• Matt (9/5): - It was close enough to the Phillip Island track and to Cowes but fare enough to give you a nice quite (not the Cowes is loud) location. Bird poo lol, not that it's bad (it's not).
• Rowan (4/5): The host definitely needs to do significant work on this particular viller - We'd stated the property for a couple of days, Saturday, Intel Monday morning.It was an overall nice place to stay.However , there was multiple issues with their accommodation To start with the issues of the the villa that we stayed at there was a few issues that are simply just not acceptable , such as finding a dirty used towel in the cupboard.This should not have been missed at all.This was freely admitted by the accommodation provider. There was an overall issue with the internet being very slow and the Google fire stick being used on the app. Old to make it a smart TV was completely useless. Because it didn't work at all. This was quite frustrating as we wanted to put on. Some TV shows for our child that is young. The other major issue, which is definitely a major negative. We specifically booked this particular villa. Because it clearly demonstrated, there was a bath in the room and is not only demonstrated in a photo as having a bath, but also mentioned in the description. As having a bath, only to discover that it simply did not exist. M. The the property manager advised us it had been removed by the owner. And upgraded to a larger shower, it should have been up. The description we had known this , but he definitely would not have booked this particular one there was other issues with the the dishwasher.Which we advise the property manager of which , in their last response we received suggested that it should be an Eco mode for a few hours, which makes it look like it isn't actually running, which is a completely ridiculous suggestion. No dishwashers should take a couple of hours, never mind on Eco mode, either, and I also read the user book. Because I thought it might have been something like that. No, ecommode is exactly 30 minutes. Definitely, not a couple of hours complete nonsense. Another issue , which was a significant infestation of ants we're not talking just of couple here and there there was a lot all over the bench on arrival end, every single morning appears to be not just a one-off occasion, as there was multiple bait stations throughout the place.

• Rebecca (10/5): - Three bedrooms great kitchenette and dinning area. Cute little lounge area too. We had two families so having the 2 bathrooms was handy too. Kids loves the pools, the soccer area and the games room. The doors to the unit both need to be fixed properly, the wooden frames are not doing so well in the sea side atmosphere. Also maybe have a little bit about the possums being friendly and wanting to visit you on the deck and in the cabin

• Mariedith (9/5): Cozy and Relaxing Stay - We love the property itself - villa is really cozy, comfortable and relaxing. And so much to do with the available facilities. You do not need to go out to enjoy the quick getaway. Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. But maybe a bigger lounge where we can all sit and watch movies at night.

• Madeline (10/5): Accommodation was perfect for our family, the house was comfortable and cosy. - House was clean, cosy and updated. The house had all equipment that we needed and was stocked with what was needed. The resort has a restaurant with great food and there is lots to do for the kids at the resort! We will definitely book again!

Only things that weren’t great was some internal doors were squeaky and we couldn’t get the dryer to work - Which was only an issue because we traveled from New Zealand and I did a load thinking I could go home with minimal washing, but we couldn’t dry it…
• Lissa (4/5): Do not recommend. Next time will book directly through resort for better quality/standard. - Resort amenities and location were great. The property reeked of mothballs. We found a dirty sock belonging to a previous guest, so it was not cleaned well. The dishes were dirty and sticky, so we rewashed any dishes or cutlery we used. There was no colander for pasta (common meal for traveling families). There were inadequate amenities in the property— only one rubbish bin in the whole property, located in the kitchen. I suggest bins in the toilet/bathrooms also. The family toilet had a sink but no hand soap and no place to hang a towel to dry hands. We were instructed to take out trash and recycling, but not provided with any extra bags for the bins. One small kitchen bin for a family of 6 for 5 days was too small.

• Melli_mum (10/5): super comfy beds and lovely decorative unit. - beds were so so comfortable. the aesetic, furniture, space and bedrooms were very good. facilities very good. we loved the unit. we had possums visit us at night straight up to the door. was awesome. flyscreens need fixing, the sliding doors are outdated/old fashioned. ensuite bathroom outdated. the list of facilities to use at ramada, not all facilities are eligible given your a private unit. ie go karts-have to pay etc for that. so something that should be noted.

• Samantha (10/5): Was a great getaway - Property was great location 5 minutes from town peaceful quite and comfortable Tv is just a basic tv and had to go buy a chrome cast to stream. The weather wasn’t overly great so definitely needed to be able to watch movies etc. found resort not disability friendly at all cannot access spa or pools as no ramps for walking impaired. Only actual ramps were around the resort offices. As much as I loved the villa I am unsure I will be back unless changes to made for accessible facilities for wheelchairs.

All the things we needed ti be self sustainable were included and also there were great activities available within the resort including playground, basketball, swimming, arcade room and Cafe. The main bed was so comfy, I had the best sleep! Nothing really!
