• Joaquim (8/5): Bien - La ubicación en el barrio de Triana, muy cerca del centro. Algun problema con la ducha que no se pudo reparar a tiempo, y el colchón de la cama grande estava muy muy desgastado, pero ya se informó y espero se arregle para los siguientes huéspedes.

Апартаментът е просторен, има всички необходими удобства и се намира в кв. Триана, като околността е много приятна за разходка. Локацията е на пешеходно разстояние от старата част на Севиля, но трябва да вървите поне 30 минути пеша. В близост има много заведения. Апартаментът има две спални - едната е детска стая. Най-неприятна беше комуникацията с изкуствен интелект, която се налага да се води с множествено безсмислени въпроси и отговори. Няма как да бъде избегната и ти заявяват, че това ще е канал за комуникация през WhatsApp. Това натоварва твърде много не е адекватно. Не може да се разчита на своевременен и ясен отговор. Изкуственият интелект се обърква, не помни, че вече си се чекирал, иска пак да го направиш, не може да вземе отношение по много въпроси, препраща към екип, който не ти отговаря. Oтделно, топлата вода в банята свършва много бързо, винаги вторият човек се къпеше със студена вода. Това категорично е недопустимо, тъй като апартаментът е за поне 4 души. Дръжката на входната врата е с устройство за набиране на код, вместо ключ - същата изобщо не е здрава и създава усещане, че няма са сработи, дори ни писаха, че батерията й била изтощена и можело да има проблем и да не се отвори вратата.

• Cathy (5/5): Disappointing - No breakfast We got locked out of our apartment at approx 10pm We contacted the property to tell them the code was not working…you can imagine 2 seniors in there 70’s sitting on the steps late at night having to wait at least an hour for someone to let us in after our code didn’t work!! I had to pee behind a bush because we couldn’t get in and there was nothing open around us.. The washing machine did not work!! We were asked to send pictures of hose’s that would have required us to pull out the machine like we were maintenance workers.. there were no manuals orrr a booklet to let us know how things worked.. where the busses were..highlights to visit.. recommendations on restaurants.. perhaps a map of the area.. we feel you failed as a host Airbnb.. yes you offered us a discount .. but this is the only disappointment on our trip that was well planned celebrating 55 years of friendship.. we would never recommend this property..
• Marion (7/5): - Het appartement is gelegen op een fijne locatie in de oude wijk Triana. Dichtbij tal van restaurants, bars en winkels. Bezienswaardigheden liggen wat verder weg maar goed te bereiken te voet. Eigenaar of personeel niet gezien. Alles via app en dmv codes en dat werkte prima. De bedden zijn zeer slecht en het tweepersoonsbed voelt doorgezakt. Mede hierdoor is de prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet goed. Te duur voor het slaapcomfort.

• Stefania (10/5): Perfetto, non posso che raccomandarlo! - Appartamento ottimamente posizionato, molto curato e pulito, ampio. Pure con parcheggio! In centro. Ho adorato tutto della struttura, unico piccolo difetto: secondo me la chiave del garage non funziona. Viceversa, il tag funzionava.

Sie lag in einem schönen Hauskomplex in einem kleinen feinen Innenhof. Alles ist gut zu Fuß in der Innenstadt zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war per WhatsApp innerhalb von Sekunden.

• Weslie (9/5): Heel fijn, ruim appartement met goede ondersteuning van de host! - Mooie plek in een rustig straatje. 5 minuten lopen en je bent in het centrum van de wijk Triana waar het 's avonds een gezellige boel is met veel restaurantjes en terrasjes. Het historische centrum is een minuut of 20 lopen, prima te doen! Je kan overal stadsfietsen huren via een app die je op heel veel plekken kan parkeren. Vlakbij gaat ook een bus naar het centrum. Het bussation is 15 minuten lopen. Mocht je de laatste dag je bagage kwijt moeten, dan kun je die daar voor 6 euro in een kluisje zetten. Daar vertrekken ook de bussen naar de luchthaven (6 euro per persoon). Die bussen vertrekken heel vaak en zijn aan de buitenkant te vinden. Nou, dat zou ik eigenlijk niet weten. Het appartement zag er keurig netjes uit, is ruim en gezellig ingericht.. Via WhatsApp krijg je direct antwoord op je vragen. er is ook een AI assistent via WhatsApp die je antwoord kan geven op allerlei vragen over uitjes e.d. Redelijk in de buurt is een kleine supermarkt. Een grote supermarkt vind je vlakbij het bussstation.

