• David (3/5): Accommodation acceptable but dirty. - Well located to downtown facilities. Great view. Advertised as 4Br but only had 3 Br Owner corrected description after we booked but booking.com did not notify us. Rooms dirty Aircon did not work … needed batteries in remote. Master Br heater did not work … needed batteries. No warning of 60 step staircase to access house. Upstairs toilet seat not secure Wine cork screw broken BBQ dirty and didn’t light Only 1 pot 1 frypan to cook
• Clive (6/5): OK. - It was clean and spacious The front door locking system would not work after a number of tries. Code was re-set and still would not work. Clearly faulty and needs to be replaced. The air-conditioning didn’t work and they all should be replaced. The one in the lounge didn’t work. The “portable” ones in the bedrooms are useless. There should be a warning about the stairs plus they need to be better lit. You need an outdoor table on the main balcony. Nothing for the lower balcony was available to us. The “Dome” on the balcony is really only good as novelty value.

• sonia (7/5): Great upstairs accommodstion lovely views very spacious - Great views from the balcony. Comfortable beds, nice living space. Very private. A lot of steps up from the road level so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. We managed fine though.

• Alex (4/5): Disappointed - The location was good It was not clean. Bedding was dirty, bird poo on bedroom wall as there were no fly screens, spattered stains on walls and on the sliding glass door upstairs No soap in the soap dispencer in the toilet. It was advertised as a 4 bedroom penthouse. It had 3 bedrooms and a foldout bed in the living room/kitchen area. This was not acceptable. We paid a lot of money for this place which we found uncomfortable, crouded and frankly gross. The bed downstairs was extremely soft. The smoke alarm looked like it was going to fall off and the edging of tbe decking outside was coming apart, a tripping hazzard. We were not warned of the 50 steps to get into the apartment. This place needs repairs, fresh coat of paint and a deep clean, especially if they are going to charge that much. Also we were given an incorrect key code to get into the house. Disappointed and would not recommend.
• Helen (8/5): - Loved the deck and the view. It was perfect for our group of six adults Loved that dogs were welcomed If amenities were clean and ready to use, it would have been much better. Simple things need to be improved.

• Lalitha (9/5): Excellent location and views, surprise extras! - The star gazing dome and the pop corn maker were highlights of the stay! Both children and adults loved the little extra to make the holiday exciting. Clean property with lovely bedding and heating. staples in the kitchen were slightly lacking - stocking things like salt and pepper will avoid having to go to the supermarket for it. Otherwise kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cutlery. Property is at a good height, so travel light as you need to carry up the luggage via stairs.

• Joanne (5/5): It's not a penthouse - Location was pretty central Where do I start. It is advertised as a penthouse which it is diffinately NOT. It's a dated apartment. TV reception poor. Cold showers in upstairs bathroom. The dome room is NOT a fourth bedroom. Too many stairs and not suitable for elderly people. No screens on windows or doors. Would not recommend.
• Lili (10/5): Nice location, all facilities need for families and great staff! - It has all the facilities we need for the whole family, including high chair, and baby cot for the little one. Great location as well, close to the beach and Woolworths and lots of nice restaurants nearby. Maybe a bit efforts to go up the stairs to unit 3 if you have big luggage. We only stayed for one night so not an issue to us.

• David (7/5): Very enjoyable but spoilt a little by above points - Location, views from deck Didn't really feel it was cleaned thoroughly throughout before we arrived. TV reception was bit flakey . BBQ ran out of gas after 10 mins and didn't seem that effective anyway. Downstairs shower was a bit weak
• Elefteria (7/5): Good - Location was perfect, 2 minute drive to shops and beach. Views were awesome, as displayed on site.. The kitchen was spacious, large and spacious fridge, the bedrooms were large, and air-conditioning was in every room. The beds were comfortable and bedlinen clean and fresh. The house had possibly not been used for a while and had not been cleaned before our arrival. The floors were dusty, there were cobwebs and spiders in corners, and the worst, there were ants everywhere in the pantry and also crawling across the walls. The two cans of fly spray under the sink were empty, so we had to go out and buy our own. Please put bins in the toilet or bathroom. Please put flyscreens on windows and/or sliding doors. We couldnt even open a window to air out the kitchen from the fumes. Your property is pet friendly, which is great, but please ensure your cleaners clean pet hairs off the furniture and esp the bean bags on the balcony. We could not sit out there and enjoy the views. Please supply a top sheet for the beds. It's summer, and not everyone sleeps with a doona. It was very uncomfortable and warm. Finally, you advertise your home as a 4 bedroom home and charge for it as a 4 bedroom home, when it's only a 3 bedroom home. That is false advertising and totally misleading. Please update your ad.

• Analiza (10/5): An excellent host and a fabulous house. - House is luxurious, clean and modern and had everything we needed. to feel at home.We love every part of the house. The stylish rooms were cozy with dimmer lights, big tv and the elegant beds are comfortable. The deck with amazing view is superb including the bed in a glass enclosure. Guest can sleep at the patio or just do stargazing😃 The modern living room with special touches has a big modern TV. The place is child friendly too.We couldn't ask for more. Its beyond our expectations. Wifi is good. The neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen and dining area are clean and well equipped. Crystal, the host is exceptional.Super easy to deal with. She's always keeping in touch by calling. Communication was great .Such a lovely great host. The place is perfect if you're looking for a quiet escape. Highly recomended. Our family had a great weekend. We like everything.
