Mal servicio: a pesar de haber confirmado via whassapp la hora de entrega de las llaves, y haber dado su conformidad el alojamiento, nos hicieron esperar 45 minutos en la calle. Una vez dentro, no había dos sillas, sino solo una y un taburete incómodo. Solicitamos una silla en condiciones: aún estamos esperando respuesta. Tuvimos que fregar las sartenes porque estaban aceitosas.
• Brane (10/5): - Location was perfect, near by most visited museums in the city, train station, metro etc. Equipement was fine for 2 persones. It was clean, we didn't smell anything bad that coudn't go away by using ventilation. It seems that the whole city has a problem with sewage. Stuff was nice and kind. Property should fix some sockets, do a painting, fix the ladder. It would not be that expensive, but small changes could make this flat a perfect place to stay. Despite that, our experience was great, if you expect to get a 5 stars recidence for 60€ night, you're completely wrong.

• Mary (4/5): - La posizione che è centrale Ci hanno fatto firmare un contratto e fatto mille raccomandazioni quando è chi ci soggiorna che dovrebbe farle a loro: 1. Nel bagno c'è puzza di acqua stagnata, la ragazza dice che non è un problema dell'appartamento ma ho i miei dubbi. 2. L'acqua calda dura 5 minuti in doccia poi si inizia a intiepidire. 3. È saltata la corrente due volte e di acceso c'era il calorifero, il phon e la luce del bagno. 4. Dicono che è vietato disturbare i vicini quando non si riesce neanche a dormire per il casino che si sente, quando entrano ed escono dalle loro abitazioni sembra di averli dentro casa e stessa cosa dalla finestra della camera da letto. La gente passa e strapassa ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte. Passano le macchine, le persone, stamattina alle 4 mi ha svegliato uno urlando ad un altro (credo gli abbia rubato il telefono) e non ho piu dormito. 5. Dicono che è vietato macchiare gli asciugamani e appena arrivata mi sono ritrovata sul letto un cuscino con una macchia secca di sangue.

• Sara (7/5): Il punto forza dell’appartamento è senza dubbio la posizione. Inoltre lo staff si è dimostrato disponibile e la struttur - Il punto forza dell’appartamento è senza dubbio la posizione. Inoltre lo staff si è dimostrato disponibile e la struttura offriva tutti gli elettrodomestici di cui si può aver bisogno. L’unico aspetto negativo della struttura che abbiamo evidenziato è stato un forte odore di muffa e chiuso, aspetto su cui sicuramente si può migliorare.

• Manuela (7/5): L'appartamento è piccolo ma in una buona posizione. Peccato per la scortesia della proprietaria. - Di positivo c'è la posizione. L'appartamento è in una bella zona e vicino alla metropolitana. La presenza di alimenti come olio sale e caffè a disposizione degli ospiti Di negativo soprattutto la gestione da parte dei proprietari. Nei giorni prima dell'arrivo ci hanno mandato mille raccomandazioni su cosa è vietato fare, sul pagamento aggiuntivo in caso di arrivo fuori orario. Ci hanno persino chiesto di firmare un contratto di affitto temporaneo (ovviamente scritto solo in spagnolo). All'arrivo, nonostante fossimo arrivate puntuali all'ora indicata, non c'era nessuno a darci le chiavi, abbiamo aspettato 1 ora e mezza (!) in mezzo alla strada, e la proprietaria è stata anche molto scorbutica al telefono. Quindi se noi fossimo arrivate 10 min fuori orario avremmo pagato un sovrapprezzo, la nostra attesa di un ora e mezza invece è gratis. Durante la permanenza abbiamo ricevuto altri messaggi su cosa fare e non fare (non dare fastidio ai vicini...che oltretutto urlavano e cantavano a tutte le ore, non lasciare gli asciugamani bagnati sul letto, buttare la spazzatura nelle ore notturne, non sporcare gli asciugamani col trucco altrimenti ci avrebbero addebitato un costo aggiuntivo, etc...) Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento in sè, era abbastanza piccolo ma questo lo avevamo già intuito dalle foto, però c'era tutto. La ventilazione del bagno probabilmente non funziona granché perché appena entrati abbiamo sentito subito cattivo odore (che è rimasto tutto il tempo). Inoltre la doccia è davvero piuttosto vecchia e usurata....e non c'è posto per appendere gli asciugamani (asciugamani oltretutto piuttosto vecchi e lisi....).

