Gabriel (8/5): - Apartamento muito bom! Superou a expectativa. A localização também é muita boa. Cheio de restaurantes e comércio ao redor. Acredito que, devido a saída da evaporadora do ar condicionado estar muito próxima à cama, acabei adoecendo em seguida.

Não sei o quão normal é isso, mas a água quente demora uns bons 5~7 minutos, chega dá dó tanta água indo embora... Além disso, como sugestão de melhoria, poderiam disponibilizar um filtro de água. Ah, lembrem de lavar a manta cinza, está com um cheiro de usada...