The facilities were great, we cooked in the apartment and it had everything we needed and more. Our hot water didn’t work so they came to fix it very fast. The parking space was very comfortable and big.

Fantastic communication with the staff — they were very nice, helpful, responded immediately, and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. The apartment is in a wonderful, super clean, and safe building, located in a nice, quiet, safe, and convenient neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

Nous sommes ravis de la prestation. Bravo Et enfin au top machine à café nespresso ( enfin un bon café) et merci pour les capsules d’accueil. A recommander. Cozinha muito bem equipada com cortesia de alguns ingredientes e café. Muito próximo de supermercados, restaurantes e bares. Ligações fáceis para visitar toda a linda cidade de Sevilha, seja a pé (com um planeamento prévio), bicicleta, trotinete, autocarro ou metro. Muito bom ter um lugar de garagem. O carro ficou lá parado durante a nossa estadia. No bairro pode tornar-se difícil estacionar. Acompanhamento da anfitriã Mariia muito personalizado e próximo. Acessos ao apartamento e garagem muito simples. A cama de casal poderia ser um pouco mais confortável.

• Ocania (9/5): Appartamento ampio e ben curato, ottima scelta per il nostro soggiorno - L'appartamento ci ha sorpreso in positivo, molto spazioso e curato nei dettagli. L'accesso con codici vari (edificio, appartamento e parcheggio interno) è stato facilitato molto dalle indicazioni ben precise che abbiamo ricevuto post check-in. Posizione abbastanza vicina al Ponte Triana e al quartiere di Triana che ci siamo goduti un po' soprattutto la sera. Il centro comunque è raggiungibile comodamente anche a piedi con delle belle passeggiate. Il parcheggio interno è stato fondamentale per noi arrivando in macchina anche se il posto auto non era molto comodo e stretto, ma sicuramente meglio rispetto a dover parcheggiare l'auto in strada.

• Sevtin (8/5): Lovely house with small problems - Host was super lovely and helpful. They made us feel like home. House was clean and it was in a safe neighborhood. Bed was noisy, disturbed us a little bit. Private parking is there but since we had a SUV, it was super hard to get in and park. It would be hard for even small car. Price was also high but we were there during festival so probably you wouldn't pay the same.

The location is quiet and close to the city centre, about 15 mins leasurly walk from the historical downtown of Seville. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The check in was easy and contactless, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. We got a lot of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in Seville. Thanks for a lovely stay! One of the beds in the double room was noisy and making lots of sound when moving. Also we could hear the neighbours in the evening from the floor above.

• Brenda (8/5): Very good - Despite one or two negative comments below our experience overall was good We would have benefited from instructions for equipment I.e. washing machine and rubbish disposal The single bed near the wardrobe creaked very badly at the slightest movement. If there had been two people in that room the other person would have gone crazy. The TV had all channels in Spanish. Previous experience is that there is usually at least one English speaking news channel and perhaps some sport.

Adriana was very patient and helped us with our luggage. She explained everything well and her colleague Mariana came out to help us sort out a problem with the wifi. Only thing we had a problem with was the parking. We had quite a large hire car and it was tight to manouver.

• Jacqueline (8/5): Very good - Apartment was walking distance to airport bus. Great market nearby. Very clean. Well equipped. We visited in January so quiet in back double room for sleeping. We had a wonderful holiday and loved the apartment and it's location. Only slight problem was noise from other apartments at night which came through to twin bed room. If you're a light sleeper and in busy season you might like to be aware of this. Maybe some info on how to use the front gate (eg there's a key in a basket for it and a press button to open it downstairs as you go out) info on how to use coffee maker and other equipment in apartment would be useful too (though we figured it all out!) maybe a map too and some tourist info? All really great though
