Guest Reviews
- Jody (1/5): This property is a scam, do not book- they cancelled my booking the morning of my stay and have not given a refund -
- Mindaugas (3/5): Cleanliness and staff terrible. Location good. Overall 3/10 - Location For 6 days I haven’t met anyone from the staff or front desk. I had issues with my room and no there was no one to talk to about it. Rooms haven’t been cleaned through all 6 days nor towels or bed sheets changed.
- Wendy (8/5): The Perfect Pit-stop - The location was excellent. The room was a perfect, compact space featuring a clean kitchenette, a very comfortable bed, and a great shower. The large TV was also a nice touch. The room was generally quiet and I wasn't disturbed by other residents; however, the stay coincided with some unavoidable roadworks on Woolwich Road. In terms of amenities, the bathroom would benefit from a towel rail and a toilet roll holder, as there was nowhere to hang or place these items.
- Raluca Maria (8/5): Frumos - Locatia Chiuveta se înfundă
- Solomon (10/5): -

- Charly Y (1/5): Avoid and check every photo as you get a small room not the nice ones in the first pictures - Door lock was broken so you had to half lock the door and manually push it back into the door before closing it to lock it or it wouldn’t lock …. Fort also dragged on the floor and the noise was horrible from other rooms it was also not clear what room I had from the photos it’s all the nice top rooms until you get to the last photos and that’s when they show the smaller worse rooms …

- Alejandro (8/5): Great Place to stay but service needs improvement. - Excellent location and had everything you need on my stay. Customer support very slow to response for simple questions.
- ALAN TOOMBS (8/5): Clean location was fab and quiet residence - Location so close to station was a bonus Room number was not too clear on entry

- Ivan (2/5): Terrible customer service and state of the accommodation - Terrible, dreadfully terrible.
There was complete lack of help with any requests for the 8 days of our stay, and the issues we had weren't little.
1. There was a crooked frame where cold winter air comes in the little room constantly, so we definitely needed someone to fix it fast. Noone came even after asking for it to be fixed. Why?
2. The booking was for 2 people, yet there was no extra duvet, we asked for one multiple times, the online response was always 'Our team was notified'. Noone ever brought one.
There was not a single person in the building to ask on the spot either.
3. The WiFi wasn't working even with the given admin password, the pdf file with instructions didn't provide any WiFi name or passoword at all. The TV also stopped working in the middle of our stay and of course there was noone to come fix it.
4. An 8 day stay with 2 toilet rolls, no change of towels or help with room cleaning.
In total that was the worst stay ever experienced!
Through Booking.com the property owners stated that a refund was sent, yet there isn't one for 3 months already, therefore a lie.
We've waited 3 months for a reply and clarification.
- Melvin (10/5): Great place, great location, and great team ✨ - Everything was perfect. I don't understand why the rating is so low. The room had everything, from a hairdryer and kettle to a bread maker. We were contacted immediately and our questions were answered. The rooms are very quiet and secure. We stayed for about 10 days and it was a perfectly adequate stay, the price was very reasonable, and we didn't have any check-in problems; the team shared detailed information about that. Now that I'm back, I won't be looking for any other accommodation. This place is perfect.
- Toni (10/5): Week worth it and will be back - The report was very clean and today very welcoming and the room was perfect exactly what I needed. Also great location
The staff could not do enough for you and communication was fantastic The only hing would’ve to have hooks on the bathroom doors to place towels but that’s the only thing.
- Luke (10/5): Wonderful stay will stay again - It was a lovely stay very cosy and easy to travel to Nothing
- Cameron (10/5): Great short stay near Greenwich - Really great communication from the host. Very easy to find property and well located. Room was perfect for my short stay in the area. Would definitely stay again. Well equipped kitchenette as well. Nothing comes to mind.
- Merve Eylül (3/5): -
- Adenike (7/5): - Location. Internet a bit slow. Internet access not straight forward..Room a bit small.
No chairs at all to sit on.
- Flippity (6/5): Not designed to be used - The bed was incredibly comfy and the studio was both attractive and clean. Plenty of plug sockets. A set of shower toiletries were provided and two sets of towels.
