• Vitaliy (9/5): Прекрасный вариант для бюджетного отдыха! - Квартира расположена в двух остановках от центрального вокзала Малаги, можно дойти пешком за 15 минут. Остановки общественного транспорта, включая метро, близко от дома. Удобно добираться до туристического центра города. Пляж в 10 минутах пешком. Много продовольственных магазинов в шаговой доступности. Хозяева очень доброжелательные и внимательные. Быстро реагируют на все обращения. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания, включая кондиционеры, стиральную машину и посудомойку (и необходимые для них гели). Есть розетки с USB-зарядкой. Много места для одежды и обуви. Достаточно посуды. Удобный санузел с душевой кабиной. Не очень комфортно спать. По нашим ощущениям матрас завернут в пленку. Нет чайника. Не было специй на кухне. Умный электронный замок громко закрывался в 11 вечера. Неожиданный звук немного пугал)))

• Renata (10/5): Perfect place - The place was perfect in every way, we had nothing to complain about. Carmen and Carlos were always very helpful. I could hear a TV from a neighbour above until late at night.
• Paolo (6/5): - Ottima posizione, il centro e' raggiungibile facilmente in 20 minuti a piedi seguendo la strada principale, oppure con pochi minuti di bus o metro. La zona e' servitissima (supermercati, panifici, caffetterie, ecc. ecc.). L'appartamento e' abbastanza grande per 2 persone, o eventualmente anche 3. La pulizia dell'appartamento e' migliorabile. La cucina dovrebbe essere un po' piu' fornita (servono piu' pentole e padelle) per chi vuole cucinare in casa. Sarebbe utile avere a disposizione un aspirapolvere.

La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Carmen fue muy atenta desde el primer momento. Nada, todo fue estupendo

• Andreea (10/5): Perfect find in Huelin neighborhood, 5 stars! - Excellent find in Huelin neighborhood, our stay was perfect, 5 stars! 100% recommend it if you're planning to stay in Malaga. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen, the bathroom was impeccable, and a big plus: there's a big smart TV in the living room and a comfy couch! The host Carmen was very welcoming, she explained in detail everything about the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed. This area of Malaga felt very safe, plenty of restaurants at just 3 mins walking, and the beach is also very close. The beach is clean and not too busy, it felt like it was used by the locals mostly, which I thought was great, it meant it was quiet and safe. The apartment is very close to bus stations so moving around Malaga was easy, plus the Maria Zambrano train station is 20 mins away on foot. I would definitely return to this apartment and I 100% recommend it for anyone!
• Petra (9/5): - The owners are very kind people and the flat is nice and comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Noisy street with traffic also during night downstairs. During night it is possible to sleep only with closed windows and air con switched on.
• Frédéric (9/5): Séjour agréable en appartement fonctionnel et sécurisé. C’est propre et les hôtes sont accueillants - Appartement sécurisé, à 10 minutes de la plage à pied. Un parking (payant) que nous avons pris avec Carmen est situé à 100 mètres. Carmen nous a très bien reçu et nous a vraiment bien expliqué le fonctionnement de l’appartement. Toujours joignable si besoin. L’appartement est situé loin du centre (40minutes a pied), nous avons pris le bus et c’était très bien. La plage est pas super propre et à des galets, pas très adapté aux jeunes enfants. Le compteur électrique peut sauter facilement, malheureusement Carmen et Carlos n’y peuvent rien.

Estuvimos muy a gusto también porque la casa era muy acogedora.😀 Tenía aire acondicionado pero en la cocina hacia mucho calor y nos faltó un ventilador...

Todo muy bien. Por comentar algo, podría haber en la cocina alguna cosa básica, como aceite, azúcar y sal que muchas veces se nos olvida.

Многочисленное колличество кафе и ресторанов рядом. Очень близко к магазинам. Хозяева потрясающие люди. Со всем помогли обустроили, встретили. Не хватает сахара, специй и соли.
• Dima (9/5): Great location close to everything - We really liked the location of the apartment — it's perfect for a short stay. Just 15 minutes to the Central Station, 10 minutes to the beach, and very close to grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants. We didn’t use the kitchen or other facilities much, but everything you might need for a longer stay is there. The hosts, Carmelle and Carlos, were very reliable and polite — they even provided us with extra towels for the beach. Thank you! One small suggestion would be to consider updating the sleeping mattress cover — the current one felt a bit like a plastic underlay, which slightly affected comfort. It’s a minor issue and easy to fix, but worth mentioning. Otherwise, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

• Jelena (10/5): Great if you want to feel as if you live in a nice apartment in Malaga (we did) - Good versatile location: multiple quick bus connections to the center and A line to the airport, close to the beach for summer vacation (not applicable for our vacation in December), close (we walked, it's a little over 10 mins of walking, alternatively 2 short bus stops away) to the train station which we used for visiting some other cities in Andalusia and for a quick and cheap connection to the airport. Parking availability (with a fair price), great price to value ratio overall, hosts were available for contact if needed. Key is through an app and both of us were added by the host to be able to lock/unlock from either phone. Host was with us for both checking in and checking out.

• М. (10/5): It was a nice place to stay - The house is very modern, and our family enjoyed using all the gadgets, especially the ability to watch movies on the TV. Additionally, the owners provided us with all the small household staff, such as backing paper and shower items, so we didn’t need to buy them. The beds were very comfortable, and the owners were friendly. The beach is close to the house and is clean. Moreover, you can easily take the bus to the city center. We would wish to have a kettle.
• Dan (10/5): We had a wonderful stay in Malaga, wish we have stayed more. - Excellent location, close to the beach and having a lot of good restaurants in its proximity (restaurants mostly used by locals, with good prices and even better food). A metro station is about 5 minutes away, too. The host was wonderful, really hospitable, gave us a tour of the neighborhood and advised on the best restaurants, or even directed us to a place to watch a flamenco show - we highly appreciated it! Nothing bad, really.
