no place to leave luggage outside of check-in/check-out hours).

• Alexandra (8/5): Good value option - -very good location -clean apartment, incl. bedding, kitchen etc. -good-sized apartment, with everything one may need available: bedding, towels, kitchen dishes, coffee-maker, etc. -very responsive host, supported us with any issue that arose -the apartment could have used a refresh as it looked and felt a bit dated, particularly the bathroom. It was clean, but needed a fresh coat of paint, a fixing of doors and door frames affected by humidity etc. -for a longer stay, it would be nice to have a cleaning after 3 days or so, in order to vacuum, replace towels etc.
• Youngjin (1/5): Bad experience - I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. It was very cold on the first day, and I requested a portable heater, but it was rejected. I also requested a toilet paper because there was not enough but that was also rejected. The kitchen was too dark to cook, and the electricity was turned off when I turned on the stove and coffee pot at the same time. I had to wait several hours as the water didn't work. There is a bad smell in the bathroom. I will never come back again.

• Womma (9/5): Well equipped and big apartment on good location! - Very clean and well stocked apartment, had everything we need. Good location, easy to get to shops and restaurants. Antonio was easy to communicate with, everything went well even without seeing staff. Very spacious! Residential building so a little bit of noise. Bed maybe a bit small for a couple. Hot water ran out after taking a bath, which is understandable. Initial process of getting into the apartment was a bit confusing, but easy after that.

The apartment is cozy and perfect for a short get away. Antonio was very helpful and even tried to get he apartment ready earlier than expected.

• Saunak (6/5): Pleasant - Central Location. Nearby Restaurants / Grocery stores You can go to all malaga sightseeing walking. Free Parking. The location of the property was excellent and the host Antonio was reachable almost all the time for any questions. Availability of free parking is a plus. Grocery Stores are nearby / Food Options are plenty. The apartment was very noisy , if you close/open any door it makes a crunchy noise. I felt the doors needed some maintenance. It was mentioned as a 50 m2 apartment but I felt it was less than that. There was a free parking space, however the entrance to the parking had a difficult turn , it took more than 5 - 10 maneuvers every time and on the final day I could not save the driver side mirror to be scratched on the wall - I was driving a volkswagen golf. I had a full insurance, hence money wise I was not impacted. One small thing, the shower water outlet was very slow, I did mention Antonio about it , he fixed it , however it was not fixed completely, if you take 40 sec - 1 minute long shower water is clogged and it takes some time to clear through the outlet.
