- Karina (7/5): Запах сигарет в квартире - Ключи забирать и сдавать возле квартиры. Новая мебель и оборудование, чистая пастель и полотенца. Квартира и кухня оснащена всем необходимым (кроме сушилки для полотенец) Есть утюг и гладильная доска. Когда я бронировала было указано, что квартира для некурящих, однако она была вся прокурена. Ужасный запах! Мы жили 2 дня, но все наши пропахли табаком. Прилагаю фото с проженным диваном. Не хватало сушилки для полотенец. Нас было 3 человека и когда первый из нас пошел мыться, то горячая вода в бойлере закончилась ( при этом перед этим мы не тратили горячую воду). В итоге нам сказали что нажо подождать минут 20 когда вода нагреется. Однако надо ждать около 40 минут как минимум. Мы жили на 1ом этаже и в квартире было прохладно мы включили теплый пол. В ваннлй он нагревался всю ночь , а когда нагрелся, то в районе душевой пол бил током. Мы отключили пол. По расположению далеко от всего, лучше взять ближе к центру если вы не на машине.

Communication is also very good, and the staff is helpful. The surroundings are quiet. No lift. A bit painful.
- Karin Holzner (7/5): - Privater Parkplatz im Innenhof, freundliche Gastgeberin die sehr bemüht war Prinzipiell eine schöne Unterkunft allerdings würden die Teppiche wieder einmal eine Tiefenreinigung benötigen und die Ablage in der Dusche ist schon komplett rostig bzw. die Silikonfugen gehören wieder einmal geputzt, Betten waren uns viel zu weich aber das ist natürlich persönliches Empfinden

- Imre (10/5): - Nagyon jól felszerelt apartman, kiváló elhelyezkedéssel. Kitűnő kapcsoltattartás a kedves szállásadóval. Mindennel felszerelt, amire a tartózkodásod alatt szükséged lehet, gépesített konyha rengeteg eszközzel. Azoknak, akik teljesen önellátásra rendezkednek be, még nagyobb segítség lenne több edény, evőeszköz. 4 személyre éppen elfogadható méret és kényelem. A nappali közepén álló kanapéágy hatalmas teret kitölt, kicsit legózni kell az éjszakai és nappali műszak között. Persze mi nem azért jöttünk, hogy itt punnyadjunk, egész nap jártuk a várost, csak estére jártunk vissza. A központ, minden látványosság nagyon könnyen és egyszerűen elérhető, mert egy nagy közlekedési csomópont az utca végén található, 100 méterre az ajtótól. Metró, villamos, busz... Az autót le tudod tenni a belső udvarban, vagy egy saroknyira álló garázsban, aminek a díját a szállás fizeti. Pékség, kebabos az utcasarkon. Eszményi szállás, kiváló választás bécsi tartózkodásra, jó bázis a város bejárására. Legközelebb is idejövünk.

- Petra (10/5): - Apartmán pozostáva z 1 izby (manželská posteľ a rozkladací gauč) + kuchynka je v chodbe, vybavenie postačovalo, všetko bolo čisté. K dispozícii práčka, umývačka riadu, žehliaca doska a žehlička. Asi minútu od ubytovania je zastávka električiek. Skvelá komunikácia s hostiteľkou.
- Michael (9/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und bequem. Habe mich wirklich wohl gefühlt im Zimmer! Auch die Nähe zum Bahnhof Meidling ünerzeugt. In der Dusche ist der Regenschauer etwas blöd platziert, nämlich über einem Querbalken. Infolgedessen hat das Wasser im gesamten Bad rumgespritzt.

- Andreea (10/5): Cosy apartment with great facilities - The apartment had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, beds, TV, Internet and floor heating to an amazing location, parking spot in front and silence. We went there in late November for my mom's birthday, to visit Wien and we wished we could've stayed longer than that weekend. We felt like home, it's really cosy.

