• Archit (7/5): Good location, Quick reply by host, Stunning View from the top. - The vacuum cleaner is not working. The blinds have stickers indicating they are remote-controlled, but the remote does not work. The carpet in the entrance hall outside the front door has an unpleasant odour. The dryer needs to be repaired because the door is loose. I believe it would be better to have a cordless (wireless) vacuum cleaner.

• Markham (8/5): Had a great time in a well facilitated apartment with stunning views. - Great location plus the apartment access, car parking and facilities are excellent. The shower leaked puddles onto the floor in beachfront bathroom and curtains need repairing (mentioned the curtains last we stayed here.

• Angel (8/5): Our stay was enjoyable, not busy like other hotels my children pretty much had the pools and spa to themselves. Location - Location and views were what I liked best. I liked how it wasn’t as busy as it gets in the more popular hotels which is another reason I booked here. There was an old smell to the place but that was an easy fix. Internet went out for a day.

• Anthony (4/5): Disappointing - The location and the view the apartment building was nice n easily accessible (once we got into the lockbox as that was a pain in the ass to figure out) The dishwasher needs to be replaced completely it was so stale and the smell was absolutely disgusting and the beds were quite uncomfortable and the drier filter had never been cleaned out at all n it was pretty disappointing especially for someone who suffers from being allergic to dust mites ☹️😠

• Linda (9/5): Our stay was superb. - The location was excellent! The apartment was huge. So much space. Clean. There were little things like having enough of everything to get us through our stay. Eg. Toilet paper, dish washing powder, laundry powder. If we go away anywhere we normally have to purchase more items, but there was more than plenty. Most of all the views was amazing. Doesn't get any better. 😊 There were a couple of little things but spoke with the host directly who was lovely.

Value for moneyy well maintained with a few updates needed but that didnt bother us as view exceptional. curtains need replacing main bedroom chair need replacing or fixing din ing table afew maintenance issues
• Samantha (10/5): Perfect size and location for a family holiday - It was exceptional value for money, given the spacious apartment and its close proximity to Cavil Avenue. It also came with amazing, stunning, nearly 180-degree ocean views. It's nothing major, but perhaps some additional locks on the front and balcony doors that are out of reach to little ones would make the place seem safer for them. It's not a deal breaker; it's more of a suggestion.
• Julie (6/5): Imperial surf - The actual apartment was nice, the blinds and curtains are a mess, very complicated for people to use, air conditioning didn't work, wouldn't let us log into netflix.
• Kiyas (10/5): Crazy view great place host were really friendly and helpful to - Host communication was really good always replied straight away and always tried help really good host room was amazing best view was unreal definitely worth the money really good place highly recommend everything everything was a 5star
• Deanne (8/5): Wonderful view, love the easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants - The location is fantastic, just park the car and enjoy the Gold Coast. Can walk to restaurants, cafes and entertainment of the Cavill Ave. Would have liked a cloths airer, and an ironing board. The curtains in the main room need some repair work as unable to close fully.
