• Aizada (7/5): Грязно , но за 40$ супер , особенно после цен в Японии 😅 - Трансфер бемплатный это идеально, забронировали отель когда уже прилетели в Шанхай , была долгая пересадка 23 часа , администрация очень быстро связалась с нами в приложении , объяснили как пройти к выходу на трансфер. Постель чистая, номер уставший, диван и душевая грязные

Но постельное белье было новое и свежее. - Отель очень грязный начиная от дверей на входе в здание заканчивая полами и грязным ковролином, ужасный запах сигарет. При заселений я обратил внимание на грязные полы в комнате и прихожей, санузле. (Волосы, песок, мелкий мусор) Ковролин в коридоре весь в пятнах и серый от того что его не чистят

The bus to the airport in the morning was good We had some problems with the bus from the airport to the hotel, and ended up getting a taxi. If possible, I would like maybe one or two western options at breakfast

The free shuttle service didn't work well as the driver didn't speak English and drove off without us. Had to wait another hour for him to return, at least we were given the number plate.

• gidagrchaa (1/5): Room Cleanliness and Shuttle Service Could Be Improved - The bull sculpture at the entrance. 1.There was no shuttle service from the hotel to the airport, so we had to take a taxi, which cost us 38 yuan. 2.The room we were assigned (Room 401) had a dusty wooden floor, wrinkled bed linens, and a strong smell of cigarette smoke trapped inside the room.

The internet was very very slow that I could not get my work done till move to other hotel. The breakfast was so bad that i did not even wanted to have it. I did not like the location.

Tok tok has taken from me 20 rmb from metro station and taxi to the airport from hotel service cost me 60 rmb at night. Which i consider are good prices Liitle away from metro station, but cheap tok tok for 20 RMB solves your problem

Perfect for a long layover. Staff were helpful with ordering food for us as nothing is nearby, there was a language barrier but we could communicate with Google translate. Bathroom needs updating and needs to be cleaned better. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and was dust/hair on the floor. So needs more throughout cleaning.
• Max (4/5): Near the airport, don’t expect much - Conveniently located near Pudong Airport, beds were comfortable with clean bedding. Shower was hot and staff polite, tried their best to help us with some information despite not speaking good English. Smoking indoors is simply not acceptable on the 21st century. There were signs saying smoking forbidden but still, the stench of cigarettes was everywhere. When we entered the lift to go down, our clothes became impregnated with bad smell. The carpets look like they’ve seen better days and had far too many stains. I was scared to step on it barefoot and catch some disease.

• David (2/5): Very poor hotel - When I booked this hotel, the online presentation and the communication regarding services and procedures was outstanding. Sadly, this appeared to be AI because what we experienced in real life was completely different to the advert. It went wrong from the beginning when the shuttle service offered showed up at the wrong door and just drove off after a minute. We had no choice but to book a taxi so that we wouldn't have to wait for 4 hours in the cold since the service only comes one every 1-2 hours. This was just the beginning. The hotels name advertised online was completely different from the hotel we were taken to. The whole advert appears to be a scam. We could only confirm it was the right hotel when our booking number was confirmed. Upon arriving at the hotel, nobody spoke any english, and we communicated using a translator on our phone. The staff did not seem to care about the behaviour of the driver when we explained what had happened. They only cared about taking payment. The hotel, which had clear no smoking signs, smelt of very strong cigarette smoke. We observed people blatantly flouting the rules and smoking inside the hotel in front of children and non-smokers, forcing everyone to breathe in their smoke. This had clearly been going on for quite a while because the air in the hotel was unclean and stagnant. The strong smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere and very strong in the room to the point that it smelt unhygienic. We had to check out within an hour of being there and opted to stay at the airport instead for our 20-hour layover. We felt so uncomfortable and disturbed by the poor standard at the hotel. Ideally, we would like our money back because such a low quality hotel should not be allowed to advertise itself on this app.

Especially if your not fussy. Service was fine. The shuttle buses to and from the airport are included in the stay and are so convenient. Lots of times to select from and was on time. The driver was very helpful. It can be a little dirty, especially the bathroom. The bathroom was full of hair and dirt. The hotel needs a really good clean….like yesterday.

Neither extra bed/bedding nor towel was provided for the 3rd person. The shuttle bus is not running on schedule. It's more of a random thing. We would have waited 90 mins for the next one so decided to take a taxi.

The bathroom was reasonably clean. The bed was nice. Cleaning!! And the choice of a smoke free room. I was too tired from travelling to go to the reception and complain.
