• Mariana (9/5): Voltava - O quarto era bastante acolhedor e tinha os essenciais para cozinhar (como azeite, sal, café, etc.). Tudo moderno e cama confortável. Infelizmente não tem muito espaço para comer, visto que se utiliza a mesa de estudo para a refeição, e fica mais difícil para refeições com duas pessoas por ter só uma cadeira (mas não foi um grande problema). Embora tenha gostado do toque moderno, sugeria o WC ter luzes com interruptor manual, isto porque, durante o banho, é chato a luz estar sempre a desligar-se. Mas de resto estava tudo perfeito ✨
• Elisa (4/5): Posizione buona, ma il resto... - Il lato positivo è la vicinanza ad una fermata della Central line (metro rossa), che rende la zona ben collegata. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era sporca, a partire dalla doccia alla cucina presente nella stanza. Ho trovato dei capelli e un tappo di plastica per il rasoio nello scarico della doccia. La disponibilità da parte dello staff è stata piuttosto assente, due giorni prima del nostro check in ci è stata comunicata l'impossibilità di accettare come prova che fossimo studenti il portale digitale, che davamo per scontato fosse valido, non avendo tesserini fisici per gli studenti. Durante la permanenza abbiamo chiesto l'asciugacapelli, che abbiamo ricevuto con diverse lamentele perché era segnato che già lo avessimo (non avremmo mai chiesto qualcosa già presente in camera), che abbiamo pulito prima di utilizzare, perché sporco.

• Shabnam (4/5): It was less than okay and I wouldn't go back. - The location was good. The room was not as shown in the pictures on booking.com. This may be a booking.com issue. The property management said that they don't get many bookings through booking.com and had asked them to change the picture? The unit was dirty, and was cleaned after two days and many emails. When they say there is an oven they mean a microwave oven that doesn't function.

• Robbie (5/5): Cheap stop over for students who don’t have a huge amount of disposable income. However, not drastically different in pr - - The price was fair once approved for student accommodation. - Clean. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well stocked with amenities. - The mattress was probably the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. A thin layer of material straight on top of metal springs. You must get a topper for that mattress or invest in a new one. - We had to wait for approval and provide documentation to prove we are full time students. I found this process stressful as our place wasn’t guaranteed. It was only approved 24 hours before check-in so in the event of a ‘non approval’ it would be a costly rejection to then have to scratch around looking for alternative accommodation last minute.

• Flóra (5/5): Egynek jó. - A metró közel volt, ahogy a lidl is. Jól szigetelő ablak. Harmadjára sikerült ventillátort adniuk(nyáron meleg volt, az ablak kinyitása viszont nagyon beengedte a forgalom zaját a szobába). A ágy kép alapján nagyobbnak tűnt, a valóságban összeborultunk, mint kocsma előtt a kerékpárok. Wc papírt külön kérni kellett, annak ellenére, hogy kértük a 6.éjszaka után járó takarítást- ekkor a recepciós azt se tudta, miről beszélek. A kukát sem vitték el, amit elviteles zacskókban ugyan mi megoldottunk, de mikor a kicsekkolásról való tájékoztatóban azt kérték, vigyük le a szemetet valahova(?), ezt viccnek gondolhatták csak, ugyanis szemeteszsákot nem adtak, a három részes szelektív kukát pedig nem gondoltam, hogy le kéne cipelnem.

La possibilità di avere angolo cottura in camera. La camera era con finestra sulla strada ed era rumorosa. Il letto (queen size) per due persone era poco spazioso.

The mattress was way too soft, no air con or fan as the room was very hot. There were hot drinks available in the room but no means to make them, I'd need to go down to the lobby to make a drink.

