• Melissa (9/5): Perfect location to stay - We love the location, also that it was very comfortable, very spacious and clean. It has a huge living room with a balcony where you can have a nice view for Vernazza Nothing

• Gino (4/5): Pessima esperienza lascio 4 solo per i proprietari che purtroppo danneggiati dal Signore/Signore che scrive whatsapp - Posizione Personale inesistente, scortese, inopportuno, scontroso.Mancata identificazione degli ospiti, Chek in a distanza, 20 metri quadri intero appartamento, ma sponsorizzano molti di più,chiedono obbligatoriamente la foto di un documento di identità (assolutamente vietato per legge come i Chek in a distanza) Personale scortese contatto solo su whatsapp mi è stato risposto che loro hanno 10 appartamenti e non possono fare i Chek in, inoltre mi hanno minacciato per pagare la tassa di soggiorno che ovviamente non avranno neanche versato perché mi sono rifiutato di mandare i documenti via foto e attendevo l’identificazione di persona che non ci é stata. Inoltre chiedo a Booking di verificare il contratto con i signori perchè non hanno rispettato l’articolo 7.2/5.1; Prevede una rimozione dal sito oppure una sospensione temporanea dell’annuncio. (Gente che ne ha 40/50 di appartamenti per rispettare la legge e la sicurezza Nazionale ovviamente fa i Chek in in presenza)

• Amit (10/5): Wonderful stay at quaint apartment near the center of Milan - The apartment is a walking distance from the center and close to the tram if needed. The area felt generally safe walking at night. The apartment itself is quaint and lovely. Spacious enough for a couple, and it was equipped with the amenities we wanted. The neighbors were also welcoming. But above all, the host was very kind and was available for any and all questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

• Enrico (7/5): Rapporto qualità/prezzo non allineato - Tutto sommato la struttura è organizzata e si vede che la gestione è attenta al benessere dell’ospite. Ci sono elementi che non mi hanno soddisfatto e spero siano interpretati come suggerimenti migliorativi. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani devono essere bianchi e non scuri. È sinonimo di attenzione all’igiene. Il materasso era scomodo.

Hosts were very quick providing answers to any questions and were very helpful in providing general information about the area. Communication regarding access to the unit was timely and easy to follow. Great hosts. We had no disliked items. Everything went well
• Eloy (7/5): Boa - A acomodação estava com lençois sem higiene. Foi solicitado outros lençois. A pessoa encarregada nos trouxe, porém também não apresentavam estar limpos. Por sorte, havia máquina de lavar no apartamento, a qual foi usada para lavar os mesmos, para não ficar no vai e volta de lençois!

• Carolina (9/5): Location comoda, abitazione carina, curata e pulita. Gestore sempre disponibile. Consigliato - La posizione, il contesto di palazzi in cui è locato, il letto comodo e anche il bagno ben strutturato. L’appartamento è un po’ buio, anche se comune ad un contesto di ringhiera.

• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional stay - The apartment was in a perfect location and was easy to walk or get public transport from. The host could not have done more for us if they tried! The property was immaculate and everything from early check in to local recommendations made the trip so much better! I would highly recommend to anyone going to Milan to stay here.

• Roslyn (6/5): Be aware that this property includes TWO apartments: the balcony and the courtyard. - The hosts let me check in early when my baggage solution fell through. This property includes TWO apartments: the balcony and the courtyard. I thought I was booking the balcony (based on photos, and reviews), but was placed in the courtyard/basement. The courtyard entrance is next to the rubbish disposal room. The bathroom is downstairs in the basement (with a dehumidifier).
