Gunay (9/5): - Ev çok kullanışlı ve genel olarak temizdi. En mükemmel yanı konumu diyebilirim; her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Gasoline Grill Burger 1 dk mesafede mesela. Yataklardan ve yorgandan kötü bir koku geliyordu. Hatta yorgan lekeler içinde ve temiz değildi. ancak nevresimler temizdi. Odada halı olmasını hijyenik bulmadım ki zaten temizde değildi. Yataktakine benzer bir koku perdelerdende geliyordu, sanırım yıkanmama kaynaklı. Binada özellikle sabahları çok yoğun ve ağır bir yemek kokusu hep vardı.

Caroline (4/5): Top Lage, aber Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider enttäuschend - Wer hier bucht, zahlt vor allem für die zentrale Lage - nicht für Ausstattung und Komfort. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend und sicherlich der Hauptgrund für das Preisniveau. Kontaktloser Check in hat einwandfrei geklappt. Der Zustand der Unterkunft entsprach aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Preisniveau von über 400€ pro Nacht. In der Dusche waren die Silikonfugen teilweise Schimmelbesetzt, man blickte während des Duschens in eine Dreckecke an der Waschmaschine, der Toilettendeckel lag nur locker auf dem Rand ohne jegliche Befestigung; das Waschbecken hatte einen großen Riss,die Gardinenleiste hing herunter, da sie ausgerissen war. Insgesamt wirkte die Wohnung leider schmuddelig. Für eine Unterkunft in dieser Preisklasse hätten wir deutlich mehr Sauberkeit und einen bessern Allgemeinzustand erwartet.

The apartment was was very clean and the decor was lovely. The two double bedrooms had good storage and large comfortable double beds. The large shower room was great . Great number of toilet rolls :) As a family of five adults, we found the comfortable dinning, kitchen area bright and welcoming. This is where we sat and relaxed. The living area was used for the two put up single beds. Great place to stay for the 2026 Marathon Unfortunately the code to the outside bin point didn't work, another person helped us with this as they were using it.

Joachim Valdemar (7/5): - The location of the apartment is amazing and frankly unbeatable. You are within walking distance of everything you want to be within walking distance of. Since the flat is nested in the middle of the block, it is very nice and quiet at night, despite the incredibly central location. The flat is spacious and has everything you need. We faced a number of issues such as the oven not working (making very loud noises when it was turned on), and the washing machine failing repeatedly, requiring a technician to come who was unable to resolve the issue during our stay (forcing us to go home with clothes that were wet because the dryer also did not do a great job..!). Above all, however, we had great difficulty getting the temperature right; while one bedroom has a window that can be opened, allowing for cooler air coming in, the other bedroom does not and it got very, very warm (27-28 degrees, even with the door open to the living room). We reached out to the hosts, and while they were responsive, the problem remained unresolved throughout our entire stay (five days!) despite following the (very simple!) instructions to the dot. This was a significant problem as we had a young child who needed to sleep in a reasonable setting. At no point did the hosts come physically in-person, all communication was done in writing. This was disappointing. We must further note that as nice and convenient the flat is, it has seen better days (dirty grouts in the bathroom, broken curtains, and tired shower cabin). All of this is a shame because all are things that should be non-issues (especially with the price in mind!).
Sylwia (8/5): Mały przytulny apartament dla centrum - Obiekt urządzony ze smakiem, przytulne miejsce. Był ekspres ale przestarzały na filtry przez co nawet kawy nie było można sobie zrobić. Nie było herbaty ani wody pitnej. Brak możliwości zostawienia bagażu przed i po nawet za dodatkową opłatą.
Hartwig (6/5): Wohnung war schön aber die Beschreibung zum Standort war uns zu ungenau. - Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und war sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung war nicht so einfach zu finden die Beschreibung der Örtlichkeit könnte etwas besser sein. Z.B. mit einem Bild im Angebot bei Booking.com. Der Zugang zu der Wohnung war ein sehr großes Problem. der Kontakt zum Vermieter war aufgrund von Sprachproblemen sehr schwierig. Aber nach einer Rücksprache mit einem Mitarbeiter von Booking.com konnte das Problem mit dem Zugang zur Wohnung gelöst werden. Nochmals vielen Dank an den Mitarbeiter von Booking.com.