• Roberta (7/5): - Very clean and welcoming place, excellent location. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning and hairdryer but despite this it was not hot in the room.
• Nikola (1/5): - Free coffee available at the lobby. Proximity to Tube. Extremely small room (called ironically "deluxe studio") with extremely small bed that is obviously intended for one person but sold shamelessly to two. Linens were dirty, pillows small and thin so neck hurts after sleeping. Room service does not exist at all. Only very small packs of bath gel and shampoo are provided at the beginning for a 5-night stay. Additional toilet paper also not provided. When I asked for it at the reception, one guy first tells me that he's only a cleaner and that they don't have any ("come tomorrow to check"), and the other guy (the actual receptionist) tells me that he will ask room service to come and provide it. Guess what - room service never appeared at the door. Reception staff are mostly acting bored, uninterested and some of them look constantly either stoned or on high drugs. Coffee machine indeed exists, but when it did not work for some reason and I asked the receptionist what's going on, he just said "oh, it doesn't work" without any intention to help. It's the guy that acted like on high drugs. Location not really pleasant, ugly looking migrant neighborhood. Do NOT book here!
• Heberton (7/5): Opção de Hospedagem barata em Londres - Está a 7 minutos caminhando da estação de metrô, quarto limpo, tem um supermercado na esquina, o que ajuda muito, além de farmácias e outros comércios. Quarto equipado com cozinha, o que ajudou muito para o café da manhã. Foi o menor preço que encontrei em Londres. Ideal para 1 pessoa ou 2 no máximo. Leva de 20 a 30 minutos de metrô para chegar ao centro de Londres. Este hotel na verdade é uma residência para estudantes. O quarto é muito pequeno, nas fotos ele parece maior. Está desenhado para acomodar 1 pessoa, estivemos em 2 pessoas e o espaço é muito apertado. A cama não é muito grande e o colchão é muito ruim. Possui cozinha porém não possui espaço suficiente para se sentar. Mesmo assim vale a pena pelo preço que foi o menor que encontrei.

• Marcilee (8/5): UK Trip MD - The apartment was clean and cozy. Self- contained and convenient. It was welcoming. Except, for pillows I would suggest four pillows when checking in two guests. Or, two that's more plush. It was too flat and uncomfortable to sleep.

Le confort du matelas, la taille du matelas, les caractéristiques non respectés pour un studio deluxe, une demande de papier toilettes supplémentaire qui n'a pas été honorée :( J'ai commandé un studio deluxe et les conditions n'étant pas claires je pense clairement avoir eu un studio simple. D'ailleurs, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons eu les clés d'une chambre qui était occupée : très gênant. On a donc été reclassé mais plutôt à la baisse ce qui est assez dérangeant au niveau rapport qualité / prix.

• Snizula (4/5): Disappointed with our stay - I liked the location; there were a few places with tasty food and some nearby grocery stores. To be honest, the room that was meant for two people would really only be suitable for ONE person. The room was extremely small and cramped — the photos of room were probably taken with a wide-angle (0.5x) camera setting to make it look bigger. The bed was very small, and it was especially uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. Also, the bed sheet was completely worn out and covered in fabric pills. Another issue was the heat. If you're traveling here in the summer, be aware that there is NO air conditioning — just a small fan that barely works. You also can’t really keep the window open at night because the noise from outside is incredibly loud. The table in the room is fixed to the wall, so you can't move it closer to the bed to eat, and there is only one chair. In the bathroom, there's no functioning ventilation system, so it gets extremely hot and stuffy in there. No one comes to clean the room or change the towels — I assume you’d need to request and probably pay extra for that. Also, the dish soap bottle in the kitchenette was moldy around the cap, and the sink in the bathroom was clogged and barely drained. If you look into the sink hole, you’ll probably feel sick — it’s full of old dirt, hair, and who knows what else. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay.
• Ross (5/5): Hot - The building has a nice social/working area in the basement. It also feels very secure, with 24/7 security and multiple doors requiring fob scans. There is a large Lidl next to the property, so it’s possible to get all the food you would need. I stayed during the middle of the summer and unfortunately it meant it was very hot in the room. It made sleeping hard and uncomfortable. The building is positioned next to a very busy/congested road so opening the window introduces too much noise to sleep.

