(8/5): Overall the loacation was ideal with food courts and restaurants easily accessible, and the HUB mall - The location was idea for the plastics exhibition at the NECC arena, and the room was spacious, however, I booked for a room with a balcony, and was given a room without this. The breakfast was very well organised with a large array of options. The room booked with Booking.com was with a balcony and upon check in I was told otherwise.

It is also c - Location is excellent with lots of restaurants available outside in the hub area The Internet service is pathetically slow and in 2026 not acceptable. The option to upgrade to a superior service is restricted to China residents as you cannot get past the pre-programmed registration form online. You will have to use your own Internet connection if you need to do any emails or other online activity. The function rooms such as the lounge and dining area are not conducive to guests usage. Friendly you are better off dining at the restaurants outside the hotel.

Lady on reception was very welcoming and smiley. Excellent!!! We stayed here because of the location close to the train station as we took an early train but the hotel is fabulous. Had a walk around the area the evening before. Very vibrant area. Plenty of restaurants and the hotel has a Michelin star restaurant. Really Excellent breakfast from 6.30am. - Rodrigo Rossetto (10/5): Extraordinária. - Equipe altamente atenciosa, adorei ser recebido com um "welcome back sir", a atendente lembrava-se de mim, um ano após a minha estadia anterior. Localização fantastica, com acesso facil a Hongqiao Train station, o que proporciona diversas opções de mobilidade. (aeroporto, trens, metro e onibus). Ainda na reserva, acabei fazendo com somente 1 café da manha, e estavamos em 2, e acabamos ganhando 1 café da manhã extra, café este, que classifico como extraordinário. Desta vez, fiquei em um andar mais baixo, não tinha uma vista tão boa. (mas não é uma falha do hotel em sí) Pois mesmo assim tinha uma boa vista. Por ser tão bom, os valores, são maiores, mas mesmo assim vale o custo.
