- Daria (10/5): Прекрасное место: отдохнули с удовольствием, в квартире есть всё необходимое - Нас встретили при приезде, всё прошло без проблем. В квартире есть абсолютно всё: несколько фенов, утюг с гладильной доской, стиральная машина, пылесос, два кондиционера и балкон. Кухня полностью оборудована – есть вся посуда и даже больше, чем нужно. Расположение отличное: центр города, Кольцевой бульвар, до стадиона идти минут 10. Дом и лифт старые, но это совершенно не мешает. В квартире тихо, она уютная, удобная и современная. Хозяин оперативно отвечал на наши вопросы. В одной из спален ночью бывает шумно из-за близости к большой трассе. Окна другой спальни выходят на внутренний двор, там тихо, но иногда слышно лифт.
- Martin Laššák (9/5): - The appartment is modern, clean and spacious. It is conveniently located, just some 10 minutes walk from Republic Square. We stayed two nights in late August when it was very hot outside, the hosts handed us the appartment with the A/C on and cooled down to pleasant temperatures. I would return here for my next stay in Yerevan, for sure.
- Meri (8/5): We hebben kunnen genieten van ons verblijf - Locatie is top! Het appartement op zich is heel goed je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt! De ligging is ideaal je kunt overal te voet naartoe, zeker een aanrader!!!!!!!! Met de huisbaas kun je ook gemakkelijk in contact komen als er iets niet is!!!! Kan een make-over gebruiken zeker de badkamer!
- Entezari (10/5): Nice place to have a great journey. - The location is very nice, near to Vernissage traditional market (3 minutes walking) and Saint Gregory cathedral illumiator (10 minutes walking). Apartment is renewed and substantially lux, located at 7th floor with elevator. Apartment ncluded iron, hairdryer. tea maker, full kitchen appeals for cooking which were not mentioned on the booking.com. The front of property has nice scenery to Yerevan. It is better to be parqueted the floor of the apartment. My perfume was broken when falling on floor. Arto, the owner of property is so kind but need to check messages timely.
- Ali (7/5): Good - It was clean too much noise, it's next to a busy road and the windows are not good adjusted.
