La habitación es muy amplia y luminosa y un punto muy positivo es el aire acondicionado. La terraza es muy acogedora y el piso está completamente equipado. Sin duda un alojamiento que me guardo, repetiremos

• Eleonora (10/5): Highly recommended! - The room was enormous, which I did not expect :) Both the room and the bathroom were very clean. I loved the terrace. It was so cute and cozy, and the view was the best. The location was great, just 5 mins walking from the center. There is a bus stop just a few meters from the building, but since I prefer to walk, I rarely used public transport and walked everywhere. It usually took me 20 mins to walk to Maria Zambrano train station.

The apartment was dirty, the bathroom was really dirty, the elevator on the ground floor wasn’t working, there was air conditioning in the room but no remote control, so it didn’t work. The place was really hot, the balcony was dirty, overall it didn’t look like the photos, the kitchen was really dirty, and there was a bad smell at the entrance of the building. The bed was not comfortable at all, there was only one long pillow, and there were hairs on the sheets and also in the bathroom, probably from previous guests. The communication with the host was really disappointing — he didn’t speak English and sent us the access code at the very last minute, when we had already arrived.

When booking this 'apartment' we thought we booked the whole apartment but unfortunately it was just a room with a shared kitchen and separate bathroom in the hall. We tried to cancel the reservation but booking was pointing to the owner and the owner was pointing to booking. We had no other option than to keep the booking. Our expectations were low but it didn't get any better. We received some instructions to enter the apartment but no legal check in with ID. I would think that booking would at least ask for the license... The bathroom has a small shower and stinks. The room itself doesn't have a fridge and the owner hid the remote of the airco in the kitchen. The room itself is basic and through the doors and walls you can hear the other guests. If you are looking for something cheap and dodgy where you don't have to register officially this is exactly what you are looking for.

• Firdaous (10/5): Exceptional - The cosiest room with an amazing balcony, a clean kitchen, a private bathroom of our own, and the most convenient location ! The keys deliverance was very smooth and the host was very responsive.
• Rizwan (6/5): It’s fine but could be better on cleanliness - It’s in the centre of where all the bars and nightlife is. You get a key to your bathroom, and there’s a kitchen if you wanna fill up water bottles etc, it was fine. The room was spacious and had a balcony which was nice. The check in was pretty smooth. The cleanliness was questionable. My pillow case smelt of staleness. However, I think I would have let that go, but about four days after my stay I got an abrupt message from the owners saying “what happened to the Buddha ornament” - I didn’t get a reply saying if it had been broken or taken. However I found the tone accusatory, and never got a reply back. There could have been a better way of handling and communicating whatever happened to that synthetic so called “ornament”.

• Emma (10/5): Highly recommended !! - I’m just home from a trip to Malaga after staying in this accommodation and I cannot recommend it enough!! The location was perfect, nothing was more than a 15min walk away. The bed was so comfortable, room was spacious with dressing table and hair dryer, the private terrace was fabulous. We also had a private bathroom, the property was SO CLEAN and smelled amazing. I will definitely be back the next time I travel to Malaga. If I could give one small bit of advice, I would say to put some oil on the doors as they can be a little loud at night when people are using the bathroom.

• Jakub (7/5): accommodation with a good price-performance ratio with a bathroom in common areas - low price, comfortable, location It is true that the room has its own bathroom, but it is situated in common corridor, with other two apartments, where we met other guests... No problem, but It should be mentioned in the habitation description. It is not. This fact is deliberately concealed. That's not a fair deal, we were angry.
• Amelia (9/5): Lovely room with big terrace. Nice location, only downside is the shower! Would reccomend - Terrace was lovely, places to hang clothes, umbrella for a bit of shade. Bed was comfy. Room was spacious and very clean. Private bathroom which was lovely. Bathroom was clean. Location was good as it was close to bars and restaurants and about a 30-35 minute walk from the beach. Also had a lot of buses that ran regularly close to the property. Only downside was the shower, the curtain did not stop the water from getting all over the floor which meant the bathroom was very slippy after showering and the shower stand does not hold the shower head in so you have to hold it yourself. However shampoo and body wash were provided which was a nice touch.

• Sylwia (6/5): Pleasant - Simple but comfy room with a nice view of the city, I enjoyed having breakfast there. Great location, 10 min. walk from historical centre. Bathroom is tiny, outdated and separated from the room, to get there you need to pass a shared kitchen and common corridor. The doors are typical inner flat doors, with glass. It makes them very thin, you can hear every sound made by other guests. Some things were over complicated: we needed 4 different keys to get to the flat, room and bathroom. Shared kitchen was cluttered with random stuff including piles of bedsheets or staff's cleaning products. We stayed in December and unfortunately the room was rather cold, the heating mode of AC was impossible to use because we couldn't switch on the device, there was no remote control. Cooperation with the host was not perfect. After checking in he didn't respond to our message.

• Merima (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect, close to the old town and not too far from the beach. Room was fully equipped with everything you need. The host let us enter the room earlier and was patient with us a lot. The fact that the bathroom is not part of the room, so you might come across other guests while going to the toilet.
• Jasmine (6/5): All ok - Everything was good they had a nice balcony air conditioning in the room The only issue I had with the property is that there was many many ants coming into the room from outside and they were all over my clothes and bed for days.
• Kiril (8/5): Good apartment with good location. I recommend it for a short stay. - The room was spacious, it had AC, clean, beautiful balcony. The kitchen was shared but had everything you might need. There is private toilet but it is outside the room and you have a key for it. You can’t adjust the water temperature in the shower, it is either too cold or too hot. You can hear the other guests coming in, going out etc.

Using the same corridor to go to the toilet and listening to other people when they go to the toilet in night waking you up. Other guests checking after midnight waking you up as well
• Cinzia (8/5): Very good - Lovely terrace, good position to visit city and close to the train station. Our room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom is a little bit small but for few nights is not a problem!
• Helen (1/5): Never again - The room itself was pleasant with a small veranda. The stink! I suppose it was drains, but it was quite revolting. The 'private bathroom was 'private' we had a key, but it was on the corridor that connected two apartments with their two 'private' bathrooms and the kitchen. The door to this corridor was half glazed (obscured) but the light in the corridor was automatic so every time someone went to the loo in the night we were woken/ we woke the people in the other apartment. The landlord was surly and unfriendly.

• Rafal (8/5): Good location, close to old town, bars and restaurants. - Location of the place is very good. A small private terrace is a big plus. Access to a kitchen and a washing machine is also a plus, even if I haven't used them. A shower with a curtain that do not prevent the bathroom floor from flooding. Difficult to set up a shower temperature - water tends to get colder or hotter with time. When we stayed there was no hot water in the morning - something must have broken, so I believe it was a one-off issue. Quite difficult to find a parking space, but that is kind of normal in Spain.

• Jan (4/5): Check in arrangements appalling - Clean room in Central location Was due to arrive at 10 p. M. And advised them of this. Started getting angry messages at 10 a. M that I hadn't arrived. As I was traveling alone and due to arrive at night, I messaged to make sure I could check in, no reply. In the end had to ask taxi driver to call ahead. Landlord was surly, clearly not cut out for hospitality. Not a good experience. Avoid unless you can guarantee not to inconvenience landlord. Worst experience I've had and have used booking.com for years. Would question why they are advertising this room with such poor customer service. There are plenty hotels nearby that are cheaper and include breakfast.
