- John (9/5): Great location. Well supplied. Responsive hosts. - Great location. Quiet neighbours. Clean, well supplied rooms. I've seen reviews where occupants were complaining about the noise. You do hear street noise, but it's not too bad. It was very hot when I stayed there. 35-37'C. Unfortunately the pool is freezing, and windy, which made it unusable.
- Lauren (6/5): A nice apartment but very pricey for what it was. - Great location. Good facilities. Easy to catch tram and head into the city. It said 2 bathrooms which wasn’t the case. Broken chairs. Uncomfortable mattress in one of the rooms, felt like the bed was possibly broken. Dirty couch.
- Warren (9/5): - The location was excellent. Very easy to get around from. The apartment is extremely noisy due to the highway that runs beneath it. We really struggled to get a good night's sleep.

Any problems they were quick to come and fix There was a broken lamp in 2nd bedroom and window in main wouldn't close so noisy with traffic. They came and closed it for us. The loungeroom was dusty and there was makeup on the back of the doors from previous people

- Tamsyn (6/5): Mostly loved the apartment and location, however still needs improvement - The location was amazing, having separate bedrooms met a good rest, loved the design and new furniture in the apartment and staff at Ink Hotel were lovely (at check in). Check in was delayed with cleaning staff not being done until an hour after agreed check in time and my payment not going through (even though I had provided card details and had sufficient money). While nice looking, the furniture felt cheap. The cleaning wasn’t the best as things such cutlery in the dishwasher and the shower screen weren’t clean, clearly it was rushed.

- Katlyn (10/5): We had a great time and appreciate the facilities we stayed in. - It was a lovely modern apartment that had almost everything we needed. It was comfortable and we had good communication from our host. To be honest the keys being at food works without a car was a little tricky to navigate with our kids and baggage. If keys were located at a closer pick up and drop off point it would make it that little bit easier! One last small recommendation from a young family. Some plastic plates and bowls would be awesome. We purchased paper ones for our stay but having plastic ones already available to families would take away the stress of breaking something of the hosts.