The kitchen had plenty of crockery and utensils, a kettle, toaster, fridge, hob and microwave oven. There was an iron and hairdryer. There was a smart TV where you could sign in to streaming apps. There was a heater/AC tower.
Very close to Charlton station for Southeastern and Thameslink lines to get into central. London bridge is 15 minutes away. For St. Pancras and Liverpool Street it takes 45-60 minutes. There's a retail park with supermarkets within walking distance.
There was some noise from traffic and pedestrians outside, but internally it was very quiet.
It is a self check-in. Despite receiving a message saying check-in was only until 7pm you can check-in later. There are floor plans on each floor, so check them to find the room. There was a lift. The room number was given above the address in the welcome message (though that wasn't intuitive). The lockbox and key card do not correspond to the room number.
There was paid laundry in the basement. (£3.80 wash, £2.80 dryer)
The building manager was friendly and helpful. The instructions for the wifi said to "follow the registration steps" but it required a password that was not provided. The building manager gave me this when I spoke to him.
Instructions for the microwave oven would have also been helpful.
No desk - there was a small, wonky table with a raised rim so that it couldn't be used with laptops or even with food plates. (It can be turned upside down so it's a flat surface and I wedged some cardboard in there.) I specifically booked the room because it listed a desk and showed good size desks in the photos, so when I arrived I asked if I could be swapped. I received a prompt response despite being out of hours, saying they would look into it but couldn't guarantee one. When I went to talk to the front desk on the day I needed the swap, there was no one there. After 30 minutes the building manager came, told me there are no desks but I could use the tables in the social space. If you do need a desk the one in the social space is adequate, but not wise for private working; it's also very cold in there.
Lack of towel rails. Lack of accessible-height cupboard space. Lack of surfaces in general (cooking, ironing, putting things down). Leaky tap. There are reviews as far back as 2023, so this is not a new property, but it felt like it was unfinished.
The soft lighting was genuinely lovely, but difficult when putting on makeup.
I would be cautious of taking a room if you're under 160cm or so, as the kitchen counter was tall, the available cupboard space was at a height of around 150cm and the pull for the blind required me standing on the bed and reaching (I'm 172cm).
If you have two suitcases it will be a bit of a squeeze.
I would consider staying again for a night or two if I needed to be in the area, but not for longer due to these impracticalities.

- Ivana (10/5): Très bon séjour ! - L’établissement était très agréable !
Un emplacement idéal et simple d’accès !
Personnel agréable et réactif
Chambre proposée et pratique Manque légèrement de propreté dans les communs
- Catherine (1/5): Poorly managed Air B&B that leave you started outside the building with no information of getting into the private r - The property was fine. The towels smelt mouldy and unclean. The floors looks dirty and smudged like the hadnt been mopped in a while. The telephone address listed on the website is not a real number. After paying and receiving a confirmation email of my booking, I later discovered a message via the property’s own portal that required me to complete an additional verification step to access check-in instructions. This message stated:
“Please note that your booking will not be confirmed and you will not be able to receive your check-in instructions until this is complete.”
The link provided was broken and inaccessible. I emailed the property requesting a working link but received no response for several hours. I attempted to call them using the number listed on their website, only to find that the number was incorrect.
Eventually, while en route to London, I received a response with an “updated link” — which also failed to work, displaying the same “link removed” error. I was then asked for my email again, after which I was finally sent a working link to complete identity and verification checks. I completed this promptly and shared confirmation via email.
At no point during or after this process was I sent:
• The room number
• Entry instructions to the building
• Instructions for retrieving the key card
• Any usable access code
By sheer chance, I saw a room number appear briefly during the ID verification process — Studio 109 — and memorised it. However, I had still not received any official confirmation or instructions when I arrived at the property.
On Arrival:
• There was no staff present at the reception.
• I had no way of entering the building or confirming my room.
• I sent multiple emails requesting urgent assistance but received no reply.
A passerby entering the building allowed me access. After waiting inside for assistance, a resident kindly shared the contact number for the on-site porter. When I called him, he reluctantly confirmed the room and came to assist. He was visibly frustrated and aggressively told me:
“Why don’t you know how to do this already? They should have sent you the information.