• Fereshteh (2/5): I only needed the room for comfortable sleep as I was out all day but as I said no comfort and I cut my trip short and I - I did not like it at all with the price I paid Very noisy and my room was right above the smoking station in the garden , due to no air con and extreme heat I had no choice to open the window and all the smoke was in the room as well as group who were talking very loud , my first night of stay I’v complain the staff on desk were very nice and understanding but the manager didn’t want to change my room I paid for a top floor and executive room as it was indicated in my booking and pictures are different to what I had when I asked the desk people a bout that they told me those rooms are gone .
• Łukasz (9/5): Londyn 4 ever - Obiekt bardzo ładny, nowy, czysty, świetnie zlokalizowany przy Lydłu i stacji metra East Acton. W sąsiedztwie dużo innych sklepów, gastronomii, przystanków autobusowych. Dojazd do centrum 10-15min metrem. Jeżeli ktoś nie lubi hałasu komunikacyjnego to raczej nie otworzy okna gdyż obiekt zlokalizowany jest przy bardzo ruchliwej arterii.

The location is great, with the tube station and bus stops very close by. The location is good, the price was reasonable, I recommend it for students/researchers. I enjoyed writing at my desk, from time to time looking out the windows, at the suburban, full of history, skyline. The HVAC is centralized, for sure more efficient. For me, the T and RH in the room were perfect, but somebody else might object on that lack of choice. Also, the recycling must be improved.

• vanessa (6/5): - El alojamiento está bien , tiene zonas comunes se ve nuevo y moderno Si lo q quieres es solo ducharte y dormir está bien , aunque un poco lejos del centro la parada de metro está a 8 minutos pero si vuelves por la noche da un poco de respeto caminar por allí … muy oscuro todo Nos dieron una habitación para minusválidos que me parece genial que hallan este tipo de habitaciones adaptadas pero la poca era muy baja la taza del baño muy alta estaba todo a altura de persona con movilidad reducida, la cama pone que es para dos personas pero cabe uno y medio 🤦🏻‍♂️ es muy pequeña solo había una silla , la cubertería también había solo un tenedor un cuchillo , la limpieza de la habitación se nota q hacía un tiempo que n la utilizaban xq había pelos en la ducha y polvo en las estanterías

• Fernando (6/5): Habitación aceptable, muy buenas áreas comunes y horrible atención al cliente - Las áreas comunes son excelentes. Nosotros trabajamos desde ahí y fue muy cómodo. Hay lavadero (que hay que pagar), gimnasio, zona de estudio/trabajo, play 5, patio, varias máquinas expendedoras, etc Lo peor sin dudas es la atención que brindan desde el chat de booking. Es horrendo, no saben comunicarse ni son capaces de resolver un inconveniente. Reservamos 3 meses antes de nuestra estadía, nos pidieron los pasaportes, los mandamos y nos aprobaron la reserva. El día de ingreso, nos pidieron más documentos y nos dijeron que si no la brindábamos no nos podíamos quedar ahí. Además, nos pidieron esto porque yo les escribí para pedir información sobre el check in, ya que no me habían dicho nada. Brindamos la documentación y aún así, al llegar al hotel, no tenían información de nuestra llegada ni reserva. Nos pedían un Mail, el cual claramente no existía ya que es una reserva por booking. Logramos entrar luego de 20 minutos de insistencia. Además, el baño es demasiado chico (2 metros cuadrados como mucho) y el colchón que nos tocó era muy viejo. Reclamamos y nos dijeron que no era posible cambiarlo (tienen casi 250 habitaciones). Por otra parte, en el cuarto no hay horno ni tostadora como indican. En resumen, muy lindas áreas comunes, habitación aceptable y atención pésima. Consejo, si se quedan acá y tienen algún problema, hablen con la gente que está en recepción en la mañana. Son los únicos con ganas de ayudar. Los de la noche le hablan mal a todo el mundo y no resuelven nada, y los que te atienden a través del chat de booking no sirven ni pa decirte que día es hoy

• Inés (9/5): Superó mis expectativas - Tenían distintos servicios gratuitos en el edificio, como una máquina de café en una de las zonas comunes. Además había muchas zonas comunes, como un sofá con televisión, un billar, un gimnasio y fuente de agua potable. Las vistas de la habitación eran increíbles, se veía la ciudad. El barrio tenía muchas tiendas y restaurantes cercanos, además de estar bien comunicado con una parada de metro a 8 minutos aproximadamente. La habitación no era muy grande, ya que está pensado como habitaciones para estudiantes, pero había todo lo necesario. No había muchos utensilios de cocina.

