The building itself is loud, the doors between adjoining rooms are not sound proof so we heard the neighbors and their gathering with a few friends, and they were up until 3:30 am. Not blaming our host, literally nothing they can do. A good pair of earplugs is my suggestion!
• Yu (10/5): Overall, I got everything I needed. The value for money is excellent compared to other hotels. - The location is excellent — it’s far from the railway, so there’s no train noise at all, unlike other hotels. Everything I need is within walking distance, including the bus stop. The room is on the ground floor, so access is very convenient. You can walk straight up from the heated parking lot, which is a big plus, especially in winter. The room itself is cozy and just what I needed. I brought two suitcases and a backpack, and there was plenty of space to handle. There’s a free coffee pot, a charming rustic kitchenette, stocked with paper plates and plastic cups — perfect for handling leftovers from dinner. The bed is very comfortable with a memory foam mattress. I usually have back and neck issues, but I slept comfortably through the night. The room also has a game console and streaming options, though you’ll need to log in with your own account. Overall, I got everything I needed. The value for money is excellent compared to other hotels. None
• Meaghann (6/5): - We liked that it was close to the wedding venue. Advertised as a suite but it was a crowded small hotel room. A suite would lead you to believe it had more than a bed and a bathroom.
• Roger (1/5): Not as described . It is not a 38 sq m apartment. It is a 14 sq m bedroom with bathroom attached. Essentially, a small h - The property was advertised as a 38 sq m apartment on bookings. com. It is actually a 14 sq m hotel room with a 5 sq m bathroom. If I had known that this was so small, I would not have booked it and feel that this is a total rip off. I would like to be refunded for the square metres that I did not receive. As above

• Juergen (6/5): - The location in Canmore was good, underground parking, easy access to the room, slightly less overpriced than Banff. The room was tiny, with barely any space. We were asked to dispose of our own trash, otherwise we would have had to pay an additional cleaning fee. There were no proper dishes or cutlery (only cheap plastic dishes and cutlery were provided). The price is definitely too high for what you get.

• Dr. Hendrik B. (2/5): - Schöne Gegend sehr zentral. Wir hätten jedoch lieber genauer die Bewegungen anderer Gäste durchlesen sollen. Hier hat der Gastbeger tatsächlich falsche Angaben zur Art, Größe und Ausstattung der Unterkunft bei Booking angegeben. Es handelt sich hier nur um ein Zimmer und nicht um eine Ferienwohnung. Mag sein, dass das Mal eine Wohnung war, diese wurde jedoch unterteilt. Gesamtgröße ca. 24 qm und nicht 50 qm. Keine Küche, kein Schrank, kein Schreibtisch. Wie schon oft von anderen Gästen beschrieben, gibt es hier einfach sehr beschränkt Platz. Wer selbst mitgebrachtes Essen einfach nur am Tisch essen möchte, das ist nicht sehr ratsam, da der Esstisch nur ein Beistelltisch ist und man keinen Platz hat, um das Essen überhaupt vorzubereiten. Dieses Zimmer ist geeignet für eine Nacht und für Reisende mit kleinem Gepäck. Ich werde gerne die Punkte für diese Unterkunft ändern, wenn der Gastgeber diese Angaben auf der Plattform ändert. • Anne-marie (9/5): Fantastic, cozy accommodation with n the most beautiful setting! - The accommodation was small but cozy and perfect for what we needed! There was room for our big suitcase and 2 hand luggages! Location was EXCELLENT and it was very clean! Bed was comfy. Nothing - it was great!

Used the kurig coffee maker, microwave,fridge, hair dryer... underground parking included was a plus... The room is small (not a suite) the pictures on Booking were misleading... the room can get too hot on warm days with no AC (that we could figure out). Ceiling fan was some relief... the coded door lock was a bit odd to operate ...just follow instructions closely...

• Faith (7/5): Didn't receive check-in instructions - I like how clean the hallways and rooms were I never received the information about the check-in procedure. Never received all the codes I needed to access the building. It was a horrible experience. No one is available at the building to help when needed. After we got the instructions, it was smooth from there, but we were in the hallway for about half an hour trying to figure out how to get to our room.

It's way too expensive for a tiny space with no outdoor space whatsoever. Everything in Canmore is over priced. This will be our last visit to a place we used to go to frequently. .

• Jason (8/5): Small but comfortable - The room was clean -- comfy bed, and a great location. It was also quiet, once the noisy neighbors moved out. Wei sent us a very comprehensive email with all the codes we'd need, and provided a pass for the national parks. Plenty of coffee with a Keurig coffeemaker. There's a microwave, minifridge and disposable plates and cutlery. If you're into it, there's also a Nintendo Switch. The door connecting to the adjacent apartment allows you to hear your neighbors' every conversation, which could be a positive if you enjoy eavesdropping. Also, as others have noted on here, this is not a suite -- it's a single, small room. This wasn't a negative for us (though we did show up with food to prepare, expecting a kitchenette) since we came to hike, not sit in our hotel room, but it's something to keep in mind if size matters to you. Overall, having seen what's available at this price point in Canmore and having paid more for much less, I recommend!

• Mark (8/5): Beautiful location, close to Banff. - great location, easy to find. Parking garage was very appreciated. Easy to access room. Bathroom accessories included and some kitchen. Thank you for including the park pass, we did however purchase ours ahead of time not knowing. Nice place, very nice host. We see a hot tub, would have been nice to have it working. Also laundry in the building to be in working order.

We had wedding to go to but you could tell the cleaner rushed surfaces werre still dirty n sticky The toilet didnt work haha we didnt know till the morning we were leaving. We were only innthere for 30 mins the day before luckily theres one down the hallway. Also the room is so tiny I wouldn't recommend staying more then 1 nite. Its to crampy an dated the price does not reflect the value
