• katharine (8/5): - Great location, modern and clean. Property lacked seating. The place accommodates 4 people, but there were only 2 chairs for dining and not many glasses. It meant we couldn’t eat in easily which was a pity as it was a fully equipped kitchen.

• Katharine (9/5): Well maintained apartment with excellent transport access - Great apartment with separate bedroom and living space and washer / dryer facilities. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Close to the hautbahnhof and other transport options including U-bahn and tram. Various supermarket options within close walking distance. The area was a little rough, multiple table dancing/strip clubs around the area and one where you felt more uncomfortable walking at night. It did feel somewhat less safe at times.

• Karolee (8/5): Good apartment for Oktoberfest - Close to Oktoberfest and the Marienplatz. A bit noisy late into the night, but that was expected given the dynamic area.
• Daniela (6/5): - Die Lage war sehr zentral gelegen. Konnten die Koffer schon frühzeitig in der Wohnung abstellen und haben die Schlüssel bekommen. Der Vermieter hat uns angerufen sobald die Wohnung gereinigt war. Die Wohnung war sauber, aber ein wenig renovierungs bedürftig. Die Fenster konnte man nicht wirklich gut öffnen.

• Janice (8/5): Apartment in the heart of Munich - The apartment was really nice. it was November, cold outside, but the apartment was lovely and warm and the heat controllable. It was in a very convenient location for most of what we wanted to do. Proximity to the station and other means of transport. The noise of the street. There is currently a construction site within 200 metres and work there started at first light, about 7am.

• Ofri (1/5): Bad - Not fit for Israelis! the apartment's location in a predominantly Muslim neighborhood generated an atmosphere of unease for us as Israelis. Given historical tensions, we felt apprehensive and unsafe, refraining from speaking Hebrew to avoid potential misunderstandings or discomfort. Adding to the unfavorable experience was the dilapidated condition of the building entrance. Its poor state not only conveyed a lack of maintenance but also contributed to an overall unwelcoming environment. We did check out only 10 min after check in, because we felt so unsafe at this point (and we were with baby girl) Booking tried to rich out to the owner in the hope of discussing the circumstances surrounding our departure and the possibility of a partial refund. However, there attempts to engage were met with no response, leaving the matter unresolved. In summary, the combination of feeling unsafe due to the neighborhood, encountering a poorly kept building entrance, and receiving no acknowledgment from the owner regarding our concerns led to an exceedingly brief and disappointing stay
• Nicolás (9/5): Very nice place to stay at a good price - The location was excellent, very close to the main station and the Altstadt. The place was very comfortable and clean. The host was very responsive and kind. The only issue was that the door in the bedroom was broken and it wasn't possible to close it to have privacy. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

You ca - Amazing location, 5 minutes from central Station, 8 minutes from Karlsplatz, next to bakery and supermarkets. Very warm apartment! The apartment it looks from the photos bigger than it is. Extremelly dirty, I had to clean all the surfaces from the furnitures, the beddings have holes and they had a weird smell like the have never washed. Also, the chairs' covers were too dirty to sit on it. Full of dust kitchen towel.

• Flerchinger (9/5): Great location, clean and well equipped - Location was great, newer, clean, nice amenities. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped for all we needed. Since we were 4 adults we assumed a sleeper sofa for the other 2, great sofa but not meant for sleeping. All the rest of the apartment worked great.