• Alejandra (10/5): Excelente estadía en Contemporary Studios - Muy bien equipada y diseñada, con máximo aprovechamiento del espacio. Excelente diseño de residencia estudiantil, perfectamente adaptada para turistas. Tiene todo lo necesario en poco espacio. Muy bien iluminada y soleada. Muy segura. Ingreso y egreso controlado automáticamente pero sin restricciones horarias. Nos sentimos muy cómodos aún siendo personas mayores. Volveríamos, sin dudas. No poder abrir del todo la hoja móvil de la ventana para ventilar. Aunque entiendo que es por una cuestión de espacio. Pero sólo es un comentario, nada que afecte la estadía.

• JAMES (3/5): Dont stay here unless you are a student - The only positive things I can say about my stay was the location was good, and easy to commute into london. Also the downstairs courtyard was a good place to relax with a beer after a long day exploring. The staff on arrival were so rude it beggars belief. After travelling for 28 hours the last thing you need is rude staff at the check in desk. My room floor was filthy The facilities are sub standard, make sure you bring your own Towels and toot rolls. They offer a towel and bedding change after 6 nights, and i requested this twice and it was not done If this location ios going to rent out rooms to holiday makers when the students are not in attendance during holidays, they need to do better, they cant treat their guests so poorly

Ingen kompensation erbjöds, otrevlig och oprofessionellt Rummen var som en fängelsecell. Ytterst otydligt här på booking att det inte är rum med interiör och att det normalt används som student housing. Städningen var slarvig, golvet värst. Gick inte o gå barfota pga så mycket smuts det var. Double bed? Inte alls. Det är en större singelsäng enligt europeisk standard. 120cm. Hemskt ställe.

• michela (2/5): NON CI TORNEREI NEANCHE GRATIS!!! - Buona la posizione a 7min a piedi dalla fermata della linea rossa Central Line metro che tocca i principali siti di intetesse turistico. - Hotel all'angolo di un incrocio: rumori di auto a qualsiasi ora, anche con gli infissi chiusi. - Badge magnetico per l'apertura della camera piccolissimo che si rischia di perdere continuamente. - Nella hall d'entrata sono presenti due scatoloni dove riporre abiti usati per i bisognosi: gesto apprezzabile, peccato restano cosi per giorni e sembra una discarica. - Letto a molle terribilmente scomodo. - Due cuscini con un "imbottitura" indefinita alti 3cm l'uno: al secondo giorno avevo la cervicale. - Asciugamani puliti (cosi si spera),dove aprendone uno ho trovato due capelli ricci neri attaccati (i miei sono lisci castani): gettato immediatamente in un angolo del bagno e mai piu toccato. - Dopo una certa ora del pomeriggio la reception resta vuota e puó entrare chiunque nonostante i tornelli allarmati all'ingresso. - Stanze NON dotate di asciugacapelli: sono dovuta correre a comprarne uno. - Stanza dotata di armadio dove peró non c'e nulla per appendere gli abiti e mi chiedo se pensano uno viaggi con le stampelle in valigia!
• A. Elevatore (7/5): Zentrales Wohnen im Studentenwohnheim - Für London günstig und die Lage in der Nähe der East Acton Station wirklich gut und man kommt auch relativ schnell nach Heathrow. Freundliches Personal eine kleine Küche und Lidl direkt gegenüber. Sauberkeit war nicht katastrophal aber auch nicht perfekt, Matratze etwas durchgelegen und relativ kleines Bett für zwei Leute. Kein Roomservice, man fragt also an der Rezeption nach Klopapier, etc.
