• Rose (10/5): - The granny flat represented good value for money. Although, it was small, the enclosed paved courtyard was ideal for our little dog. It also provided some nice touches like dog bowls and extra sheets to cover furniture. Perhaps some more parking, but it wasn't a big issue as street parking was readily available.

• Kelsey (10/5): - Very lovely granny flat, photos very accurate for sizing. So much attention to detail in the courtyard which was so mesmerising at night with all the fairy lights. Location so close to the beach and restaurants/cafe as well. Hosts always responded to my messages within a few minutes and were also very accommodating to my dog. Would love to stay again ❤️🐶☀️

• Vicki (9/5): Loved our weekend getaway - The location was convenient to shopping centre and a 15 min walk to the waterfront. It was close to restaurants and easy to travel to many different locations in the area. The property was all we required for both of us on this weekend getaway. The property was neat and tidy and very comfortable.

• VICKI (9/5): I would certainly return and bring my dog next time. - Very comfortable bed and very clean. The hosts even came down with a USB charging port, as due to storms, there was no wi-fi, and my phone had gone flat on the journey down. She was kind, considerate and very communicative. Queen bed made moving around the room a bit difficult but it was a very confy bed.

• nea (1/5): Way to experience with limited space sleeping arrangements very limited - We were very disappointed with this accommodation, Busy Street with only three off-road car parking spaces. No ventilation in the bedroom with the bed right up against the wall hot, and the rickety fan couldn't reach the bedroom. No dining table We ate outside or on our laps. There were rented rooms upstairs, and they would sit out on the deck above at night, and things would blow down off the deck down onto where we were like a washing basket blew down one afternoon and nilly hit our pup. For the price, we could have got a larger place for less money. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. 👎 Pokiey with no ventilation and tiny bedroom up against the wall Soo you have to climb over to go to the bathroom & my husband has limited bladder issues from post surgery. Off street parking on a busy street.

• S (9/5): Just perfect. - What an amazing little find! If looking for a clean "pet friendly" ( a must have) private and quiet location, then this hideaway is perfect! Being able to leave the screen door open or sit outside and work was greatly appreciated. The most exceptional part of this charmer is knowing my Senior, Sooty, a working Dog in my Business, was able to be inside/outside with me, was safe and in a clean environment. CLEAN environment. This is a must have anywhere I stay with here. She may have her eyes closed, but those ears are working around the clock. When you have a baby, animal or human, cleanliness inside and out is a must. Especially if they are roaming around on the ground or floors. The outside is hosed down and the floors spotless. If you pay attention when you are between gates, you may be blessed with a visit from the property senior dog. She is sweet and welcoming, but don't blink too quickly, she makes an appearance to see whats happening, gets a pat and is gone. What a great clean hideaway, just what we hoped. A little "heads up" literally, for those more on the petite side. I am not the tallest in the world and I hit my head 4 times on the kitchen stove exhaust fan. I decided to wear my hat when washing dishes. Most people would be able to avoid an incident. :) (Not an issue for the owners.)

• Brookes (6/5): Won't be back - I loved the courtyard areas for sitting outside and for the dogs. It gave lots of extra room to sit with visitors and for people who smoke (they do exist!!). The unit is very cosy but I liked it. I think a little extra love could be added like biscuits, choccy or real milk. I stay at lots of bnb's and I also clean bnb's so I know what is nice and what makes your stay nice. The floors are cold, I suggest a nice rug in the lounge. I won't deny that we had an issue with the plumbing in this unit. The first time I used the toilet it backed up and got worse from then. It was at night so waited til the next day to inform the owners. They were hostile and made us feel uncomfortable. This is not our problem, it's theirs. "using too much toilet paper" doesn't cut it. I can use a lot more than 3 squares (folded) and flush my eco toilet system without a problem! To me, it is just another backyard, cheap, moneymaker. I would like to see your council passes for this property?! Sorry, you FAIL .

• Kreis (10/5): Warm friendly owner’s who want your stay to be minimum fuss and very comfy super clean granny flat with little personal - Everything, the courtyard is beautiful with plants-flowers, the owner’s are wonderful to speak with and friendly, they also make sure tenants have their own space-privacy, other flats, tenants were very quiet, the bed is so comfy, feels tranquil The neighbour next door watches out for dogs then reports them to council if-when they bark, property is in danger of losing pet friendly at the accommodation, so please don’t leave your dog by itself as it may feel anxious in a new place and bark if you leave him-her alone,

• Cherise (10/5): Gorgeous home away from home - Communication was effortless with photos on how to get to our granny flat. Loved the personal touch with my name on the gate and then walked through the gate to this absolutely beautiful courtyard with flowers plants all around table and chairs in the area. It was a home away from home feel. You don’t deal with anyone face to face all via text which I loved so much privacy. I’d def be booking with them again if I’m up that way again. So close to town and beaches but off the main road so not too busy. Highly recommend .

Communication and instructions with the host was great for a easy check-in. A very comfortable bed and the bathroom was very clean. We didn't have a pet, but they had everything to make a stay with a pet comfortable. I would definitely stay again next time in Caloundra

• Mary (7/5): Cosy Little Flat - It is a cosy little flat that had all we, and our two dogs needed, for a restful 3 day holiday. I appreciated the small decorative touches, as well as the handy informational signs. The private courtyard was a great size for our dogs. It was also fenced and gated well, so they couldn't escape. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard having a cuppa in the shade of the garden.
• Robertson (1/5): Glad it was only for a night. - Nothing It was extremely small. I am a short person and I couldn't sit on the chair and take my shoes off as the table was in the way. if I moved the table you couldn't get to the fridge. There was a weird smell. The outside area had plants with thorns all the way down the stems, these were all over the area. This is not great when dogs are sniffing around.

• Cara (10/5): Exceptional - In the process of moving to Caloundra, I needed somewhere for my (very nervous) cat and I to stay for a couple of nights while setting myself up. It was perfect. The cat even loved it. She was exploring and I felt very safe having her there. The apartment was spotless (even after some really messy previous occupants). I can't recommend it enough for you and your furry friends. It is small but this was no surprise to me at all. As advertised.

• Michelle (10/5): I had travelled to the Sunshine Coast to bring my dog for surgery, I’m so happy I found this little spot while we were t - Very cute little granny flat, gorgeous courtyard, great big bed, nicely equipped kitchen, everything we needed. Shopping centre 10 minutes walk away, very handy. No grass for doggo toileting in courtyard however I noticed a good sized grassy area perfect for a little exercise and toileting just 2 minutes walk away.

Hosts were responsive but I didn't need help because everything was so easy and clearly explained ahead of time. It was quite small inside so no more than two people.

• Ronald (10/5): Highly recommended as a dog friendly option. - It was so appealing with plants everywhere and festive lighting at night. They had thought of absolutely everything to take advantage of this compact accommodation. The courtyard area was large by comparison and beautifully set up. If I had to say anything it would be that the bedroom area was very tight.
