Guest Reviews

- Michelle (10/5): The most serene and beautiful cottage for a Blue Mountains stay! - A really peaceful and tucked away cottage that is decorated beautifully with so much attention to detail that was consistent throughout the home.
We loved that it was so close to all the places in the mountains we wanted to visit, our relatives and some amazing bush walks.
The beds were so comfy and the bedrooms felt incredibly relaxing. We loved the spacious verandah for our morning coffee listening to the birds. We loved going down to the bottom of the garden at the end of the day to sit on the grass which is right on the edge of the bush.
This place was definitely hard to leave! Nothing
- Adam (10/5): A beautiful, family-friendly stay with thoughtful touches, comfortable spaces, and a lovely outdoor - What we really enjoyed about this property was how genuinely family-friendly it was. There were plenty of toys and thoughtful touches for the kids, which made a huge difference and helped everyone feel comfortable and relaxed straight away. The rooms were beautiful, well furnished, and felt welcoming and homely. The back garden was a real highlight — such a pleasant space to sit, relax, and spend quality time together with the kids and family. It was clear a lot of care has gone into making this a place that works well for families. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to others. NA

- anne (10/5): Great location as visiting family in Springwood, stunning views from verandah and very peaceful. - Great cottage Lock to verandah very old and difficult to turn key.
Would have liked a bbq.
Would have liked folder with info on cottage I.e. how oven worked, rubbish collection days

- Justine (9/5): Beautiful warm and friendly house and hosts, well equipped with everything we needed and felt right at home. - Very cosy and well equipped with high quality furnishings and every detail thought of. Loved the amazing view from the back veranda. The sheer curtains in the bedrooms facing the street seemed to us a strange choice, but didn’t affect our enjoyment and great stay.
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Such a lovely property, will definitely return.
- Erin (8/5): Great place for families, peaceful and relaxing - This cottage is very sweet and picturesque. Very nice for a relaxed getaway and perfect for children! The bedroom with the cot and toys is a huge bonus, and also the play equipment outside. The garden is beautiful for everyone of all ages.
Overall a lovely stay The old doors/locks are a bit tricky, and for the price of the house I feel probably should be replaced.
There is plenty of wardrobe space, however zero place to hang clothing from your case so you don’t have to live out of suitcase (I did message hosts but message was lost in translation and I was directed to a clothes drying rack)
Air conditioner/ heating only in kitchen room, small fan heaters in bedrooms- this was okay for only one cold night we had but it would be way too cold in the middle of winter
- Katherine (10/5): Exceptional -