- Mariam (5/5): -
- ennis (4/5): Not happy - To start this was a birthday get away. On the website you advertised entry to the apartment is 3pm but we had to chase and call to get the check in after driving over 3 hours we just wanted to eat shower and change but we didn't get entry till half 4 which delayed us. The view on the website is notbthe view we had.We were staying for 2 nights with onlyn1 toilet roll. The electrics went off due to the iron which had been provided by yourselves, hadn't been pac tested but the oven had as the sticker had a table dating 7/2025. This also delayed us further as we had plans we also had to call to chase up if the electrics were back on. There should be instructions on how to use the oven and shower. I wouldn't stay again ad the room provided was not what we thought we were getting
- Annette (10/5): - Property was perfectly situated for our requirements room was basic but clean and comfortable bed The room was unbearably hot both nights - the fan provided had little impact and we could only open one of three windows
- El-Taofik (1/5): Staying in this accommodation is an error. Poor communication, bad service and poorly in all ramification. Don’t even a - Everything about this accommodation is terrible. Not habitable!!! Horrible place to stay. Bad experience throughout the stay. Don’t waste your money!
- Nur Alia Syakirah (9/5): - I really liked the property. Although the room was small, it was more than enough for us two girls and quite comfortable. All the amenities were provided exactly as stated, including towels, toiletries, and a kitchenette. The place was clean, and the smart TV was functioning well.
I had read some complaints about loud noise from the road, but I personally barely heard anything, possibly because my room was on the second floor.
The location is very convenient, as the property is close to both bus and train stations. The host was also very responsive and replied to all my messages within a short time. In addition, the building manager was very kind and attentive — he regularly checked if we needed anything and even made sure we were connected to the Wi-Fi.
Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay. I was initially a bit worried because of some negative reviews, but everything went smoothly. As long as you confirm all the check-in instructions before arriving, the experience should be hassle-free. One small thing to note is that there was no ironing board provided. It would be really helpful if this could be added, as it would make the stay more convenient for guests. Other than that, everything was fine.
- Janette Hermann (3/5): Not a good experience - Location close to station and bus stop. I had to wait 4 days for towels. There was no microwave as advertised, no oven dishes, no ironing board. Response was very slow. No towels on arrival, which made us not able to use the shower for a few days. I requested some compensation as I had to go and buy a towel on day 3 as I had my period and could no longer go without shower.
- Frimpong (10/5): -
- Hannah (1/5): Read other reviews before considering - Please read below.
Location for events at the O2 is fantastic, BUT only if you plan to stay for a night or two. Complaint was made, with 0 response from the property to me or to Booking.com.
- No wardrobe, eventhough it is advertised as having one. Not ideal if you're staying 10 days for work like I was.
- Check in instructions we're fully sent. Got the key to lockbox 117 but no confirmation of room number. Which ended up being flat 116...
- Their phone numbers do not work/exist. Not helpful when you are waiting for information on which room you're staying in.
- Shower handle falls off and the lights in the bathroom are dismal.
- Incorrect information for the WiFi. You have to contact them for the password.
- Multiple complaints made and bad reviews outlining these problems, with no action taken.
All in all, I can't justify recommending this property unless you're only planning to stay for a small number of days and don't mind living out of a bag, and want poor communication should you raise any issues.

- Sunday (1/5): - Location was good Customer Service is terrible. Contact detail provided was unreachable. Rooms not cleaned nor was change of beddings provided.
- Mohamed (8/5): -
- Emma (4/5): -
- Emma (4/5): Never again - The external structure is amazing, and the internal decor is nice The rooms are tiny, uncomfortable and do not come with a wardrobe or a table
- Heats (7/5): -
- Isaiah (4/5): It was alright for the occassion but wouldn't stay for leisure. - for the occasion it was nice The room was far smaller than expected, with barely any room for our luggage. No one was ever at reception during our stay, which was incredibly frustrating. Worse still, the door jammed and we couldn’t get out — and the contact number provided didn’t even work, despite it being 11am. This nearly made us late for our event and left us extremely disappointed.