No quedó más que desinstalarlo. El precio es muy alto para lo que se ofrece. Debería haber sido un apartamento mucho más moderno

• CLOTHILDE (7/5): - L'appartement était très bien et bien situé. Le souci c'est qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir le volet en entier car l'appartement donne sur la rue et avec le tuyau de la clim la fenêtre reste ouverte.
• DEFRANCE (8/5): - L'emplacement La climatisation est mobile, elle est bruyante et il est nécessaire de laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour son fonctionnement. En fait, malgré les fortes chaleurs, nous n'avons pas mis la climatisation en route. Le ventilateur au plafond a largement suffi.

• Olha (7/5): Convenient location, nice and cosy apartment - Convenient location, nice and cosy apartment. Since I booked at the last minute, this option seemed to me the most adequate in terms of price and location The smell in the apartment.
• Nishi (8/5): Cosy little nook in the lovely Las letras neighborhood - The apartment was tiny and cosy, and just right for us with our two dogs. The neighbourhood is mostly quiet in the winters, but lots of restaurants and eateries are a short walk away. it is a 20 minute enjoyable walk to the city centre on one side, and a 20 minute walk to el retiro park and the cibeles palace on the other side. Its a stones throw from the Reina Sofia museum and the Atocha train station The room was slightly stuffy in the winter. The wifi was not working during our stay on the property.

• Michael (9/5): Great place to stay for exploring the city. - The location is perfect for so many of the key attractions in the city. The shower in the bathroom needs a little attention cosmetically. It all works and it's all very clean, so just a minor observation.
• Krisztina (9/5): Superb - Friendly host, great location close to the museums, shops, restaurants. Good value for money. I arrived in the morning and it was a great help that the host allowed me to enter the apartment earlier than the expected afternoon check- in slot. Highly recommended!
• Mei (5/5): No next time!!! - The location is very good, near train station and attractions. I think this advantage only. The room near the main road, very noisy. The bed is very very soft, I feel low back pain when wake up. The room has bad smell, similar drain odor.

The inefficient storage places - hangings for the towels- practically wise in the apartment + old fashioned air condition if needed. Difficulty to air the room from the one window and extremely bad smell of the cesspits in the bathroom especially, besides the fragrant sticks. Half empty bottle of water in the fridge. Could offer some facilities more to make the stay better. It sticks just to the basics.

• Melina (10/5): Central and quiet in the heart of barrio de las letras - The location: It is central and quiet! The flat is very comfortable too, with a fully equipped kitchen and decent bed. The whole flat was very clean, but it smelled of sewage, not sure how they could fix it. We just opened the window and we were okay.

Also, there was a strong sewer-like smell coming from bathroom. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. The shower was small and confining. No TV.

• Hyun (8/5): Very good - Amazing location - you can walk everywhere but also well connected by metro and bus. Supermarkets, lockers and whatever other facilities you may need are within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable with fridge, washing machine, all the kitchen utensils etc. Also, we were unlucky enough to have really cold and rainy weather whilst in Madrid (!) and the heating worked very well. I think there might be some plumbing problem. Clearly the apartment was well maintained and clean, but there was slight smell coming from the bathroom, which I think is a plumbing (pipe) problem. We had to regularly ventilate the apartment to get rid of the smell (which did go away quickly whenever we opened the window) Also, I had a slight issue due to language barrier. I had a last minute change to schedule and tried to call and explain but my Spanish was basic and the lady couldn't speak English so we had a misunderstanding re arrival time. I suggest to any non-Spanish speakers to communicate in writing and use Google Translate rather than trying to call.
• Alex (7/5): Well-located small apartment perfect for a weekend trip - the hosts adapted to our needs and met us at the place at the time of our arrival, despite the fact that our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected. the location is perfect: very close to the centre of the city and easily walkable to the most important sights. The apartment was very clean, too. The hosts didn't speak any english, which made communication difficult, and we weren't aware of this beforehand. The apartment (perhaps because it is located on the ground floor) was very humid and in the kitchen/corridor it smelled like stale water all the time, despite the ventilator and the air freshener. The bed was also very uncomfortable and squeaky, our backs hurt every morning, unfortunately .

• Eliška (9/5): Superb - Great location in the middle of the Literary Quarter. The kitchen is well equipped to do most of any cooking you may think of at a vacation. The host was open to finding flexible solutions to our needs and friendly in their communication. Especially Paola was very helpful. The ceiling fan was great during the hot days. The bed is just big enough to fit a close pair of guests. Because it's in the basement, the apartment smells a bit musty, especially the bathroom. No mould was found, though.
