• Frédérique (9/5): - L'accueil de Jenifer est chaleureux et enjoué. Elle aime sa ville et partager ses bons plans avec ses hôtes. L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable et parfaitement bien équipé pour cuisiner. On s'y sent bien. Y ayant séjourné à une période de grand froid, il était de surcroît parfaitement chauffé. La chambre à l'étage est parfaitement confortable avec une literie de bonne qualité et de nombreux rangements. La localisation permet d'accéder au centre-ville à pied du côté de la City et les bus et métro se trouvent facilement à 5 minutes de l'appartement pour accéder aux gares et à tous les autres quartiers. Ce nid douillet est un point de chute idéal pour explorer la ville. Merci à Jenifer 👌 Un seul petit bémol sur le canapé lit du salon qui est vraiment très mince.

• Mayra Pastor Valdivia (9/5): - It was super honey, with everything you might need No lift, just stairs which was uncomfortable with the suitcase but the owner helped me out. My bad for not checking it didn't have a lift and was on the top floor of 3 floors 😅.
• Raphael (10/5): Cosy flat with great location - The location of the appartement is great. You're less than 10 minutes away of public transport around London. And the street where the flat is is lively (by that I mean local shops, bakery's, resutaurants and some nice pubs). The flat itself is cosy, well equiped and comfy ! All good there 😀

• Rajdeep (10/5): Home away from home💕 - The host and the location are the two top things I loved about this apartment. The apartment was our home for 5 days in London and we absolutely loved it. The bed was super comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom was clean and well kept. We would definitely stay at this apartment next time we decide to visit London. Just a call out, the apartment can get noisy if the windows are open due to the proximity to many nice restaurants

• Alessandra (10/5): - Jen è una host davvero eccezionale: molto cordiale e disponibile, da anche ottimi consigli su cosa fare e dove andare. L'appartamento è spazioso e confortevole, con una cucina ben attrezzata. Il piccolo parco giochi sotto casa è comodo per chi ha bambini non troppo piccoli. La posizione è ottima sia per visitare Londra che per uscire la sera: la zona è vivace ma sicura e non troppo rumorosa. Niente, a parte la mancanza di tovaglia e di presine.
• Aman Singh (1/5): - This house is inside council housing. Council housing provides homes at a low, affordable rent to people who have a housing need. The outside complex smells of marijuana and people are roaming around shirtless and drinking during the day. The owner asked us to draw the blinds at night which made us feel very unsafe. Overall we didn't feel safe and preferred to leave the accommodation right after checking in even though we had it booked for 8 nights.

Le logement est conforme aux photos et descriptions : Jen a pensé à tout les détails Son logement est très propre, très confortable comme à la maison. Il est vraiment bien situé pour les transports à pied. Le quartier est animé, ce qui n était pas un souci pour nous, nous avions une boulangerie à côté pour les petits déjeuners Emplacement idéal. Un grand merci à Jen J ai tout apprécié
• helena (10/5): Super séjour - L'appartement est idéalement placé, proche commerces et des transports. Super bien équipé et confortable. Le quartier est animé et agréable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. De plus l'accueil de Jen et ses conseils sont très appréciable. Encore merci ! Je recommande +++ Les toilettes sont à l'étage mais ce n'est pas très important.
• Ena (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Jen's apartment on White Grounds. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped (kitchenware, appliances etc.). Jen was such a cool, helpful and easy going host who provided us with some great tips and advices for sightseeing and enjoying what London has to offer. The location of the apartment is perfect and Bermondsey street (and everything on it) is for sure one of the London's hidden gems. We had no objections for this lovely apartment and would recommend it to anyone. 10/10 :)
• laura (9/5): Appartamento consigliatissimo! - Proprietaria molto carina e disponibile, appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, ottima la posizione (vicina al Tower bridge) con tanti punti ristoro intorno e ben servita da treni, metro e autobus in zona frequentata fino a notte (sicuro per rientrare tardi) Il terzo letto è un divano letto al piano inferiore, un po' scomodo

La proprietaria ci ha accolto dandoci preziosi consigli e mettendoci a disposizione caffè, te, zucchero, latte, sale, olio e tutti i prodotti per il bagno e per l'igiene della casa. Impossibile: era tutto perfetto

• Nikhil (10/5): A perfectly located cosy & comfortable apartment to get back to after exploring all day! - I loved the location and the feeling of space. I also enjoyed the proximity to lovely bars and the tube. Jen's personal touches are everywhere and it really made it feel like a home away from home. She settled us so nicely and helped us get our bearings in the area, provided us with nifty maps and talked us through all of it. I would return in a jiffy! Not a complaint, but more of a warning for future lucky stayers - the water pipes are all connected, so be careful when someone's in the shower. Haha.