- Yuliya (9/5): Thank you Celik for a nice experience we had - We stayed for three days in Vienna. The location was convenient for us; it is close to the metro and railway stations. Celik, the owner, was supportive and polite. The apartment was equipped quite well. One thing that might not be convenient when you travel by car is that if you need your vehicle to drive daily in Vienna, getting your car from a parking space can be tricky. But it was really good for us; we parked our car in the safe parking in the patio and used public transport for our business.

La stazione di Meidling è letteralmente a 2 minuti a piedi e si collega bene sia con metro che con linea ferroviaria. Stanza calda, pulita e bagno confortevole. The apartment is very modern and nicely furnished. Communication with the hosts was excellent – they were very responsive, friendly, and helpful whenever needed. However, the bedroom has poor and humid air, as there is no window, and it seems that there might be a water leak somewhere. The apartment has a TV, but due to very weak internet it is basically unusable, as it keeps loading. The Wi-Fi signal is also very poor and unreliable. In addition, the toilet and the floors were not properly cleaned.
- Sebastian (9/5): Before New Year Eve break 26-29.12 - True to the name, cause we had a chance to stay in a really cozy apartment. Everything was provided, it was clean, new and well-maintained. We also appreciate the fact that when we came for the first time, the heating was already on and the apartment was warm (during this time of the year and the weather - winter, 0°C). Self check-in/-out went smoothly and fast. The staff was helpfull and answered to messages right away. Location is also good, 2/3min from the Meidling U-bahn station. Heating doesn't fully funtion in the small room but opening doors to the main one (with the couch) solved the case.
- Mandy (10/5): Topverdiener - Wir bezogen eine schöne neu renovierte Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung war gut und es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Die Unterkunft lag nah an der U-Bahn, keine 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war tadellos, besser geht’s kaum. —

Připravené cukroví jako dáreček potěšilo.Při příjezdu chvilku trvala organizace parkování a policie byla rychlejší (stáli jsme na ulici asi 10 min)a než pan majitel vystavil parkovací kartu, přistála pokuta -pan majitel bez mrknutí oka pokutu zaplatil...tak to velmi potěšilo.... určitě využijeme ubytování při další návštěvě 💞

- Camelia (10/5): - Recomandăm cu încredere! Proprietara a fost foarte promptă în a răspunde la mesaje. Apartamentul în care am fost cazați a fost foarte curat și bine întreținut. Un mare plus este faptul că există termostat pentru fiecare cameră, ceea ce ne-a permis să reglăm temperatura după preferințe. Apartament micuț, cochet, curat și dotat cu tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur confortabil.

- Bojana (10/5): Perfect! - Apartment is perfect! Cozy, but with enough space for 3 of us, fully equipped, with all you need for short stay, perfectly clean, good heating. Great communication with the owner. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Good connection with the center Metro station is just a few minutes walk. We’ll come again! :) All was great!

- Horhat (9/5): Very pleasant stay in Vienna - The staff was very friendly and prompt with responding. Location is great and very close to public transport, shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and having the parking lot inside the yard was very convenient. One of the beds was uncomfortable, but that was just a minor inconvenient with the location having so many positives.

- Sanja (10/5): Great - Excellent accommodation: clean, with very comfortable beds, and equipped with everything you need, even for a longer stay. The location is great — less than a 5-minute walk from the metro, train, and tram stations. Picking up and returning the key is very easy, and there is underfloor heating where you can adjust the temperature yourself. We were welcomed in the apartment with coffee and tea so we could warm up. Our son was especially delighted that the TV had Netflix.

- Maritta (10/5): Ein Traum - Die Unterkunft war einfach ein Traum! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern und richtig gemütlich. Besonders praktisch war die Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station – man ist super schnell überall. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

- Denis (7/5): Nice apartment with room for improvement - The location is great, very close to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. It has its own parking, even though the spaces are a bit tight. The apartment is well equipped (fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, TV). It looks as in the pictures, no big surprises there. When we arrived the heating was off. It was 14° when it was 3° outside. The apartment has floor heating, so it took a few hours to heat up the place. In the three nigths we were there, the temperature in the bathroom never got over 23°. The internet connection is very slow and unstable (1-3 Mbps at best). It could have been cleaner.