- Queriquelli (10/5): -
- Finan (7/5): -
- L (5/5): Bring earplugs. And boots. - The room is exceptionally clean, the kitchen well-equipped and the on-site staff and managers very responsive to communication. The hotel is right by a train station (though the services to this station aren't as frequent as others), and there is a small supermarket nearby. The biggest difficulty with the rooms is the noise. The property is set on a highway with loud 24-hour traffic noise - not the usual noise of a busy city but roaring highway traffic - including many sirens. My window was broken and couldn't be properly closed, which added to the noise. I bought earplugs. The instructions for entry are vague and need some focus to decode numbers and which room is your allocation (noting that there are only a few bnbs in this property; many of the apartments are live-in). There didn't seem to be a number I could call for help. While the rooms do have small kitchens, there is no tea or coffee or milk. At one point when I tried to open the fridge a heavy cupboard door fell off and landed on my foot (luckily I had just put on boots) and this wasn't repaired. The shower is difficult to manage - you will be sprayed in the face when you turn it on. Overall, the room appears lovely and is carefully cleaned, and is roomy with kitchen facilities, and the managers will respond, but unless you absolutely need to stay in this quite hard-to-reach and noisy area, I would recommend somewhere else than this odd and falling-apart apartment - especially at this price.
- Andrew (3/5): Definitely not value for money - Shower blocked and flooded
Room was very small
Entrance smelt vile
Room small, not as pictured Blocked shower and vile smell on entrance
- Seydi (8/5): Lovely studio inside a large building - A small studio with double bed right next to Charlton train station. Great for exploring Greenwich, and of course London..! For us, it was a synth-pop party nearby, once inside. There are buses heading towards town as well. A high-spec apartment with a kitchen, bright windows and a Sainsbury's at the station. We didn't know what our apartment was..! It was not included in the message we got during the day. We got our keys from the box, but that did not reveal the flat number. Calling the agency yielded nothing - a voicemail - no call back. Solution: try our key card at every single door! All of them, three floors in total... Then one door opened. We were afraid we had to spend the night in the basement bar downstairs, to which we did have access. The agency did write a quick message the next day, apologizing.
- Zoubir (4/5): Passable - L’endroit parfait Trop étroite
- Anees (8/5): It was a nice stay. There was no switch for the heater which kept the room warm despite high temp. - Its security and safety aspect Toiletries and Towels
- Louis (4/5): The location is really strategic, close train and station and utility stores, also is small than it appears - The strategic location No in staff, cleaners or cleaning equipment.
- Louis (7/5): Poor and rude staff, the numbers to call or text don’t work, the on sight staff is rude, they go no cleaners nor extra s - The strategic location Poor and rude staff, the numbers to call or text don’t work, the on sight staff is rude, they go no cleaners nor extra sheets for bed
- Millie (7/5): -
- Olalekan (7/5): - Clean environment No microwave, no extra bedsheets and towels, no house mopping sticks. Bad windows. No wardrobe.
- precious oghenerukevbe (1/5): Worst stay ever!!! - Terrible!!! They deceive you with the first 2 slides but just know they will stuff you in the tiniest space with a speck of a window. People live there so all the rooms with the beautiful views are taken to be honest!!!! Too expensive for the price
- Ruth (7/5): Probably would stay again. - Really convenient location, check in was easy (I had reached out the day before to confirm details), the shower in the bathroom was great and included toiletries was a nice surprise. The bed was comfy enough, and the kitchen pretty well supplied (once I'd found the kettle in the cupboard). Instructions on how to use the oven/microwave would have been appreciated.
Great links with public transport and for food shopping. No visible presence of staff on sight, we did see a couple of guests struggling to check in and asked us if we'd seen anyone around. Noted from previous reviews that the bathroom lighting was poor and I agree it was too dim to see clearly. It was also very noisy which is to be expected on such a busy road, but the window to the room wouldn't close fully so no way of shutting it out. The fan wasn't particularly cooling even on max and it was a very warm weekend. There was an awful garbage like smell at the bottom of the stairs which thankfully didn't travel up to the room!

