• Hans (7/5): Prima plek maar niet bijzonders - De Ligging was super, in centrum. Ruim appartement Het is gedateerd, geen behoorlijke woonkamer. Bed in de tweede kamer is slecht je voelt de lattenbodem
• Annett (7/5): Für einen 2 tägigen Kurztripp ausreichend - Zentrale Lage - viel Platz - Küche - ein sehr bequemes Bett — geschmackvolle Einrichtung .. im 3. Stock ( Erwähnung diesbezüglich wäre im Vorfeld gut ) 👍🏻 Das 2. Bett sehr unbequem.. am Waschbecken im Bad kein warmes Wasser .. keine Ablage für gespültes Geschirr / Spülwanne wäre super
• Anna Kolodziej (7/5): - Lokalizacja samo centrum, najważniejsze przybory w kuchni na krótki pobyt. Generalnie oceniam mieszkanie na bardzo poprawne. Materac w jednej ze sypialni bardzo cienki, niewygodny. Ciężko bylo sie na nim wyspać. Hałas w nocy z ulicy ale rezerwując mieszkanie w samym centrum trzbea sie z tym liczyć.

Many steps (60) to get to the apartment, sometimes noise late at night, and the shower, because of the plastic curtain and the boiler (heat of the water could change quickly from very hot to cold.

• Heidi (4/5): Poorly managed and shabby interior - The location is great. Unfortunately, the directions to access the building and the apartment were incorrect. I was given a door code, which was actually the code to the lockbox. I was given the same code to access the apartment, which was inaccurrate. The single key in the outdoor lockbox, had a single key in it. This key opened the front building door and the apartment door. My husband and I had different schedules during out stay, which meant whomever was in the aparment when the other arrived had to run down four flights of stairs to let them in. I requested another key and was told that it was not possible. As far as the aparment itself, there are many repairs needed to make this a nice place. The fridge wobbles, the cover to the water heater is off and laying on the fridge no micorwave, wood floors are in dire need of repair...bring slippers, few cooking items, no sofa or living room area and the shower needs an inclosure, instead of a shower curtain...

• Wolfgang (4/5): Gut gedacht - schlecht gemacht - Die Lage ist gut, die Ausstattungsidee und Teile der Umsetzung sind ok. Was nützt das alles, wenn die softskills nicht ausreichen. Das Management wird dem Anspruch an ein Ferienobjekt nicht gerecht. Ignorieren und die Verantwortung auf andere schieben hilft dem Gast nicht. Zu erwarten ist physisches Engagement und nicht KI generierte Kommunikationshäppchen. Funktionierende Lampen und warmes Wasser am Waschbecken sind wichtiger als Sprüche, und durch Sprüche und Theorie wird die Wohnung nicht warm. Der Zugang zum Gästeportal ist nicht das Problem von booking.com sondern des Managements. Übrigens, den Verweis auf die Honigbienen habe ich bewusst vermieden. Den haben die Tiere nicht verdient
• Mario (5/5): Positiv ist die Lage in der Altstadt. - Wir waren Selbstverpfleger Die Wohnung ist verwohnt hat dringend Renovierungsbedarf.Sauberkeit sowie die sanitären Anlagen sollten überprüft werden (kein warmes Wasser am Waschtisch)Kaffeemaschine mit Schimmelansatz.

• Hedi (8/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung in der Altstadt war super,die Ausstattung bis auf ein paar fehlender Kleinigkeiten auch top Gerne wieder Durch das Restaurant Frittenwerk stiegen Abends unangenehme Gerüche hoch.Da es relativ warm war im OG,konnte daher nicht gut gelüftet werden. In der Küche wäre ein Tuch zum Abwaschen von Vorteil.

• Stefanos (5/5): Not the best option! - The location was perfect as the apartment was in the very centre and next to everything. First of all, the apartment wasn't very clean and there were traps with dead cockroaches and other insects on several corners of the walls. The apartment DOESN'T have a functional dishwasher so this has to be removed from the amenities of the room. Moreover, for 4 people for 4 nights there were 1,5 toilet paper rolls and zero kitchen towels and kitchen paper. Finally, the door of the fridge was broken so it's a matter of time until it breaks on one of the next guests.

• Cornelia (9/5): Great location but lots of steps at apartment and from parking station - The property is in a great location and very central. Nicely furnished with nice art work. There was no mention of the 58 steps you have to climb to get to the unit. Not great for older people. Lucky we had a car so we left our big suitcases in the car and just took what we needed. The shower is hard to use as the shower curtain sticks to you as you shower. The bed in the second bedroom is really only for one person not two. Would not like to be there in hot weather as it is very hot and opening windows let’s a lot of noise in due to all the movement in the street. The floor boards creek very loudly so you hear the other people walking around. Loved our stay but would have liked to know about the steps! Having been an air b&b host for many years I always warned people that we had some steps into our property. The host was prompt with answering but we kept getting messages from Booking.com about checking in when we had already done the check in.
