Außerdem musste ich zweifach wegen dem Zugang zum Apartment nachfragen und auch noch anrufen da ich bis 24 Stunden vor Anreise noch immer keine Info bekam. Außerdem war der Zugangscode für das Außentor falsch, den richtigen erhielten wir wieder erst nach 2-fachen urgieren und mussten fast 24 Stunden auf eine Antwort warten. Service sieht anders aus. • Vanesa (7/5): We were satisfied with our stay, but given the high price for four people, we see room for improvement—particularly in c - • The apartment is well-located in a calm and safe residential complex. • It was very clean. There was no bad smell, cockroaches, or mold. • The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and fully matches the description. • The kitchen is well-equipped, including both a dishwasher and a washing machine. • The terrace is sunny and spacious, offering a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. • There are two completely separate bathrooms (toilet + shower), which is a huge advantage for two couples traveling together. • The beaches are close by: about a 5-minute walk to Playa Bastián and about 15 minutes to Playa del Jablillo. • We received a welcome package with snacks and drinks, which was a nice touch. A few coffee pods were also provided. • Communication with the host was poor. We received many copy-paste messages regarding check-in and check-out. However, when we needed support regarding the missing parking fob (which we were supposed to have to park in front of the complex), her responses were slow, curt, and unhelpful, showing little understanding of the situation. We were disappointed by this attitude. • Noise traveled easily between the bedrooms. • The twin beds in the second bedroom were not very comfortable. • Music from the nearby hotel played on most days until around 10:00–10:30 pm. This could be bothersome for people who go to bed early or are sensitive to noise.

Restaurants , bars and supermarket literally across the road. 15 minute walk to main square Only 3 to 4 euros for taxi if you don't fancy the walk. Sundrenched terrace all day into evening. Great pool and pool bar. ( closed on Tuesdays) Recommend the cavern across the road for great value breakfast and friendly atmosphere . Highly recommend Sausalito (5 min walk) and La Gaviota ( just on corner from apartment) for special meal . Booking recommended. Great communications from hosts. Would deffo return here without any hesitation Nowhere to leave luggage as reception always closed and cannot get into apartment till 4pm. No problem for us but be mindful if you have mobility issues as there are many steps to get to apartment.

• Wayne (10/5): Excellent apartment with great pool and sea views - loads of amenities at your fingertips - Location was great nice coast walk to marinero square and bars and restaurants- there were bars and restaurants on your doorstep also the views from the apartment overlooked the pool and the sea the photos don do it justice everywhere well maintained an pool cleaned every morning,kitchen was like home from home everything you could need and more(lovely welcome pack as well) bathrooms were great showers really powerful and never short of hot water - would highly recommend staying here - we would certainly book again! Nothing to dislike everything was brilliant highly recommended
• Sarolta (9/5): I recommend it to everyone - The ocean view from the big terrace was wonderful. From the accommodation you can get directly to the seaside promenade. Quiet, peaceful accommodation. Big pool.
• Ken (10/5): Amazing views, large, clean and well equipped apartment - Communication with the hosts was excellent, always responsive and instructions were easy to follow. The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, full kitchen facilities, huge terrace (amazing sea view) powerful shower and the loungers on the terrace were a bonus. There is a supermarket 2-3 minutes away and a variety of great restaurants and bars. We have stayed on this complex before and would 100% book this property again. There is ample room for a family or four adults. A taxi rank very close by and the promenade can be reached via the back of the complex. The main square of Tesguise is a pleasant 15 walk away along the seafront. Lots of loungers by the pool and a bar. We loved our stay at the property and would happily recommend it to others. No complaints at all!