The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was super comfortable and there were plenty of thoughtful extras - even tea and coffee were provided, which was such a nice touch. It really felt like a home away from home. Bermondsey is such a great area to stay in - full of charm, great food spots, and perfectly located for exploring London ( just a short walk from London Bridge Station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy!). Jen was fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. We'd absolutely stay again and highly recommend it!

• Chiungmei (10/5): A nice place to stay in London. - Wonderful location! only 8-10 min from the London Bridge station. There are many restaurants, shops, coffee shop, bakery nearby. Walking distance! .The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen equipped everything that you needs, even including coffee, tea and snack. The sofa bed was huge and comfortable. The host was extremely kind and helpful. None.

• Susanna (8/5): We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back again! - We lived in the area before and it is lively, modern and secure. The apartment is just a few minutes away from London bridge, which is very convenient for Gatwick connection and the tube. It has everything you need for a short stay like tea, coffee, towels, etc. and for groceries there is Tesco's as well as a convenient store close by. Washing machine and dishwasher incl. detergent was also available. Jen is super friendly and explained everything upon our arrival. Hence 'check-in' and 'check-out' was very straightforward. It was a bit noisy even when they were closed, as the windows are facing Bermondsey street. However it calmed down around 11pm and we had no problems with sleeping. The pull-out couch was a bit wobbly, but it was ok for our son to sleep on it.
• Christian (8/5): Tiny little cosy apartment in the heart of London - Great location in the heart of London. Great to explore the city. Rental bike station only 1 minute walk away. Tower Bridge and Tate Modern museum are only 10 minutes away. Nearest tube and bus stations as well only 10 minutes walk. Jen is a great host taking care of you from the moment you book until you leave. Very good advices for transport, luggage handling etc. Thanks to the nice little extras coffee, tea, shower gel, milk in fridge,…), we felt like home from the first minute. We enjoyed as well the separation of bedroom and living room on 2 floors. The noise from the bars and restaurants in the street is quite loud. Before midnight it was not possible to sleep and as of 7 am the noise starts again. Unfortunately, the windows have small vent openings (due to gas heating?) so that the noise gets through even if these were closed. If you go out for dinner, musicals etc, then this is acceptable.
• Cat (9/5): Home from home and close to all you need - Lovely host, all the things you actually need (real coffee, milk, shower stuff). V close to Bermondsey street which is very cool for drinks and dinner, also close to LB for work. No lifts, although the stairs not too hard. I wasn’t expecting it to be so residential, had to recalibrate my mind out of faceless ikea town apartments!
• Dilber (9/5): Location is perfect! - I had a pleasant stay near London Bridge. The apartment was tidy and well-equipped with everything a guest might need, including all necessary tableware, kitchenware, laundry supplies, and even detergents. There was also coffee, tea, sugar, towels, and even shower gel and bath soaps, which were much appreciated. Although I didn’t use the dishwasher, as I prefer hand-washing, it was available. The bed was comfortable, especially the pillows, which made me feel right at home. We were a group of 3, and the apartment had everything we needed. A nice touch was that the host provided European-to-UK plug adapters, which were incredibly helpful. The host was lovely and welcoming. She gave us a brief introduction to the area and showed us the nearby grocery stores. The location is very convenient, just a 3-minute walk to London Bridge. There’s also a Tesco Express nearby, and we enjoyed a nice meal at "Tortilla," a Mexican restaurant right on the corner. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend the apartment, with some caution for late-night outings. As for the downsides, the apartment itself is a bit outdated, with doors, stairs and couch that could use some renovation, but overall, I really liked the place. The street was a bit noisy, but it quieted down by 11 p.m. The only other noise we noticed was from foxes, which was surprising to see in the city center! Around 11 p.m., we saw foxes crossing the road, which explained the strange sounds we had been hearing. While the neighborhood was generally quiet, there was an occasional smell of weed, and I wouldn’t recommend going out alone after 10 p.m., especially for women or anyone unfamiliar with the area.
• Ellinore (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location, a very friendly welcome from Jen. Such a great area to be staying, convenient connections and so many easy places to eat/drink at any time of day. Great to have a washing machine too The apartment was awesome ! With our baby having just learned to crawl stairs it was a bit difficult making sure she was contained, but if you are a couple or have a confident walker then no problems !
• Leonid (10/5): Lovely apartment, excellent location, nice host - The apartment is superbly located just a stone throw away from the London Bridge / Tower Bridge as well as the Borough Market. The bed is comfy. The kitchen has all you need. Jen was extremely nice to meet us and explain everything. Highly recommended!

I spent a few days with my family and we had a very lovely stay. The neighborhood is super modern and is very lively. The owner is super nice and gave us a warm welcome. Definately would repeat again. We had bad luck of noises of roadworks in the morning after 8
