La décoration de très bon goût. Tout est pensé dans le moindre détail : du nécessaire de toilette au lisseur à cheveux et aux affaires de plage ! Tout est pensé pour alléger les valises ! Et dernière chose et non des moindres, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes ainsi que la facilité d’arrivée et de départ (possibilité de laisser les valises dans l’appartement jusqu’au départ). • Doug (10/5): Quiet, comfortable room in the center of Malaga - Emilysuites is perfectly situated in the heart of Malaga. It was an easy walk to the sites we wanted to see. The main entry door was impressive. There's no view per se from the room, but there are windows for light. The room is quiet. We enjoyed our stay and felt it is was the perfect home base for us while visiting Malaga.

The most important thing is that once you go through the door, you don’t hear anything. Even though you are right in the middle of town, Central, it is quiet. It is so well insulated. We slept better there than any place we stayed. Highly recommend. This is where we will stay anytime we are in Malaga. Nothing. It is perfect.

• David (1/5): Experience vs Description - The owners take particular care in maintaining the facilities. The rooms are inside the structure with windows facing a 5mX5m courtyard, looking down at a rooftop and up to a covered, translucent skylight, disallowing the flow of fresh air. Natural light is limited and the resulting experience is "closed-in". Unfortunately, my wife could not stay in the room, high anxiety brought on by claustrophobic reaction. I stayed one night and I checked out the following morning. We registered the remaining two nights at a different hotel. The owner's did not refund us for two nights we did not stay. We are disappointed with the lack of consideration of the owner's based on the circumstances.

• Hans Christian (9/5): - Silvesternacht in Malaga. Die kleine Ferienwohnung liegt "mittendrin", integriert in einem alten, historischen Gebäude und hat uns super gut gefallen. Klein, fein und gemütlich und mit vielen kleinen Extras. U.a. wird auch eine ausgestattete Strandtasche + Strandschirm im Zimmer bereitgestellt. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, doch fast nebenan ist ein kleines Café (Bäckerei) wo man gemütlich und sehr gut frühstücken kann zu einem kleinen, fairen Preis. Parken ist in der Innenstadt eher nicht möglich. Wir haben ein zentral gelegenes Parkhaus genutzt. Parken in Malaga ist insgesamt im gehobenen Preissegment angesiedelt. Dennoch ist Malaga immer wieder eine Reise wert und die Ferienwohnung liegt bei unserem nächsten Besuch hoch im Kurs. :-)

• Privado (7/5): Habitación en piso compartido en el centro de Malaga - El alojamiento está bien cuidado y es confortable No tiene casi nada de luz natural y las cortinas son más estrechas que la ventana. Si un "compañero de piso" pasa por las zonas comunes a las 4am, se enciendes las luces y te despierta. El ruido del ventilador del baño está presente durante todo el día (hasta las 21h) y es molesto. Por suerte el piso está domotizado y lo pueden apagar remotamente si se lo solicitas.

The host gave great instructions for self check in which I personally prefer. They left a lot of snacks and drinks that you're welcome to have which is lovely and generous. The home made biscuits were lovely. Location could not be more central. We only had less than 24 hours so at least we got to see the old town easily. It's a communal kitchen and lounge but we had it to ourselves. I found the room to be hot even in November possibly due to the low ceilings but we just used the AC all night.

Rodolphe und Emily schaffen eine besondere familiäre und gastfreundliche Atmosphäre mit Liebe zu Details (selbstgebackener Kuchen, individuelle Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten, ständige Ansprechbarkeit). Die Fotos entsprechen genau der Realität, die Einrichtung besteht aus hochwertigen und nachhaltigen Materialien, dazu ästhetisch sehr ansprechend. Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Herzlichen Dank! Im Winter könnte das eine Zimmer zum Patio hin etwas dunkel sein- dafür ist es trotz des Altstadttrubels in unmittelbarer Nähe absolut ruhig.

• Marijke (10/5): - Kon niet beter! Rodolphe en Emily zijn super aardig en zorgen ervoor dat je niets tekort komt. Communicatie was super soepel waardoor het inchecken ook heel makkelijk was. Wij hadden een hele lange dag voor we in Malaga zouden aankomen en wisten daardoor niet zo goed hoe laat we precies aan zouden komen maar ook dat was geen probleem. De kamer was super compleet met alles wat je maar nodig kunt hebben inclusief een complete set om naar het strand te gaan waar we dankbaar gebruik van hebben gemaakt. In de gemeenschappelijke ruimte staat er iets lekkers voor je klaar en is er ook een automaat met gekoeld en gefilterd water wat een hoop gedoe scheelde. De locatie is perfect. Ongeveer 5 minuten lopen van de bushalte die rechtstreeks van de luchthaven gaat en echt hartje centrum. Als je de trap afloopt naar de voorkeur hoor je de drukte buiten maar in het appartement is het super stil. De belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden zijn allemaal heel dichtbij en je zit tussen alle restaurants in. Rodolphe had veel tips over waar te eten en appte regelmatig om te vragen of we nog iets nodig hadden. Extra fijn was dat we na het uitchecken onze bagage konden achterlaten voor onze laatste dag in Malaga aangezien we pas in de avond naar huis vlogen. Voor vertrek konden we rustig omkleden en nog even in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte zitten voor we de bus naar het vliegveld namen.

They even provide beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs and sun protection and pamper you with freshly baked self-made amazing cakes. We spent a perfect weekend at Emilysuites. Everything is safe, clean and well equipped. The bed is gorgeous. We can only recommend this place when coming to Malaga. The location is perfect, just in the middle of the historic center with plenty of nice bars and restaurants just around the corner. Although in the middle of the center, the apartment is super quite. Thank you for a perfect stay! We would love to come back again on our next trip to Malaga. Everything was wonderful.