JEANNETTE (4/5): Entäuschend, schlechte Preis/Leistung, unfreundlich und schlechter Service. - Die Lage war top alles Fussläufig zu erreichen. Gute möglichkeiten für Frühstück. Sehr Zentral. Das war wirklich Top und ich würde eigentlich gerne wieder in dieser Gegend wohnen. Wir sind zu 4. als Familie gereist mit dem Wissen das 2 auf dem Bettsofa schlafen müssen. Das Bettsofa war nicht gemacht keine Info wo das Bettzeug war. Wir mussten die Host kontaktieren. Ein loses Bettlaken für ein Sofabett ohne topper oder sonstige Unterlage, so auf ein fleckiges Sofa ein Laken, es war eklig und unsere Kinder haben sich nicht wohl gefühlt. Ebenfalls hatten wir nur 4 Duschtücher und 2 Handtücher. Wir mussten 3 Mal die Host kontaktieren für ein zusätzlichen Bettlaken um das Sofabett komplett abzudecken ebenfalls für mehr Handtücher und ein Bodentuch vor die Dusche. Da wir so knapp Tücher hatten, konnten wir keines entbehren. Wir haben die uns zustehenden Froteewäsche erst am Tag danach erhalten, leider nur ein zusätzliches Handtuch und ein Tuch als Fussmatte vor der Dusche. Wir haben für 4 Personen gebucht bezahlt und bekamen nur so minimalistisch ausgestattet. Den Abfall muss man selber entsorgen. Das Apartement war nicht sauber leider klebrige Tropfen auf dem Fenstersims im Schlafzimmer. Der Duschvorhang ist auch eklig gelb im unteren Teil. Der Host am Telefon war nicht sehr freundlich.

Appartement calme, spacieux The sofa for the third person is not comfortable and the roof’s light and Velux(R) don’t have blackout blind then we are very soon awake. The heating is too hot then we Have to open the windows. Waste of energy. Stairs difficult with suitcases.
Lindsey (8/5): Cosy and practical. - Great location! Spacious. Good style and cosy finishes. I loved the big round table and chairs. The bathroom was nice and clean. The coat rack at the entry helped keep things tidy. The pillows were fine for kids but uncomfortable for adults. I would recommend updating in the bedroom. Also 2 drawers were broken in the kitchen.

Bizde tercih yaparken haliyle yorumları okuyup seçim yapıyoruz fakat aile olarak gittiğimiz yerde asansörsüz yer, bu olabilir kişisel olarak problem görmeyende olabilir, ama evin içerisinde ne bir su ne bir içecek herhangi hiç birşey bulunmuyor, aile olarak geldiğimiz için 16.00 dan evel müsaitlik varsa en kötü daire içerisine bavulları bırakma talebinde bulunduk olumsuz yanıt aldık ama tam tersi durumda çıkışta bebek arabası 3 bavul lu olduğumuzu saat 13.00 da çıkış yapabilirmiyiz talebimizi dile getirdik ne yazıkki olumsuz cevap aldık durumun zor olduğunu hoşgörü nezaket çerçevesinde anlatmamıza rağmen. Hatta kendileri de sordular geç çıkış yapmak isterseniz haber verirsiniz diye, bende 1,5 saat sonra internet e bağlanabilce mesajı okuyup cevap verince cevapta geç kaldığımızı dile getirdiler. Aile olarak sadece konumu tavsiye edebilirim ama çalışan yardımseverliği ev olanakları yerlerde diyebilirim

Bed was not clean on arrival, apartment not completely clean and had a persistent bad odour, mouldy shower curtain and bathroom sink need replacing, can be noisy in the courtyard outside, wifi working intermittently, wrong entry code provided in instructions.

El acceso en el momento del check in es muy sencillo y hay comunicación constante con el anfitrión brindando un trato muy bueno. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia muy agradable. Está muy limpio y con un buen sistema de calefacción que mantiene la casa caliente todo el tiempo. A shower curtain is very cheap to replace so can’t understand why this hasn’t been done. On arrival the code was wrong getting into the apartment itself so had to call to fix this Just to add little things make a massive difference - I did note on the booking that we were staying due to us getting married in Copenhagen during our stay yet nothing at all was done about this - again I did not expect anything but as an improvement possibly a tiny effort of celebrating something specific

L'emplacement est exceptionnel, en plein centre de Copenhague, à proximité de nombreux commerces, de plusieurs monuments et musées (Nyhavn, Christiansborg, Rundetårn) et des stations de métro (Gammel Strand, Kongens Nytorv).