- Tony (7/5): Good -
- Jenna (8/5): Very good - I was very apprehensive about booking with the reviews I had read, but we had a hotel previously booked that cancelled us with 2 weeks before our stay. So it opted for this one purely price and location wise. Firstly, I have nothing bad to say! The staff were very helpful online (phone number does not work though) they replied quickly, check in was sent the day before and was easy, no hassle. The room was a lovely surprise! It was small! But I had expected that, but a lot of storage, pots, pans, cutlery, oven, fridge, made it so easy for breakfast! It was all clean, and I think from past reviews they've taken into account hot warm the rooms are and they had provided us with a fan - although we did bring our own after reading the reviews, luckily as we stayed on a really hot weekend! Only negatives for me would be the bathroom lighting is really dark, not a massive issue, but definitely could not get ready in there. Also the window is locked, did not open at all, I understand the health and safety, but even with 2 fans blowing we were really warm in the room.
- Mambo (1/5): The worst place you stay. - Nothing was new. Below my standard The management is fake
- Reshit (1/5): Bad - It’s a scam people don’t waste your money there honestly they took our money and we never took anything back that’s so sad I know stay aware ITS A SCAM Everything is so bad the staff the location everything ITS A SCAM
- Prydabg (8/5): All in all, it was a great place to stay at. - Great location and great accommodation. Communication was very easy, the team always responded promptly. There was no AC and you have to pay to get your bedsheets and towels replaced.
- Fernandez (5/5): Passable -
- Foottie (7/5): Overall good but need direct contact - It was great No way of direct contact
- Stuart (4/5): Very disappointing as room was not as advertised on Booking , we would never have booked this small room for one night , - Very clean and well maintained Not as advertised , certainly not a superior studio as we were led to believe in the pictures , the room was like a cell with no room round the bed , no wardrobe , nowhere to put cases , large kitchenette which took over the whole room. Had to climb on the bed to lower the blind , kettle in cupboard and no plug outside of cupboard so dangerous having the wire hanging out while plugged in ! , no hooks in shower room , no shelf or anywhere to put toiletries
- Rebs (3/5): Would not recommend - They don't seem to be a good fit with booking.com
* self-checkin was a nightmare
* No check-in instructions sent
* Insteuctions for the wifi is wrong
* No instructions for checking out
* No Aircon/AC in the room and the room was too hot
* Shower kept overflowing
* They don't replace toilet paper, bath gels, etc.
- Nicholas (1/5): Bad -
- Sara (1/5): THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED AT - Honestly, there is nothing to like about this property. The location is very bad and was not mentioned in the description. There is a loud road right in front of the windows that made it impossible to sleep. The customer service team will lie to you and not help at all. I was moved rooms few hours before check in and when I requested to be moved due to the noise which only allowed me to sleep 2 hours per night, I had to chase people for 3 days to get an update. Customer service team were lying about having an onsite team then saying it’s just a manager and told me to call the manager myself. No answer from the manager either so I was left with no help assistance or updates in a room where it was impossible to sleep. The room had a missing mirror in the bathroom and was extremely small with nowhere to put my clothes, not at all as advertised. First of all, there is no one onsite that can help you, I requested 3 days in a row to be moved to another room as I travelled for work and couldn’t sleep longer than 2 hours per night due to the noise. Every time I called I was told lies from multiple different agents on the phone. I was told there is someone checking a room to make sure it’s ok for me to move into. The next morning I called and someone said they’re looking to see if they will be even able to move me as they have no rooms available. Lies upon lies keeping me on hold 10 minutes and longer to come back and ask the same questions. I also informed that there’s no mirror in the bathroom, that the mattress is very uncomfortable, bathroom wasn’t clean etc and still no reply, no action at all to change my room. I was forced to book a whole new hotel and leave only after 3 night in this property because I couldn’t sleep at all due to a main road right in front of the window and how bad the room was. I was only messaged after 4 days to be told I can move to a new room but will need to go back into the room I was currently in for the last night as they have guests that will need the new room I can move to. Had to spend 800 extra pounds to go to a whole new hotel to actually be able to sleep. This was the worst stay I ever had in any place. Ridiculous and beyond unacceptable.
