• Deborah (7/5): Nice apartment - has a hairdryer and iron. I would come again ! - Love the location Easy to get a bus into Cancun outside. Nice pool and beach palapa A drying rack to dry towels would be useful ! A few extra towels would be better.
• María Emilia (8/5): - Lo más lindo del hospedaje son sus instalaciones externas como la piscina, las reposeras, la playa privada, sus camastros, etc. En cuanto al departamento en sí, era lindo, sus camas fueron cómodas, sus servicios estaban acorde a la estadía. Lo que no me gusto del hospedaje es la lejanía que se mantiene entre la zona hotelera y el centro de la ciudad, queda todo muy alejado por tanto si o si necesitas trasladarte en remis oficial porque sino no pueden ingresar al hospedaje. Por otro lado, en cuanto al departamento en sí fue muy difícil encontrarlo y tuvimos que bajar dos pisos en escalera con varias valijas lo cual fue complejo sobretodo por lo estrecha que era la escalera y el peso de las valijas. En cuanto al complejo, no te dejaban ingresar al mar luego de las 18hs, al igual que te sacaban de los camastro para que uno se vaya de la playa a pesar de que el día prestaba para seguir disfrutando de las instalaciones🤦‍♀️

• Arianna (6/5): Pleasant - The room was clean, had all the basics and let us put our suitcase in the room before check-in time. The resort has beach access and the beach is gorgeous. There is an all you can eat buffet for a fee and a beachfront bar where you can buy burgers, hot dogs or nachos. Also there's a convenience store in the lobby. Bus route makes it easy to get up and down the hotel strip for 12 pesos per person. The dolphin presentation at the aquarium at La Isla shopping center was great. Unfortunately, because of hurricane Beryl, the pools were closed. The kids pool, which was the main reason we booked here, had been taken apart and didn't get out back together the whole time we were there, although the main pool did get reopened our very last morning there.