Orban (10/5): - Very thoughtfully designed apartment in the heart of the capital. We enjoyed our stay very very much :) Wish the topper on the bed would have matched the mattress, and wish the sheets would be for the box spring bed we had not just wrapped around the said topper
Jane (8/5): We loved Copenhegan and the location of the apartment - The location was fantastic and the host very responsive I did let the host know that I felt the bathroom was not that clean especially the shower and the shower curtain needed washing or replacing. More than 1 towel per guest would have been good too.
HSIN CHEN (10/5): - The location of this apartment is very convenient. It only took us few minutes to walk to the Stroget street. The design of the apartment is nice and beautiful. And the management team is very kind. When my wallet was stolen in Amalienborg, I messaged them and they told me many helpful information. We really had a warm and comfortable stay at the apartment. There’s no elevator, so it’s tiring to lift our luggage to the third floor.
Titti (8/5): It was pricy for 1 night and the check in and check out time is not so great or flexible. - It was a pleasant apartment to stay with family and group of friends. It was spacious, clean and clear information provided. The furnitures are fresh. The check in and out time. In at 16.00 and out at 11.00 it’s to late and early in my opinion. It should be more flexible in this regard. Another thing that is minor but worth mentioning is The closet that doesn’t have handles.

Louise (5/5): God beliggenhed - God beliggenhed Køkken og badeværelse var ny renoveret men kvaliteten var ikke ret god. Lejligheden er meget lydt og der er ingen liste under badeværelsesdøren - og der var kun få meter fra toilet til stue og spisebord…. Ikke super lækkert soundtrack til morgenmaden :-)
Sigurlaug (5/5): Búin hér að ofan - Eiginlega ekkert. Mjög þröng herbergi á kostnað mikils rýmis í eldhúsi. Sem reyndar er með allt of stórt og þungt borð. Kalt í íbúðinni. Sígarettustubbar á svölum og sturtuhengi óhreint. Og skandall að hafa ekki lyftu upp á fjórðu hæð. Og að geta ekki nálgast DK park app.

Paul (9/5): Top - Locatie in het centrum was top!. Verder ruim genoeg voor 4 personen! Parkeren in de buurt is lastig en erg duur. Net als heel Kopenhagen trouwens.
Hodhaifo Gulamo (9/5): - The apartment is located just around the corner from the Trem stop, only a 8-minute walk away. It is a very safe area, with many shops and restaurants nearby. There was no coffee, tea, or sugar provided. The check-in time is at 4:00 pm; this should be reconsidered or made more flexible. If the manager or owner is willing to improve, this is an issue that should be addressed, as other guest reviews have raised the same concern. It's unacceptable to leave guests waiting outside in cold weather, especially given the climate. In addition, the shower curtain was dirty. This does not create a good impression of the apartment. Please ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned.
Tchila (8/5): A nice apartment in central CPH with minor details. - Nice apartment in central CPH with all the necessary inventory. One room didn’t have any windows that could be opened, not so nice when you like fresh air :) In the other room you couldn’t open the door fully because the bed occupied most of the room. The sofa was also really small and could have used a sofa table.

Peter (5/5): - The apartment is in a central and attractive location of Copenhagen. Everything important is around the corner and in walking distance. The apartment is comfortable but appeared somewhat smaller than advertised. It reasonably sleeps four people. We stayed for two nights and the second night was VERY noisy. There were parties in the apartments next to us and below us. There was extensive noise in the staircase with people running up and down the staircase screaming. We did not feel safe and could not sleep. I contacted the host at 1am in the morning and complained about the noise. It was good that she was available. She promised to contact the noisy apartments. The noise slowly abated and stopped around 3am when I could finally go back to sleep. The apartments in the building are run by the same operator and some seem to be misused for pop-up parties. In the morning I tried to negotiate a refund but this was declined. We experienced the apartment as a bad deal. We are experienced travellers.

No hay un solo armario ni balda en todo el apartamento para poder dejar las cosas y colgar la ropa. Nos hemos alojado 3 noches, y un mueble o un armario no estaría mal para no tener que dejar las maletas y la ropa en el suelo. El sofá no es muy cómodo si se ha de usar como cama. Es grande, pero duro.

Konumu her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Kahve makinesi kapsül makine olsa çok daha pratik olurdu, filtre kahveye makinesi için büyük bir paket filtre kahve ve filtreye ihtiyaç oluyor.
