• Itziar (6/5): - Lo mejor es la ubicación. La distribución del piso está muy bien y estuvimos muy cómodos en él. Calidad-precio aceptable. El primer día no tuvimos agua caliente, para el resto de días consiguieron arreglarlo aunque entraron en el piso cuando no estábamos. La limpieza no es lo mejor, pero tampoco nos pareció que nada se saliese de lo normal.
• Maria Dolores (1/5): Desastroso - La limpieza, había hongos de humedad en ventanas y en aseo, sin colgador para toallas, sin toalla o alfombra para la salida de la ducha, no hay nada para poner la ropa, la ducha llena de hongos negros de humedad y por los azulejos, y para colmo sin agua caliente, en resumen, para cerrarlo por falta de higiene.
• juan pedro (7/5): - La ubicación y la cama tiene buen colchón y el aparcamiento. Se aparca bien y al lado. Algún pelo de perro en el sofá.
• MarianBC (8/5): - La ubicación era magnífica, cerca del casco histórico. Pudimos ir con nuestra mascota que estuvo muy tranquila. El trato con el anfitrión muy buena.... Fácil acceso al alojamiento y zona de aparcamiento sin tener que pagar.. Algunos de los materiales estaban muy deteriorados y algunos hasta oxidados, señales de humedad en las paredes y marcos de ventanas (lo que daba aspecto de dejadez y poco mantenimiento del alojamiento) y no era para nada cálido. En el baño no había radiador con lo cual en éstas fechas en Burgos, mucho frío pasamos a la hora de salir de la ducha. La verdad es que un poco caro para como está de poco cuidado el alojamiento, pero merece la pena pagar por la cercanía a todo y por ser Pet Friendly. Me imagino que con buen tiempo y algo más de claridad y temperatura sea diferente.

• CESAR ALEJANDRO (10/5): - Piso muy cómodo, y la atención al huésped de primera. Se preocuparon porque estuviéramos a gusto.
• Andreaiglo (8/5): Todo correcto! 😊 - Todo bien en general aunque solo paramos a dormir, estuvimos cómodos. El apartamento está recién reformado y está todo correcto! El sistema para entrar es muy cómodo sobre todo si se llega un poco tarde como es nuestro caso, se agradece no tener que ir en busca de llaves y demás.... La atención del anfitrión perfecta como siempre!!!!! En realidad nada, porque si tiene escaleras, pero en nuestro caso no suponían ningún problema.

• Jessica (8/5): - El apartamento esta bien ubicado, tal como es, en las fotos, para aparcar cuesta un poco pero se aparca. Lo único que no me gusto, es que para ir al dormitorio y baño, hay que bajar cuatro escalones.
• Joaquín (3/5): Nos llevó a un piso más grande, pero peor. - Nos metió en un piso más grande que el que reservamos. El piso no estaba muy limpio, era todo viejo, NO HABÍA AGUA CALIENTE...
• Anna (3/5): Wenn der Vermieter erreichbar gewesen wäre, wäre alles prima gewesen - Lage war ok Die Vermieter waren bei einem Eincheckproblem nicht zu erreichen und ihre Nachrichten, z.B sie hätten eine Nachricht per WhatsApp geschickt, stimmte nicht.
• Eric from Miami (5/5): This place is OK if you are not sensitive to bad mold smell. Well located to visit the cathedral. - Indications were not clear. Very difficult to find. Problem of humidity and mold smell in the bedroom. Parking difficult to find.
• Tomás (5/5): Experiência não muito positiva - Da localização. Não deram as instruções todas para se entrar no apartamento tive que ligar ao responsável para conseguir entrar. O apartamento só estava preparado com uma cama tivemos de ser nós a fazer a segunda cama. Depois a equipa da limpeza chegou as 10:40 enquanto a hora de check out era às 11. Ficaram à porta a perguntar quanto tempo faltava para sairmos...

• Cecilia (1/5): Questo spazio non dovrebbe essere abitabile. É piccolo, basso, puzza di umidità, é quasi tutto sotto terra. Inoltre i mo - La posizione Mi sorprende che questo buco sotto terra abbia l’abitabilità. Le norme dovrebbero impedirlo. La puzza di umidità, la mancanza d’aria e gli spazi piccoli dovrebbero impedire la commercializzazione. Inoltre, c’è una forte mancanza di manutenzione e i responsabili non rispondono.

• Yastrebov (10/5): We really enjoyed the stay! The apartment is well equipped with everything that may be needed for a comfortable stay - The apartment is perfectly located in just a few minutes walk from the Cathedral and other historical objects. There are lots of cafes and bars in the area. The apartment has been equipped with extra heating devices that allowed ourselves feel really comfortable. I did not quite understand the instructions for parking, so we parked in the city at the allowed place . It is not a complaint but rather recommendation to give a clearer instructions for the visitors:)

• Dcbg_nomad_life (5/5): Not as expected - Location, parking, pet friendly Mold in walls, not fully clean floor in bedroom, host accused of leaving oven dirty when I did not use it, no dish soap yet set expectations to leave dishes clean, not great picture instructions on how to get in-had to call. Sofa needs cushions cleaned and tv remote did not work. More attention needed.
• Dean (7/5): Good - I had trouble getting into premises. The instructions didn’t match reality! The host tried to help, but prohibited by language barrier!
• Li (4/5): Not recommended - The location is closed to Center and church , very convenient. The stuff is communicative and kind of supportive. Firstly it’s not easy to find this place, one needs to look into the photos then find the correct building. Secondly the instruction to get access of door is not clear, you’d better to call the stuff to get correct information. The original flat we booked was no WIFI when we arrived, the room is also not cleaned, the rubbish was still there. The used tower was in the toilet. The first evening I have to change another flat. The stuff promised to have everything cleaned and fixed WIFI, but the WiFi was still broken next day. After a lot of back and forth length communication, we can continue to stay the new flat with good wifi , but the last day, they need to enter the room for the sound approval, although it’s 1 min only but not professional. And no free parking, one needs to find solution by yourself.

• John (7/5): Great two-night stopover - would have liked to have stayed longer. - Excellent location. Although a lot of steps to get to the restaurants. Luckily found a lift to the lower road on the second day. There were external escalators on the steps but they were not working. Wine glasses and corkscrew/bottle opener not supplied.

• Ralph (9/5): It was a good place to stay and explore Burgos. Centrally located and well furnished - Very comfortable. I like that it had heat and both the oven and stove worked great so I could cook my own food. The bannister had fallen off but they said they would fix it. The remote needed new batteries which I used from my headlight. It would have been nice to have some laundry detergent for the washing machine but I had to buy some and leave it. Leaving was hard as I had to hold the gate open and then put the keys back in the Apt.
• John (10/5): A perfect end to a rough day - There was a little trouble with getting into the apartment. However the owner made himself available to try to resolve the issue. After a short time, he met me at another apartment and opened it personally for me. He was helpful and did it in a very kind way. I was very impressed with how he handled everything to make sure I got good service. The apartment was excellent also, very comfortable and I got a great sleep. I walked nearly 40 kms on the Camino in a day where it rained all day long, so I needed rest. There was also a dryer so I was able to get all my clothes dried out. Nothing, everything was perfect.