- Thomas (8/5): Very good - Need more information and signage. Was always confused as no signage for directions, even when in the building. And staffs on the phone are not even familiar with the building. So, how can they assist customers properly when you're not familiar with the building The close proximity to Chalton Station
- Ali (1/5): Scammed by Property! They provided the apartment without the facilities I paid in advance. - Nothing at all My apartment wasn't the one I booked. And they never compensated me fairly.
- Amanda (9/5): Great place, clean and nice stay. - Very good for the price. Place was spotless when we walked in, completely ideal for 2-3 nights just a place to stay which is what we needed. It was great for public transport with the train station and bus stop right outside.
- John (1/5): Shit - What difference does this review make 10 complaints and booking.com did nothing what a joke
- Hazel (8/5): Lovely stay - Lovely clean studio. Excellent transport links into London. Small supermarket (Sainsbury’s local) just round the corner.
Could do with a rail to hand clothes on as no storage space for these
- Bishakha (9/5): Superb -
- Zehra (8/5): Very good - Hello. The room was small but so nice , room , kitchen and bathroom was modern. You think everything dishes , hair drier, iron thanks for everything. Thank you Hello. I understand the accommodation is so busy. But The thing about room was clean just floor was not deeply hoovered even under the bad was dusty. I have allergic asthma and could be hoovered. Thank you.
- Elle (8/5): Would recommend to anyone travelling to london! - The room was clean and modern and included a smart tv which was great. I’d have liked the room to have at least one mirror in it.
- Nicola (7/5): Good - Location Check in
- Voltaire (7/5): Good -
- Mark (7/5): Good - Compact but practical. Modern place, Easy access.
- Mark (8/5): Very good - 117 is slightly bigger and better laid out than some of the others No sign on page when you try to connect to the wifi. Couldn't connect.
- Zahoor (1/5): unpleasant - i got a message that the key was in a Key box labelled 11, where as there was no box mentioned 11 after waiting i called and a person gave me different code for a diferent lock box and then i got the key in hotels there are lot of things that can go wrong, however they should be addressed asap
- Mark (7/5): Good - Modern facilities in a great location. Easy to get to. Very small. No table provided in the apartment to eat at.
- Steven (3/5): Charlton trip - It was nice and warm and secure We arrived at 6.45 pm but there was nobody to let us in to the building. My wife had to sit in the car while I tried to get help from someone on the telephone number you provided.Nowhere to hang clothes. Layout of the room was uncomfortable. Toilet seat was very loose.Only one power point was accessible. Couldn't reach the top storage area it was very high above the kitchen unit. Fridge was working overtime. No table or chairs.
- Fiona (6/5): it was fit for purpose. - This is not a hotel, this is an Airbnb, so if you think that you're gonna see a representative or have housekeeping everyday or get fresh towels and toilet paper, nope nope nope. However, if you go with the mindset that its not a hotel its absolutely fine, the room was good, the location is superb, and if you message through booking.com they reply immediately. The bed and pillow quality was awful, the pillows had a dirty smell and were super flat and worn out. A hook to hang your towel in the the bathroom would be greatly appreciated.
- Olabode (3/5): Considering the hot waether in london, they could have provided air condition. -
- Anna (1/5): Disgusting and may as well have raised issues with a brick wall communication was that abismal. - It was disgusting and smelt awful. The property was difficult to get into after hours and the house manger never answers the phone when there’s an issue. Everything.
- Nicola (6/5): Fine for 1 or 2 nights... - Location is right by Charlton train station and bus stops which is perfect for travelling around. There is a local store and takeaways close by and an outdoor shopping complex a 5/10min walk which has everything you need.
The room itself was nice enough but we had a very small (superior)studio 'apartment' room, which is no bigger than your average UK bedroom... fine for a 1 or 2 night stay. Anything more, it does start feeling somewhat cramped.
The air con unit was a god send. Room is fine for 1 or 2 nights but no more in my opinion. Our studio was ground level and right on a large, busy main road junction, so we had to keep the blind down the entire time otherwise stopping traffic at the lights and pedestrians can see right in given little privacy or light. The TV is side on to the bed and across the window but was not connected up on arrival.. this was rectified the next morning.
