Robert (8/5): Although condo was immaculate I will never visit or stay at this location again. - Condo was nice and clean beds very comfortable. Kids pool was under construction so all the families that were there had to have kids at the adult pool which wasn’t an issue. Issue we had was security getting after practically after every person by the pool or in the pool. Security would tell people you can’t be in the pool with a shirt on unless it was specified for pool use, couldn’t have a drink any where near the pool only by your chair, kids couldn’t even play with a ball in the pool or security would come bully kids to not throw or play with anything in the pool. Just the way secure would talk down to vacationers was very inconsiderate and degrading. Couldn’t have any type of music playing from your cell phone. Talked to other vacationers there and they were not at all happy with how pool was being policed. Wasn’t a fun property unless you left premises. Just be aware before booking and unfortunately a great condo isn’t a good experience if all the facilities are not a fun experience.