Our given room was not advertised on here, all the photos you see are of bigger rooms so, what we thought we were getting we did not get.. this was immediately brought up but told we had to keep our 'superior studio' for 5 nights.. Some amenities were missing like a table and chairs/stool.. we did ask about this and were given a table and 1 chair.. tho grateful as it made a massive difference for eating food on, it did make the space had even smaller. Hence why after day 3 we felt cramped in a darkened small space.
Our window wasn't fully sealed up properly, so this let in external noise in even louder. Sleeping wasn't easy being on a busy main road. Vehicle pass all night.. If you want a chilled, relaxing time (like we had hoped for), then this studio isn't for you.. Again, we mentioned this and told on a few occasions someone would come and look but no one did.
The shower leaked.. bathroom door handle not attached.. no microwave also as advertised... hangers provided but no where in the cupboard space to hang anything up. Nothing provided to wash dishes with either.
Never a 1 to complain but we were simply not happy overall. Certainly did not feel superior.
Unfortunately I deleted all the photos, but everything said here is the truth.
- Marie (9/5): Superb - Great location wise (2 minutes to train station), clean and relatively spacey (for london) As other reviews have mention and is bot a down vote but more a suggestion: there are way to make more space to store your things (hangers, hooks)
Also communication was a bit difficult as we told beforehand that we would be arriving after the official checkin hours and were told we would be given the checin code etc which didn't happen. We got lucky that someone was entering when we were trying to figure things out. Also when checkin with them, they didn't communicate the rightful code. It's if the customer support person wasn't really reading my messages or understanding them.
- Marcelo (8/5): Very good - Location is super close to station, whole place was clean, shower was fine, room its what the pictures and description shows. Check-in response can be improved, size of the room is small compared to price but it's what is shown in the listing, one of the windows lock was broken and hairdryer was missing.
- Rudimuldu (7/5): Good -
- Ayman (1/5): very bad - lack of management
basics small thinks are not available
like toilets peper
wifi passward
some body to speak with
the windows could not close
a lot of noise
- Riad (5/5): Passable - Location is good Checking in was a disaster. We had to wait for more than half an hour and could not enter the building. We were not previously provided with the password or how to log in. Communication was very poor and response was very slow
- Goodliffe (8/5): Very good -
- Josi (5/5): The minimum you need. Several things were missing to call this place "good". It was just "fine" - I never received the instructions for the entering to the room.
I had luck I got internet connection and local phone available to reach booking.com to solve the issue The internet connection didn't work as they described in booking.com and thye insisted in telling me something that didn't work. Then, 4 hours prior to my checkout, they come with the password.
I was not able to work at the room and I was forced to go somewhere else. :(
- Nicola (7/5): Good - Good location Internet connection never worked. Not good.
It tools a while to enter because the room was given to someone else
- Jenny (6/5): We left a day early as it was too cramped and I was fed up living out of a suitcase. I feel the gap between the door an - It was clean. There wasn’t a dining area or even a chair. There wasn’t any hanging space or storage for clothes.
- Zane (2/5): The single pillow that was there was thin enough to roll up, the bed is literally the worst bed i ha - Nothing, the place was terrible. The single pillow that was there was thin enough to roll up, the bed is literally the worst bed i have ever had to pay for, it had springs sticking out snd was sagging. The room was unbelievably small, nothing like the pictures at all, there was no where to hang clothes, there was no table or chairs to sit at.
- Kelly (6/5): I had a nice break it was quite and very clean. It served its purpose and when I did have inquiries I was very happy wit - Location was great for me.
Loved the size of the fridge and all the extras that was there eg hair dryer, iron etc.
it was clean and well laid out. The bathroom just needs a few extras in. So there was no toilet roll holder so toilet roll had to stay on side of sink.
No towel hook so had to put towel either on toilet seat or throw over the shower.
No hook for clothes in there. I really don’t like putting clean clothes on toilet seat so had to hook everything I could on the door handle not ideal.
Also no hook for coat.
These are all things that are easy to fix and will cost next to nothing.
Also I was given the wrong lock box details took a while to get sorted and I was concerned that if I left the key card in there while I stayed someone might be able to get into the room so just took the key with me.
